Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με το γένος Lactcobacillus που έχει την ικανότητα να επιβιώνει σε περιβάλλοντα υψηλής θερμοκρασίας. Αυτοί οι θερμοσταθεροί μικροοργανισμοί έχουν την ικανότητα να παράγουν βιώσιμους αντιβακτηριακούς παράγοντες σε διαφορετικά προϊόντα τροφίμων μετά τη θερμική κατεργασία. Οι θερμοσταθεροί μικροοργανισμοί του γένους Lactobacillus μπορούν να συμπεριληφθούν σε προϊόντα τροφίμων που απαιτούν υψηλή θερμοκρασία. Ένας περαιτέρω σκοπός της παρούσας εφεύρεσης είναι η ικανότητα ενός προϊόντος τροφίμου που περιλαμβάνει τους θερμοσταθερούς μικροοργανισμούς του γένους Lactobacillus να προάγει ανοσοανοχή σε αυτοάνοσες νόσους όπως νόσο κοιλιοκάκη. Περαιτέρω, φανερώνονται δύο καινοφανή στελέχη του γένους Lactobacillus, το Lactobacillus plantarum LB3e και το Lactobacillus plantarum LB7c που έχουν κατατεθεί στην Deutsche Sammlung von Mikroorganismen und Zellkulturen, τα οποία έχουν λάβει αριθμό εισαγωγής 17852 και 17853 αντίστοιχα.
