Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour le déchargement et le traitement ultérieur de comprimés, de pilules ou d'autres produits pharmaceutiques du même type, sortant d'une machine à faire les comprimés, pour aller dans plusieurs récipients (125, 126, 127) serrés les uns contre les autres sur un petit emplacement. Après avoir quitté la machine à faire les comprimés, les comprimés ou les pilules sont acheminés vers le haut et passent du haut vers le bas sans apport d'énergie supplémentaire, uniquement par la force de gravité, pour entrer dans un poste d'ébarbage et de dépoussiérage (12), puis un dispositif de séparation (15) pour partager le flux des comprimés ou des pilules en deux parties. Ces deux flux sont acheminés vers un appareil de contrôle des métaux (18) ou vers un dispositif de contrôle des comprimés ou des pilules (19) avec un collecteur d'échantillons (22). Les comprimés ou les pilules jugés corrects après passage dans l'appareil de contrôle des métaux (18) sont acheminés par la force de gravité sur une bande transporteuse (107, 112) qui se dirige sur un récipient prédéfini (125, 126, 127) dans lequel les comprimés ou les pilules sont déversés.
