Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔热保温的建筑用中空玻璃,所述中空玻璃包括下玻璃层(5)和上玻璃层(3),其特征在于,所述下玻璃层(5)和上玻璃层(3)之间设置有密封胶层(7),所述上玻璃层(3)的下表面且位于所述密封胶层(7)的内侧设置有上胶层(1),所述下玻璃层(5)的上表面且位于所述密封胶层(7)的内侧设置有下胶层(6),所述上胶层(1)和下胶层(6)之间设置有铝条(2),所述铝条(2)的内侧且位于所述下玻璃层(5)和上玻璃层(3)之间为空气容腔(4),所述空气容腔(4)中填充有气体。本发明具有更好的保温隔热效果,而且还具有防紫外线的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃技术领域,尤其涉及一种隔热保温的建筑用中空玻璃。
背景技术
中空玻璃由美国人于1865年发明,是一种良好的隔热、隔音、美观适用、并可降低建筑物自重的新型建筑材料,它是用两片(或三片)玻璃,使用高强度高气密性复合粘结剂,将玻璃片与内含干燥剂的铝合金框架粘结,制成的高效能隔音隔热玻璃。中空玻璃多种性能优越于普通双层玻璃,因此得到了世界各国的认可,然而现有的中空玻璃是双白,不防紫外线,保温隔热效果差。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种隔热保温的建筑用中空玻璃,其具有更好的保温隔热效果,而且还具有防紫外线的功能。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案实现:
一种隔热保温的建筑用中空玻璃,所述中空玻璃包括下玻璃层和上玻璃层,所述下玻璃层和上玻璃层之间设置有密封胶层,所述上玻璃层的下表面且位于所述密封胶层的内侧设置有上胶层,所述下玻璃层的上表面且位于所述密封胶层的内侧设置有下胶层,所述上胶层和下胶层之间设置有铝条,所述铝条的内侧且位于所述下玻璃层和上玻璃层之间为空气容腔,所述空气容腔中填充有气体,所述空气容腔中设置有吸附颗粒。
优选的,所述填充在所述空气容腔中的气体为惰性气体。
优选的,所述下玻璃层为钢化白玻璃。
优选的,所述上玻璃层为低辐射镀膜钢化玻璃。
优选的,所述铝条为内灌式分子铝条。
优选的,所述上胶层和下胶层为丁基胶。
优选的,所述下玻璃层和上玻璃层的厚度为6mm。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明具有更好的保温隔热效果,而且还具有防紫外线的功能。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1所示为本发明一种隔热保温的建筑用中空玻璃,所述中空玻璃包括下玻璃层5和上玻璃层3,所述下玻璃层5和上玻璃层3之间设置有密封胶层7,所述上玻璃层3的下表面且位于所述密封胶层7的内侧设置有上胶层1,所述下玻璃层5的上表面且位于所述密封胶层7的内侧设置有下胶层6,所述上胶层1和下胶层6之间设置有铝条2,所述铝条2的内侧且位于所述下玻璃层5和上玻璃层3之间为空气容腔4,所述空气容腔4中填充有气体,所述空气容腔4中设置有吸附颗粒8,吸附颗粒8可以用于吸附空气容腔4中的杂质,可以增加其隔热效果,同时还可以延长其使用寿命。
本实施例中,填充在所述空气容腔4中的气体为惰性气体。
本实施例中,下玻璃层5为钢化白玻璃。
本实施例中,上玻璃层3为低辐射镀膜钢化玻璃。
本实施例中,铝条2为内灌式分子铝条。
本实施例中,上胶层1和下胶层6为丁基胶。
本实施例中,下玻璃层5和上玻璃层3的厚度为6mm。
本实施例的工作原理在于:中空玻璃是将两片玻璃通过有效的密封材料密封和间隔材料分隔开,并在两片玻璃之间装有吸收水气的干燥剂,从而保证玻璃内部长时间为干燥的空气层,无水气、灰尘存在;中空玻璃中的玻璃、Low-E膜层、空气、环境温度间的关系和相互作用,从热量的传导、对流、辐射三种传播方式,阐述Low-E中空玻璃是如何从这三方面有效阻断,从而达到建筑节能降耗的目的。同时本实施例的中空玻璃更好的保温隔热效果,而且还具有防紫外线的功能。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种隔热保温的建筑用中空玻璃,所述中空玻璃包括下玻璃层(5)和上玻璃层(3),其特征在于,所述下玻璃层(5)和上玻璃层(3)之间设置有密封胶层(7),所述上玻璃层(3)的下表面且位于所述密封胶层(7)的内侧设置有上胶层(1),所述下玻璃层(5)的上表面且位于所述密封胶层(7)的内侧设置有下胶层(6),所述上胶层(1)和下胶层(6)之间设置有铝条(2),所述铝条(2)的内侧且位于所述下玻璃层(5)和上玻璃层(3)之间为空气容腔(4),所述空气容腔(4)中填充有气体,所述空气容腔(4)中设置有吸附颗粒(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热保温的建筑用中空玻璃,其特征在于,所述填充在所述空气容腔(4)中的气体为惰性气体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种隔热保温的建筑用中空玻璃,其特征在于,所述下玻璃层(5)为钢化白玻璃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种隔热保温的建筑用中空玻璃,其特征在于,所述上玻璃层(3)为低辐射镀膜钢化玻璃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种隔热保温的建筑用中空玻璃,其特征在于,所述铝条(2)为内灌式分子铝条。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种隔热保温的建筑用中空玻璃,其特征在于,所述上胶层(1)和下胶层(6)为丁基胶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种隔热保温的建筑用中空玻璃,其特征在于,所述下玻璃层(5)和上玻璃层(3)的厚度为6mm。
