Claims (8)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at kommunikere dataenheder mellem radiostationer over et radiointerface, hvor der etableres et radiokommunikationslink mellem radiostationerne, og der allokeres en semi-persistent radioressource til understøttelse af datatransmission over kommunikationslinket, hvor den semi-persi-stente allokering signaleres en gang, og ressourcen derefter er tilgængelig med regelmæssige periodiske intervaller uden yderligere tildelingssignalering, hvilken fremgangsmåde er kendetegnet ved: at tilknytte den semi-persistente radioressource til en tilsvarende hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ-procesidentifikator; at transmittere en dataenhed under anvendelse af den semi-persistente radioressource; at modtage en anmodning om retransmission af dataenheden at retransmittere data enheden på en dynamisk planlagt radioressource, der er forskellig fra den semi-persistente radioressource, kendetegnet ved, at scheduling-tildelingen eller scheduling-bevillingen til retransmissionen indbefatter den HARQ-procesidentifikator, der er tilknyttet til den semi-persistente rad i o ressource.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor HARQ-procesidentifikatoren identificerer en HARQ-proces.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende at tilknytte den semi-persistente radioressource til flere tilsvarende HARQ-procesidentifikatorer.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, yderligere omfattende at kommunikere tilknytningen mellem den semi-persistente radioressource og en eller flere tilsvarende HARQ-procesidentifikatorer under anvendelse af en konfigurationsbesked.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor radiostationerne indbefatter en basisstation (18) og en brugerindretning (20).
6. Basisstation (18) til at kommunikere dataenheder med en brugerindretning UE (20) over en radioforbindelse, der er etableret mellem basistationen (18) og UE'en (20), omfattende: en ressourcehåndteringsindretning (48), der er konfigureret til at allokere en semi-persistent rad i o ressource til radioforbindelsen og til at signalere den semi-persistente allokering en gang, hvor ressourcen derefter er tilgængelig med regelmæssige periodiske intervaller uden yderligere tildelingssignalering; transmitteringskredsløb (56) til transmittering af dataenheder til UE'en under anvendelse af den semi-persistente rad i o ressource; modtagelseskredsløb (56), der er konfigureret til at modtage en anmodning fra UE'en om at retransmittere en af de transmitterede dataenheder under anvendelse af den semi-persistente rad i o ressource; en processor (54), der er konfigureret til at lette retransmission af den ene dataenhed under anvendelse af en radioressource, der er dynamisk planlagt af ressourcemanageren, kendetegnet ved, at scheduling-tildelingen eller sche-duling-bevillingen til retransmissionen indbefatter den HARQ-procesidentifika-tor, der er tilknyttet til den semi-persistente rad i o ressource; hvor ressourcemanageren er konfigureret til at tilknytte den semi-persistente radioressource til en tilsvarende hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ-identifika-tor for at gøre det muligt for UE'en at anvende HARQ-identifikatoren til at bestemme en identitet af en retransmitteret dataenhed.
7. Basisstation ifølge krav 6, hvor ressourcemanageren er konfigureret til at tilknytte den semi-persistente radioressource til flere tilsvarende HARQ-pro-cesser.
8. Basisstation ifølge krav 7, hvor transmitteringskredsløbet er konfigureret til at transmittere tilknytningen mellem den semi-persistente rad i o ressource og den tilsvarende HARQ-proces under anvendelse af en konfigurationsbesked.
