Claims (11)
- Touche de plaques de circuits imprimés (1) comportant un disque à déclic (4) électriquement conducteur qui est noyé dans un évidement d'une couche d'écartement (2) entre une feuille de couverture (3) et la plaque de circuits imprimés (1) recouverte de tracés conducteurs (7), caractérisée en ce que le disque à déclic (4) comporte des pattes de contact (5) et des pattes de traction (6) décalées les une par rapport aux autres, en ce que les pattes de traction (6) sont ancrées sur la plaque de circuits imprimés (1), sous traction par rapport au disque à déclic (4) et en ce que les pattes de contact forment un pont élastique, reposent à l'état non actionné uniquement sur les tracés conducteurs (7) et présentent, entre la surface de contact (8) et le plateau du disque à déclic (10), un coude d'appui (9), courbé vers la plaque de circuits imprimés (1), qui prend appui sur la plaque de circuits imprimés (1) lorsque le disque à déclic (4) est pressé vers le bas et augmente la force de résistance mécanique, la zone comprise entre le coude d'appui (9) et le plateau du disque (10) formant ressort, le coude à l'origine précontraint vers le contact exécutant un mouvement de pivotement en glissant sur la plaque de circuits imprimés et l'extrémité de la patte de contact (5) se soulevant avec sa surface de contact (8) du tracé conducteur (7).

- Touche selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une butée est formée pour les pattes de traction (6), en ce que ces dernières sont guidées par un évidement (11) pratiqué dans la plaque de circuits imprimés (1) et s'accrochent sur la face arrière de la plaque de circuits imprimés, par des parties repliées (12) saillantes.
- Touche selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que des butées sont formées sur la plaque de circuits imprimés (1) pour des pattes de traction (6), par enrobage par coulée, collage ou pressage.
- Touche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que lorsque la force d'actionnement (Fa) agit dans la zone du plateau du disque à déclic (10), une patte de contact (5) au moins se soulève avec sa surface de contact (8) du tracé conducteur (6).
- Touche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la force d'actionnement (Fa), après avoir dépassé une valeur de pointe, diminue de façon sensible jusqu'à ce que le plateau (10) du disque à déclic repose sur la plaque de circuits imprimés (1) et protège, par sa rigidité nettement plus grande, les pattes de contact (5) et les pattes de traction (6) contre des déformations trop importantes.
- Touche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'au plus tard lorsque la valeur de pointe de la force d'actionnement (Fa) est atteinte, la force de contact (Fc) s'annule et les pattes de contact (5) se soulèvent, avec leur surface de contact (8), des tracés conducteurs (7).
- Touche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le soulèvement des surfaces de contact (8) par rapport aux tracés conducteurs (7), avant que ne soit atteinte la valeur de pointe, est réglable par modification de la hauteur du tracé conducteur (7) par rapport à la plaque de circuits imprimés (1), dans la zone de la surface de contact (8).
- Touche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la feuille de couverture (3) est précontrainte par un disque à déclic (4) saillant, à l'état non actionné, et contribue à former la force de contact (Fc).
- Touche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'élasticité et la distance de la feuille de couverture (3) sont adaptées à la hauteur et au diamètre du disque à déclic, de manière que le doigt d'actionnement d'une personne roule obligatoirement vers le plateau du disque à déclic.
- Distributeur de gaz pour le ravitaillement de véhicules automobiles, caractérisé en ce que le distributeur comporte des circuits électriques qui peuvent être interrompus au moyen de touches de rupture selon les revendications 1 à 10.
