Abstract
Claims (7)
- Dispositif pour le retournement d'une feuille avec changement simultané du sens de transport, la feuille étant transportée, par des moyens d'entraînement d'entrée (21, 22), vers une fente d'entrée (18) qui touche une fente de pliage (33) diagonale dont l'axe de courbure est orienté essentiellement parallèlement au plan de feuille et de préférence dans un angle de 45° par rapport au bord avant de la feuille et qui débouche dans une fente de sortie (49), dans laquelle sont prévus des moyens d'entraînement de sortie (42, 43, 39) destinés au moins à saisir le coin de feuille arrivant en premier dans la fente de sortie (49) lorsque la feuille est amenée à travers la fente d'entrée (18), la fente de sortie présentant un plan essentiellement parallèle, mais distancé par rapport à celui de la fente d'entrée (18), caractérisé en ce que la fente d'entrée (18), vers laquelle est transportée la feuille au moyen d'un dispositif de rouleaux d'entraînement (21, 22) constituant des moyens d'entraînement d'entrée, est formée entre une plaque de recouvrement (19) et une plaque de guidage (36), la plaque de recouvrement (19) comportant une bride de renvoi (34) à courbure diagonale s'étendant jusqu'à un creux diagonal de la plaque de guidage (36) en formant la fente de pliage (33), et la plaque de guidage (36) comportant un corps de renvoi (35) diagonal essentiellement cylindrique opposé à la bride de renvoi, et sur le côté de la plaque de guidage (36), qui est détourné de la plaque de recouvrement (19), étant prévus enfin la fente de sortie (49) et les moyens d'entraînement de sortie (42, 43, 39).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'aussi bien la plaque de recouvrement (19) que la plaque de guidage (36) comportent au début de la fente d'entrée (18) des encoches, à travers lesquelles des rouleaux de transport placés l'un en face de l'autre du dispositif de rouleaux d'entraînement (21, 22) s'étendent jusque dans la fente d'entrée (18).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la fente de sortie (49) comporte d'une part des tronçons de bandes transporteuses (42, 43) se déplaçant dans le sens d'éjection et d'autre part des corps roulants de maintien (39) affectés à celles-ci servant de moyens d'entraînement de sortie.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'en amont de la fente d'entrée (18) est placé un dispositif d'amenée (11) comportant un dispositif de retenue (23) qui, de manière commandée (29), retient la feuille à transporter lorsque le dispositif de rouleaux d'entraînement (21, 22) est actif ou la libère pour celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de recouvrement (19), y compris une partie comportant des rouleaux du dispositif de rouleaux d'entraînement (21, 22), est logée de manière orientable (31, 32) par rapport à la plaque de guidage (36).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de guidage (36) comporte des creux à cage (38), dans lesquels sont logées des billes servant de corps roulants de maintien (39) sous forme de rangées placées en face de bandes transporteuses (42, 43) au-dessus de la fente de sortie (49).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de transport dans la fente de sortie (49) est réglée de manière à être supérieure à celle dans la fente d'entrée (18).
