Abstract

本实用新型涉及用于制造交叉卷绕筒子的纺织机的槽筒,具有用于将纱线铺设在交叉卷绕筒子上的多个槽,其中这些槽具有交叉部位和反转部位。本实用新型还涉及具有这种槽筒的纺织机。
背景技术
EP2746206A2公开了一种制造交叉卷绕筒子的纺织机且尤其是卷绕机,其具有槽筒。交叉卷绕筒子位于回转的槽筒上且借此被驱动。纱线铺设在交叉卷绕筒子的表面上借助槽筒中的槽进行。这些槽构成反螺旋沟槽,使得所述槽具有交叉部位和反转部位。
与运动纱线的接触造成在槽处的磨损,尤其是在交叉部位和反转部位的磨损很大。所述磨损因磨蚀性纱线例如亚麻或聚乙烯纤维被进一步加剧。这种磨损于是可能严重到在最短时间后在交叉部位和反转部位就存在显著的沟道和切口。
过去已经提出了许多措施来减轻磨损。CH211473提出槽筒完全由陶瓷材料制造。DE1175588提出,槽筒的基本材质在遭遇磨损的部位、尤其在导纱边缘具有呈颗粒状或粉末状嵌入的耐磨材料部分。DE1264307致力于在交叉部位设置耐磨的板片状衬里。
EP1496004A1公开了一种完全涂覆纱线导向件表面的方法。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的任务是改善槽筒的耐磨性。
为了完成该任务,提出一种具有用于在交叉卷绕筒子上铺设纱线的多个槽的槽筒,该槽筒只在交叉部位和反转部位具有陶瓷涂层。
该陶瓷层可以被均匀施涂。陶瓷层具有高的磨损保护作用并具有高达1800HV的硬度。层厚达到120微米。作为层材料,可以采用氧化铝(AlO3)或氧化钛(TiO3)。
陶瓷涂层只在其也被耗用的地方实施。局部界定陶瓷涂层阻止涂层例如因制造交叉卷绕筒子的纺织机的筒子架而受损。陶瓷涂层还允许在具有涂层的区域和没有涂层的区域之间的顺畅过渡。由此避免纱线在过渡处受损。
该陶瓷涂层在交叉部位和反转部位通过热喷涂方法或电化学法来施加。这样的涂覆方法是工艺安全的、可靠的且易于实现。
在由钢和铝构成的金属件上的陶瓷涂层具有出色的性能。它们耐磨损、耐摩擦以及是电绝缘和热绝缘的。所述涂覆与金属基础材料无关。热喷涂例如能以等离子体喷涂或火焰喷涂形式构成。纳米陶瓷涂覆是可能的电化学方法。这些涂覆方法也允许内涂覆。这些方法因此不仅允许在槽筒周面上的涂覆,也允许直达槽内。
该槽筒为了陶瓷涂层的施加而被定位在柱形的辅助装置中,其中该辅助装置在所述交叉部位和反转部位具有多个开口。这种辅助装置的使用允许以简单方式产生被限制到所述交叉部位和反转部位的陶瓷涂层。为了保持辅助装置尽量简单,这些开口最好以矩形窗口形式构成。
常见的是,由灰口铸铁构成的槽筒接受硬化和/或防蚀的处理。已知的硬化和/或防蚀方法例如是碳氮共渗(Nitrocarburieren)或化学镀镍。
该槽筒在陶瓷涂层被施加于交叉部位和反转部位之后才经历硬化和/或防蚀的处理。由此保证用于硬化和/或防蚀的所述层不因陶瓷涂层的施加而损伤。

具体实施方式
图1和图2从一侧和从对置侧示出了根据本实用新型的槽筒1。槽筒1具有用于在交叉卷绕筒子上铺设纱线的多个槽5。这些槽5相应地具有多个交叉部位2和多个反转部位3。
槽筒1最好由灰口铸铁GGG40制造且随后被再加工。于是,只在交叉部位2和反转部位3上施加陶瓷涂层4。槽筒1的其余周面保持没有陶瓷涂层。就是说,在槽筒周面上出现了具有陶瓷涂层4的区域和没有陶瓷涂层的区域。具有陶瓷涂层4的区域包括所述交叉部位2和反转部位3。没有陶瓷涂层的区域相应地不具有交叉部位2和反转部位3。
陶瓷涂层4可以借助热喷涂方法或电化学法来施加。为了局部界定陶瓷涂层,槽筒1安置在柱形的辅助装置6内以便施加陶瓷涂层。
柱形的辅助装置6如图3和图4所示。图3示出了并排的槽筒1和辅助装置6。在图4中,槽筒1就位在辅助装置6中。辅助装置6具有多个开口7,这些开口在所示实施例中以矩形窗口形式构成。这些开口7如此设计和布置,即,这些开口7在槽筒1相应布置在辅助装置6中时露出具有交叉部位2和/或反转部位3的区域。
在施加了陶瓷涂层4之后,槽筒1可以接受用于硬化和/或防蚀的处理。这样的处理可以通过碳氮共渗或化学镀镍进行。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于制造交叉卷绕筒子的纺织机的槽筒(1),该槽筒具有用于在交叉卷绕筒子上铺设纱线的多个槽(5),其中这些槽(5)具有多个交叉部位(2)和多个反转部位(3),其特征是,所述槽筒(1)仅在所述交叉部位(2)和所述反转部位(3)处具有陶瓷涂层(4)。
2.一种制造交叉卷绕筒子的纺织机,该纺织机具有根据权利要求1所述的槽筒(1)。
