Abstract
本发明涉及平板玻璃,特别涉及真空平板玻璃。为了增强窗户保温性能。利用双层平板玻璃加工成夹层,在夹层内利用支点增强平板玻璃的强度,支点根据平板玻璃的面积与厚度决定数量,支点的距离可在100至300毫米,使平板玻璃有一定的强度。再把两块平板玻璃的四边密封,使夹层成为密封层,再把夹层抽成真空。可安装在塑钢窗上或铝合金窗上,提高窗子保温性能。

技术领域:本发明涉及平板玻璃,特别涉及真空平板玻璃。
背景技术:窗户一直使用的是平板玻璃,因保温效果差,又采用双层平板玻璃做窗户玻璃。因天气炎热与寒冷,室内与室外温差大,双层平板玻璃也会有一部分热省,使室内的温度通过双层玻璃传于室外。如果能采用真空平板玻璃做窗户玻璃,因真空不传热,不会通过真空平板玻璃产生热省。
发明内容:本发明是为了增强窗户保温性能。
技术方案:利用双层平板玻璃1加工成夹层,在夹层内利用支点2增强平板玻璃的强度,支点根据平板玻璃的面积与厚度决定数量,支点的距离可在100至300毫米,使平板玻璃有一定的强度,能程受真空的吸力。再把两块平板玻璃的四边密封3,使夹层成为密封层,再把夹层抽成真空。可安装在塑钢窗上或铝合金窗了上,提高窗子保温性能。
实施方案:采用两块平板玻璃1,在两块平板的夹层间,采用支点2增强平板玻璃的强度,再把平板玻璃的四边密封3。抽空夹层间的空气,成为真空。

1.真空平板玻璃,包括平板玻璃,支点,密封,其特征在于:利用双层平板玻璃(1)加工成夹层,在夹层内利用支点(2)增强平板玻璃的强度,支点根据平板玻璃的面积与厚度决定数量,支点的距离可在100至300毫米,使平板玻璃有一定的强度,能程受真空的吸力,再把两块平板玻璃的四边密封(3),使夹层成为密封层,再把夹层抽成真空,可安装在塑钢窗上或铝合金窗了上,提高窗子保温性能。
