Description
- Vorrichtung zum ölen und Avivieren von laufenden Textilfäden Beim Ölen und Avivieren von Textilfäden, wie Kunstseide u. dgl., mit dochtaxtigen Körpern, an welchen die Fäden vorbeistreich= und welche aus Textilstoffen, Filz, Schwämmen u. dgl. bestehen, macht man die Beobachtung, daB die Auftragkörper in verhältnismäßig kurzer Zeit eipgleschnitten und däß außerdem dann die Textilfäden ,aufg@erauht werden.
- Nach vorliegender Erfindung kann das Einschneiden in wirkungsvoller Weise beschränkt und das Aufrauhen verhütet w&-xden, wenn man in dem dochtartigen Körper unterhalb der vom Faden bestrichenen Oberfläche einen heterogenen anderen, sehr harten. Körper anbringt, wie etwa einen Metalldraht oder -Stab, z. B. bestehend aus Stahl, insbesondere V4A-Stahl u. dgl. Der Faden schneidet dann nur bis zu dem harten Gegenstand ein, raubt sich nicht auf und wird doch in ausreichendem Maße von dem Auftragkörper bestrichen und mit öl und Avivagemittel versehen.
- Die Lebensdauer der Dochte wird bei der Ausbildung gemäß der Erfindung wohl durch das. Nachlassen der netzenden Wirkung begrenzt, ist jedoch wesentlich ;größer als bei den bisherigen Dochten.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Vorrichtung zum ölen und Avivieren von laufenden Textilfäden, wie Kunstseidefäden u. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dicht unter der vom vorbeistreicheriden Faden berührten Oberfläche des das Öl oder das Avivagemittel aufbringenden dochtartigen Körpers. ein Drahtoder eine Nadelaus V4A-Stahl oder .einem ähnlichen widerstandsfähigen Baustoff angebracht ist.
