Abstract

Un distributeur de substances pâteuses ou fluides comprend un récipient (1) pourvu d'un orifice de distribution (6), un piston mobile à l'intérieur du récipient (1) le long de sa paroi et qui forme la fermeture inférieure du contenu ainsi qu'une partie de guidage (7) formée par la paroi du récipient et agencée au-delà du piston (2). Afin de rendre possible au choix une distribution du contenu continue ou par portions, avec une construction simple et un fonctionnement fiable, le récipient (1) est pourvu dans sa partie de guidage d'une fente (9) ouverte en bas correspondant à la course totale du piston et dont l'axe est parallèle à l'axe de celui-ci. Pour déplacer le piston, une coulisse (3) ayant environ la même longueur que la fente (9) comprend deux parois adjacentes à la paroi extérieure ou intérieure du récipient, des deux côtés de la fente (9), la paroi intérieure de la coulisse étant connectée par son extrémité supérieure au piston (2) et par son extrémité inférieure à la paroi extérieure.

Claims (10)

1. Distributeur pour des substances pâteuses ou fluides, comprenant un recipient (1) muni d'un orifice de distribution (6), un piston (2) pouvant se déplacer dans le récipient (1) le long de sa paroi et constituant la fermeture inférieure pour le contenu, une partie de guidage (7) constituée de l'autre côté du piston (2) par la paroi du récipient (1), et un dispositif comportant une poignée (4) située à l'extérieur pour déplacer le piston (2) en direction de l'orifice de distribution (6), caractérisé en ce que le récipient (1) comporte sur sa partie de guidage (7) une fente (9) ouverte en bas, parallèle à l'axe et correspondant à la course totale du piston (2), et en ce que le dispositif pour déplacer le piston (2) est constitué par un poussoir (3) à double paroi, guidé sur la partie de guidage (7), agissant sur le piston (2) et correspondant sensiblement à la longueur de la fente (9).
2. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux parois du poussoir (11, 12) appuient sur la paroi du récipient, à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur, de chaque côté de la fente (9), et en ce que la paroi intérieure (12) est relivée à son extrémité supérieure avec le piston (2) et à son extrémité inférieure avec la paroi extérieure (11).
3. Distributeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (1) comporte, au moins dans sa zone contenant la substance et sur le côté extérieur, un guidage (14) recouvrant la paroi (11) du poussoir (3) située a l'extérieur.
4. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (4) se trouve sensiblement à la hauteur du piston (2).
5. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le piston (2) comporte sur son côté inférieur des nervures (16) s'étendant vers le bas et appuyant sur la paroi intérieure de la partie de guidage (7) du récipient (1).
6. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'extrémité du poussoir (3) est forme un fond (19), guidé dans la partie de guidage (7) du récipient et relié par des nervures (18) ou analogues au piston (2).
7. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (3) et/ou son guidage (14) est muni de plusieurs encoches ou analogues pour la distribution proportionnée du contenu.
8. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le récipient 11 est muni à l'extérieur d'une graduation linéaire (20).
9. Distributeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la graduation (20) est prévue sur la paroi du récipient (1) dans la zone de guidage (14) recouvrant le poussoir (3) à l'extérieur.
10. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le contour du piston (2) est adapté au côté supérieur du contour intérieur du récipient (1) dans la zone de l'orifice de distribution (6).
