本实用新型涉及一种保温玻璃,特别是一种窗用保温玻璃。
高寒地区的室内保温是建筑业必须认真考虑的问题之一,其中以门窗保温为最难处理,既要考虑采光通风又要考虑保温。在过去一般都是采用双层玻璃窗来作为高寒地区的窗户,但这种双层窗户用材用了均为普通窗户的二倍。造价相应增高。近年来,流行一种推拉式铝合金或塑钢门窗结构,在高寒地区为解决窗户的保温问题,是用一种双层保温玻璃镶装在窗扇的框中,其结构如图1所示:两块平行放置的玻璃其四设有矩形截面的密封胶条,以保持两平行玻璃的间距,再用密封胶密封固定,两层玻璃之间是为空气。这种双层玻璃的保温性能主要取决于两玻璃的间距和两玻璃间所填充的介质的导热系数,空气是多种气体的混合气,其导热系数并非最小,绝热性能最好的是惰性气体。因此,现用的中空保温玻璃就其保温性来讲还是大有改进的余地。
本实用新型的目的即在于提供一种具高保温性能的窗用保温玻璃。
本实用新型的上述目的是由如下技术方案来实现的:
一种窗用保温玻璃,该窗用保温玻璃是在二平行置放的玻璃四周镶有保温胶条,胶条与玻璃之间用密封胶密封,其特征在于:两平行玻璃之间是为高绝热性能的透明介质。
在具体实施过程中,上述高绝热性能的透明介质是为惰性气体;
上述高绝热性能的透明介质的惰性气体是为氩气或氖气。
本实用新型的优点在于:保温性能好,双层玻璃可做的较薄。

由图1可见,本实用新型所提供的一种窗用保温玻璃,是在二平行置放的玻璃1的四周镶有保温胶条2,胶条2与玻璃1之间用密封胶3密封,在两平行玻璃之间填充有高绝热性能的透明介质4。
上述高绝热性能的透明介质4是为惰性气体氩气,在其他的实施例中也可采用氖气或氮气。

1、一种窗用保温玻璃,该窗用保温玻璃是在二平行置放的玻璃四周镶有保温胶条,胶条与玻璃之间用密封胶密封,其特征在于:两平行玻璃之间充有高绝热性能的透明介质。
2、如权利要求1所说的窗用保温玻璃,其特征在于:所述高绝热性能的透明介质是为惰性气体。
3、如权利要求2所说的窗用保温玻璃,其特征在于:所述惰性气体是为氩气。
4、如权利要求2所说的窗用保温玻璃,其特征在于:所述惰性气体是为氖气。
