Description

Process for the production of easily soluble vat dye preparations. It has been found that vat dye preparations are obtained that are already in the In the cold or in the case of mild warming. Dissolve in water in the form of the vat, if you have the unlinked dyes with caustic alkalis, dispersing sulfonic acid salts, such as salts of sulphurous acids of unsaturated fatty acids, lignosulphonic acid Salts, sulphite cellulose waste liquor and the like and hydrosulphite are added. Proceeds advantageously one in such a way that the dye with alkali and the sulfonic acids mentioned Evaporate salts and the products thus obtained are mixed with hydrosulfite. The so The preparations obtained usually dissolve easily when water is poured over them, also those made from dyes which, according to the usual methods, are difficult to dissolve are to be brought. The shelf life of the new preparations is surprisingly good, due to their low hygroscopicity. Examples: i. 10 kg of z- (4'-chloroanilido) i # q, -naphthoquinone are with 5 kg monopole soap, dissolved in a little water, and i q, kg sodium hydroxide solution of 40 "Be intimately mixed and brought to dryness with the exclusion of air. The obtained The product is then ground with the addition of 8 kg of hydrosulfite powder. The one won in this way When pouring water over the preparation, it goes into solution immediately and can be used without anyone further additive can be used for coloring.

Das erhaltene Präparat löst sich beim Übergießen mit Wasser leicht auf.a. io kg of dianilidoquinone are given with q. kg monopole soap dissolved in Water, poured over, and stirred with 20 kg sodium hydroxide solution of q.o ° Be. On it will the mass brought to dryness in a vacuum. The dry product will eventually come with 7 kg of hydrosulfite powder mixed well. The preparation obtained dissolves when poured over easily with water.
