Abstract
Описаны составы и способы увеличения производства рекомбинантных белков, а также другие аспекты. Указанные составы и способы относятся к увеличению содержания маннозы, или кальция, или обоих этих веществ в составе среды для культуры клеток для культивирования клеток, экспрессирующих рекомбинантные белки. В соответствии с некоторыми вариантами осуществления изобретения предоставляется состав среды для культур клеток млекопитающих, который содержит, по меньшей мере, одно из следующих веществ: маннозу приблизительно 3,5 г/л или более и кальций в диапазоне от приблизительно 1,5 до приблизительно 9,5 мМ. Также предоставляются различные другие аспекты и/или варианты осуществления изобретения.
