本实用新型的技术方案是:一种节能门窗结构,包括边框、中梃、扇、玻璃、室外玻璃胶条、室内玻璃胶条、中间胶条;所述边框、中梃、扇的型材均由外侧型材、内侧型材与两个中间隔热桥复合而成,在两个中间隔热桥之间形成封闭腔,与内侧型材、外侧型材,形成紧凑的矩形三腔结构;外侧型材与内侧型材之间设有中间胶条,中间胶条与设置在内侧型材上的止口胶条形成一密封腔;所述隔热桥与玻璃位于同一基准线上。
所述玻璃两侧设有用于防止扇与边框发生刚性碰撞的玻璃垫块。
优选的是,所述玻璃为中空玻璃。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型一种节能门窗结构,包括边框1、中梃10、扇12、玻璃11、室外玻璃胶条6、室内玻璃胶条7、中间胶条2;所述边框1、中梃10、扇3的型材均由外侧型材3、内侧型材4与两个中间隔热桥5复合而成,在两个中间隔热桥5之间形成封闭腔,与内侧型材4、外侧型材3,形成紧凑的矩形三腔I、II、III结构;外侧型材3与内侧型材4之间设有中间胶条2,中间胶条2与设置在内侧型材4上的止口胶条9形成一密封腔IV;所述隔热桥5与玻璃11位于同一基准线上,这种设计使该窗结构具有更好的隔热性能。
所述玻璃11两侧设有用于防止扇3与边框1发生刚性碰撞的玻璃垫块8。
优选的是,所述玻璃11为中空玻璃。
本实用新型具有良好的隔热保温性能,门窗的水密性、气密性、隔音、隔热等项指标亦佳。采用三腔结构,通用五金配件,使用不同的五金配件可制作成多种不同开启形式的门窗:推拉式、下悬式、上悬式等形式。
