Abstract

一种分步释放拉紧机机壳,为手动捆绑工具,分步释放拉紧机中的主要部件,机壳边缘上有锁定槽和松弛槽,所述的松弛槽旁还有释放槽,机壳上还有由释放槽和在释放槽边处,还连接可转动的与拉紧机上棘齿配合的滑齿,构成的缓释装置,而滑齿的顶点高于棘齿或与其持平。在释放槽内将拉紧机上的大挡板来回摇动几次,棘齿会一齿一齿放松,则绑带也随之释放一个齿距的长度,一点点放松,使绑带缓慢放松,待绑带上张力较小时,再进行第二步释放。逐步释放绑带的张力,就可防止货物突然松绑,突然倾斜、倾翻、倒塌而造成的伤人,损、毁货物的事故,并此装置简单、易制造、加工,只需增加滑齿这一简单零件。选用此结构的机壳组装拉紧机,缓慢释放效果好,并大大提高了其的使用安全可靠性,为拉紧机更新换代的理想部件。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种手动捆绑工具,分步释放拉紧机中的主要部件,分步释放拉紧机机壳。由其组装成的拉紧机,特别适用于运输车辆在运输货物时,使货物捆绑牢靠,并可防止释放操作时货物突然倾翻事故的发生。
背景技术
专利号01274274.0“二次释放拉紧机”虽也提供了一种既有拉紧功能,又具有分次释放功能的拉紧机,但机壳结构还不够完善。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种分步释放拉紧机机壳,设计合理、完善,用其安装在分步释放拉紧机上,使其既有拉紧机功能,又有缓慢释放功能,并缓慢释放效果好,能确保卸货安全,使用更安全、可靠。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:分步释放拉紧机机壳,机壳边缘上有锁定槽和松驰槽,所述的松驰槽旁还有释放槽,机壳上还有由释放槽和在释放槽边处,还连接可转动的与拉紧机上棘齿配合的滑齿,构成的缓释装置,而滑齿的顶点高于棘齿或与其持平。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:因在机壳的头部增加了一个带弧形的滑槽作为释放槽,并在释放槽处还连接可转动并与棘齿配合的滑齿构成的缓释装置,用其进行分步释放。在此释放槽内将拉紧机上的大挡板来回摇动几次,棘齿会一齿一齿放松,则绑带也随之释放一个齿距的长度,一点点放松,使绑带缓慢放松,待绑带上张力较小时,再进行第二步释放。将大挡板固定在松驰槽内,棘齿才处于完全释放状态,安全放松绑带,货物才会被松绑。采用分步释放,逐步释放绑带的张力,就可防止货物突然松绑,突然倾斜、倾翻、倒塌而造成的伤人,损、毁货物的事故,并此装置简单、易制造、加工,只需增加滑齿这一简单零件。选用此结构的机壳组装拉紧机,缓慢释放效果好,并大大提高了其的使用安全可靠性,为拉紧机更新换代的理想部件。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
机壳8,中间截面为  形,两端开口无底面,两侧壁上有大、小通孔和长条形滑槽,一开口端头部边缘有一松驰槽1,其相邻处还有一释放槽3,其下方有通孔6和弧形定位槽2,与松驰槽1相对应处有一锁定槽7。
滑齿4,中间有通孔,一端为圆弧形与棘齿10配合,一端为弯折形。
释放槽3,为在机壳8头部边缘上开有的圆弧形滑槽,其圆弧形与棘齿10圆弧形方向一致并形状相匹配或形状不一样,并圆弧形长度为棘齿10齿长度的2-3倍。
用铆钉5将滑齿4,固定在机壳8头部边缘释放槽3下方的通孔6内,并将滑齿4的一弯折端,插入机壳8上的定位槽2内,滑齿4可绕铆钉5转动,并与棘齿10配合,滑齿4的顶点高于棘齿10或与棘齿10持平。
将带有释放装置的机壳8与棘齿10、手柄12用两半轴9连接成整体,并和其它部件装配成分步释放拉紧机。
若要卸货,需先给货物松绑,先扳起拉紧机的手柄12,将大挡板11从锁定槽7中拉出,转动手柄12,将大挡板11先放置在释放槽3内,继续向前推动手柄12,大挡板11沿释放槽3逆时针方向滑动,并滑越过滑齿4的最高顶点,如图3a所示,继续推动手柄12,使大挡板11逆时针方向滑动,直到释放槽3的底部,如图3b所示,棘齿10在绑带拉力的作用下,顺时针方向转动,其上的齿推动大挡板11沿释放槽3顺时针方向滑动,直到碰到滑齿4,嵌在棘齿10的齿与滑齿4间,如图3c所示,继续顺时针方向搬动手柄12,大挡板11推动滑齿4,并沿滑齿4的顶点越过滑齿4,滑入释放槽3,直到碰到槽边被顶住,绑带被放松了一个齿距的长度,如图3d所示。
反复上述操作,棘齿10一齿齿顺时针方向向后转动,绑带也缓慢被放松,若将大挡板11插入松驰槽1内,带子完全放松,拉动绑带,棘齿10与两半轴9一起转动,从而将绑带从两半轴9中脱出,货物松绑,如图3e所示。

Claims (3)

1.一种分步释放拉紧机机壳,机壳(8)边缘上有锁定槽(7)和松驰槽(1),其特征在于所述的松驰槽(1)旁还有释放槽(3),机壳(8)上还有由释放槽(3)和在释放槽(3)边处,还连接可转动的与拉紧机上棘齿(10)配合的滑齿(4),构成的缓释装置,而滑齿(4)的顶点高于棘齿(10)或与其持平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机壳,其特征在于机壳(8),中间截面为凵形,两端开口无底面,两侧壁上有大、小通孔和长条形滑槽,一开口端头部边缘有一松驰槽(1),其相邻处还有一释放槽(3),其下方有通孔(6)和弧形定位槽(2),与松驰槽(1)相对应处有一锁定槽(7);滑齿(4)中间有通孔,一端为圆弧形与棘齿(10)配合,一端为弯折形;释放槽(3)为在机壳(8)头部边缘上开有的圆弧形滑槽,其圆弧形与棘齿(10)圆弧形方向一致并形状相匹配或形状不一样,并圆弧形长度为棘齿(10)齿长度的2-3倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机壳,其特征在于滑齿(4)用铆钉(5)固定在机壳(8)头部边缘释放槽(3)下方的通孔(6)内,滑齿(4)的一弯折端,插入机壳(8)上的定位槽(2)内,滑齿(4)可绕铆钉(5)转动。
