Claims (5)
- Wischvorrichtung für eine Stichtiefdruckmaschine mit einem Wischzylinder (1) und mit einer Installation zum kontinuierlichen Reinigen des erwähnten Zylinders, welche einen Behälter (2) zur Aufnahme einer ständig auf den Wischzylinder (1) wirkenden Flüssigkeit und Reinigungselemente in Berührung mit dem Umfang des Wischzylinders aufweist, wobei diese Installation, in Drehrichtung dieses Zylinders, ein erstes Reinigungselement (5), welches den grössten Teil der Farbe vom Wischzylinder (1) entfernt, gefolgt von mehreren, in bestimmten Abständen angeordneten weiteren Reinigungselementen, bestehend aus Bürsten (4) und/oder Rakeln (3), sowie wenigstens eine parallel zur Achse des Wischzylinders orientierte Reihe von Düsen (7, 8) aufweist, die zum Ausstossen der Reinigungsflüssigkeit in dem Bereich angeordnet sind, in welchem sich das erwähnte erste Reinigungselement (5) in Berührung mit dem Wischzylinder befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erwähnte erste Reinigungselement (5) aus Textilmaterial in Form eines Bandes besteht, welches auf sich selbst gefaltet auf einem starren Träger (6) und längs desselben derart montiert ist, dass es diesen Träger überragt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textilmaterial aus porösen Kunstfasern besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textilmaterial eine Dicke von 5 bis 20 mm hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (6) justierbar ist, um den Kontaktdruck zwischen dem Band des Textilmaterials und der Oberfläche des Wischzylinders (1) einzustellen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen (8) einer der erwähnten Düsenreihen ins Innere der von dem Band des Textilmaterials gebildeten Falte gerichtet sind.
