Claims (14)

1. Et terapeutisk behandlingssystem til kontrolleret termisk skade i humant overfladevæv inden for et område af interesse (200), idet behandlingssystemet omfatter: et styringssystem (102) konfigureret til styring af behandlingssystemet; et probesystem (104) konfigureret til at danne en konform læsion inden for et område af interesse, idet styringssystemet og probesystemet er konfigureret til rumlig og tidsmæssig styring til dannelse af den konforme læsion, idet probesystemet omfatter: et enkelt ultralydsbehandlingselement sammensat af en individuel enkeltelements-transducer, konfigureret til enkeltfokus og til behandling af området af interesse, idet det enkelte ultralydsbehandlingselement er konfigureret til at danne den konforme læsion inden for området af interesse (200) i en dybde af humant overfladevæv mellem nul og 30 mm fra en hudoverflade; og en bevægelsesmekanisme i probesystemet til kontrollerbart at danne en flerhed af konforme læsioner, et transducer-probehus eller en anordning til kobling på en vævsgrænseflade, idet probesystemet (104) er konfigureret inden for transducer-probehuset eller inden for anordningen; og idet styringssystemet (102) står i forbindelse med og styrer probesystemet (104) og er konfigureret til kontrollerbart at producere flerheden af konforme læsioner adskilt på tværs af området af interesse (200).
2. Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge krav 1, idet den rumlige styring omfatter operationel styring af en eller flere rumlige parametre omfattende transducerkonfiguration, -afstand, -placering, -orientering og -bevægelse.
3. Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, idet den tidsmæssige styring omfatter operationel styring af et eller flere tidsmæssige parametre omfattende drevamplitudeniveauer, frekvens/bølgeforme og tidsmæssige sekvenser.
4. Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, idet den rumlige og tidsmæssige styring er muliggjort af en styrekreds med åben tilbagekobling.
5. Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, idet den rumlige og tidsmæssige styring er muliggjort af en styrekreds med lukket tilbagekobling.
6. Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, idet styringssystemet omfatter: energikildekomponenter konfigureret til at levere energi til styringssystemet og probesystemet; føler- og overvågningskomponenter konfigurerede til overvågning af disse rumlige og tidsmæssige parametre; køle- og koblings styringer konfigurerede til at muliggøre temperaturkontrol på overfladiske humane vævsgrænseflader og dybere i væv; og forarbejdnings- og styringslogiske komponenter til samlet styring af det terapeutiske behandlingssystem.

Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, idet probesystemet omfatter: et styringsinterface til forbindelse med styringssystemet; koblingskomponenter til akustisk kobling af transduceren med området af interesse; overvågnings- og følerkomponenter til at muliggøre styringssystemets styring.
8. Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge krav 7, idet probesystemet omfatter mindst en af følgende komponenter: sensorer, bevægelsessensorer, afbrydere, aktuatorer, indikatorer, enkodere, probeidentifikation, hukommelsesenheder, blændevalg og multiplexere, elektriske tilpasningsnetværk og omkobling, forbindelser, konnektorer, håndtag og engangskomponenter.
9. Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge krav 6, idet styringssystemet omfatter mindst et af følgende komponenter: behandlingsplanlæggelse, display, afbrydere, mikrocontroller, mikroprocessor, computer, styringsfirmware, bruger- og styring s software.
10. Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge krav 6, idet styringssystemet omfatter en eller flere af følgende komponenter: DC-strømforsyninger, strømsensorer, strømdetektion og -måling, bølgeform-synthesizer, oscillator, digital programmerbar logik, forstærker/driver, stråleudformer, harmonisk filter, tilpasningsnetværk, køle-/akustisk koblings-Æermisk styrings-/akustisk fokuserende styringshardware, bevægelsesmekanisme-drivere og -kontrol, bevægelsessensorer, overvågnings- og lukket styrekreds, interface og styring, eksternt input/output-hardware og eksterne interfaces.
11. Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge krav 6, idet probesystemet omfatter transducerakustisk kobling, køling og/eller væskefyldte akustiske linsemekanismer konfigurerede til at regulere temperaturen på et interface mellem transduceren og målet, og ind i området af interesse.
12. Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge krav 2 og et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, idet transducerkonfigurationen omfatter en konveksformet linse, i form af mindst en af en væskefyldt, gelfyldt, massiv gellinse, gummi- eller kompositlinse eller ethvert materiale med en lavere hastighed end hastigheden i overfladevæv og/eller et akustisk koblingsmedie og med en passende effekt.
13. Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge krav 2 og et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, idet transducerkonfigurationen omfatter en kombineret billeddannelses-/behandlingstransducer inden for et enkelt transduktionselement, idet billeddannelsestransduceren er elektrisk isoleret fra behandlingstransduceren.
14. Det terapeutiske behandlingssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, idet styringssystemet omfatter et billeddannelses system konfigureret til at muliggøre i det mindste en af en-dimensionel, to-dimensionel og tre-dimensionel billeddannelse eller behandling.
