Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para producir cloruro de polivinilo (PVC) con un diámetro medio de partícula de 10 a 18 pm mediante polimerización de cloruro de vinilo, el cual comprende los siguientes pasos de proceso: (a) cargar inicialmente agua, un iniciador(es), opcionalmente uno o más aditivos, y una porción del cloruro de vinilo en un tanque, y mezclar los ingredientes; (b) dispersar y agregar uno o más agentes de suspensión con dispersión adicional; (c) calentar la mezcla; (d) agregar el cloruro de vinilo restante; y (e) transformar el producto.
