Abstract

Описан способ получения циталопрама, предусматривающий реакцию соединения формулы (IV), где Rпредставляет H или C-алкилкарбонил, последовательно с реактивом Гриньяра 4-галогенфторфенила и реактивом Гриньяра 3-галоген-N,N-диметилпропиламина, выполнение замыкания кольца полученного соединения формулы (VI) и превращение полученного 1,3-дигидроизобензофуранового соединения в соответствующее 5-цианопроизводное, т.е. циталопрам.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 1998.08.13.
