背景技术
蜡基的配方是技术人员早就已知的。它们尤其用于化妆品和药物制剂,举例如栓剂,棒状形式或膏状和洗液形式的不同的化妆品组合物,用于涂覆纸和纺织物等。为此目的,技术人员可使用大量蜡状物质和这类物质的混合物。这些包括,例如,对最终制剂的感觉外观有关键作用的甘油酯和脂肪醇。因此,甘油酯经常使皮肤有油腻/油脂性的感觉。脂肪醇导致白色残留物的形成,这是使用者感到的主要缺点。经常加入硅油以阻碍白色残留物的形成。硅油也用来降低制剂的粘性和改善它们在皮肤上的光滑、柔软的感觉。不幸地,一些硅油具有毒理学和生态学的缺点。因此,对于硅油取代物已经寻找了一段时间。

目前令人吃惊的发现这些特性可通过特殊的基于季戊四醇或其低聚物的蜡来获得,它们是由植物而非动物原料源制得。
发明内容
因此,本发明涉及含有少于0.3重量%的C17脂肪酸酰基并具有至少30℃熔点的季戊四醇和/或二季戊四醇、三季戊四醇的C6-22脂肪酸的酯。已经令人惊奇的发现这些酯在化妆品组合物中具有非常好的感觉特性外观。
该酯可含有唯一种类的脂肪酸酰基基团或不同脂肪酸酰基基团的混合物;该脂肪酸可为支链或直链的和/或饱和或不饱和的。为进行酯化,优选使用饱和的直链脂肪酸含量较高的脂肪酸,特别是来自植物性原料来源的那些。根据本发明,C14-24脂肪酸尤其是C14-20脂肪酸是优选的。本发明一种优选的实施方案为含有以下百分含量的季戊四醇的酯:(a)5-35重量%的单酯,(b)20-50重量%的二酯和(c)25-50重量%的三酯和任选地四酯。优选的含量为(a)10-25重量%的单酯,(b)25-40重量%的二酯和(c)30-45重量%的三酯和任选地四酯,而最特别优选的含量为(a)12-19重量%的单酯,(b)25-35重量%的二酯,(c)30-40重量%的三酯和(d)6-11重量%的四酯。
所述酯的另一种优选实施方案的特征在于,使用包含40-50重量%的C16脂肪酸和45-55重量%的C18脂肪酸的脂肪酸混合物来进行酯化。其余的脂肪酸混合物由相对短链(≤C14)和相对长链(>C18)的脂肪酸组成。季戊四醇和二季戊四醇与重量比大约为0.7至0.9的C16/C18脂肪酸形成的酯在感觉特性方面具有优势。根据本发明,特别适合的酯为通过季戊四醇与含有42-48重量%的C16脂肪酸和50-56重量%的C18脂肪酸(其余≤C14脂肪酸和>C18脂肪酸)的脂肪酸混合物反应得到的季戊四醇的酯,并且其具有以下的酯分布:12-19重量%的单酯,(b)25-35重量%的二酯,(c)30-40重量%的三酯和(d)6-11重量%的四酯。通常每摩尔季戊四醇使用1.8至2.2mol并优选1.9至2.1mol的脂肪酸混合物来进行酯化。
本发明还涉及制备C16/C18脂肪酸季戊四醇酯的方法,其中每摩尔季戊四醇使用1.8至2.2mol并优选1.9至2.1mol的脂肪酸混合物,其含有40-50重量%的C16脂肪酸和45-55重量%的C18脂肪酸或具有相应脂肪酸分布的原料混合物,并且(a)该酯化是在180℃至250℃的温度下,在没有溶剂存在下,在惰性气体气氛中进行的,(b)将形成的水蒸馏掉,(c)将得到的反应混合物在真空中搅拌直到它的酸值<1及OH值为145至158,(d)将未反应的季戊四醇过滤除掉和(e)任选地用过氧化氢进行后处理。监视和调节酸值和OH值的方法是技术人员熟知的,因此没有必要在这里详细讨论它们。
本发明还涉及根据本发明的酯作为稠度因子(consistency factors)的用途。
商业应用
包含根据本发明的酯作为成分的化妆品和药物组合物在稳定性、粘性、宏观的/微观的形态和/或关于感觉外观方面优于类似的已知组合物。它们易于使用及涂覆,容易被皮肤吸收且使皮肤感到光滑和柔软而不是油腻、粘的或油脂性的。
因此,本发明还涉及包含根据本发明的酯的化妆品和/或药物组合物,优选为基于总组合物的0.1-20重量%的量。根据本发明,特别适合的组合物包含通过季戊四醇与含有42-48重量%的C16脂肪酸和50-56重量%的C18 脂肪酸(其余≤C14脂肪酸和>C18脂肪酸)的脂肪酸混合物反应得到的季戊四醇的酯,并且其具有以下的酯分布:12-19重量%的单酯,(b)25-35重量%的二酯,(c)30-40重量%的三酯和(d)6-11重量%的四酯。这些组合物在稳定性、粘性、宏观的/微观的形态和关于感觉外观方面具有特别好的特性外观。根据本发明的组合物的优选的实施方案不含硅油。本发明还涉及使用根据本发明的组合物来进行身体护理(body care)。
其它蜡成分
本发明另一个优选的实施方案包含至少另一种蜡成分。通常理解蜡为具有以下性质的任何天然的或合成的物质和混合物:它们具有固态至脆硬的坚硬性(consistency),是粗糙至精细的结晶,透明的至不透明的,并高于30℃熔化而不分解。甚至稍微地高于它们的熔点,它们也是低粘度且不起粘丝(non-stringing),并且在它们的稠度(consistency)和溶解度方面非常依赖于温度。根据本发明在30℃或高于30℃熔化的蜡组分或蜡组分的混合物可被使用。根据本发明它们以总量的0.1-15重量%存在于组合物中。在本发明优选的实施方案中,另外的蜡组分的含量为0.1-10重量%,优选为0.5-5重量%和更优选为1-5重量%,基于总组合物。
根据本发明,具有蜡状稠度的脂肪和类似脂肪的物质也可用作蜡,条件是它们具有所需的熔点。属于此类的特别是包括脂肪(甘油三酯)、甘油一酯和甘油二酯,天然的和合成的蜡、脂肪和蜡醇、脂肪酸、脂肪醇和脂肪酸的酯,还包括脂肪酸酰胺或这些物质的混合物。
在本发明的上下文中脂肪被理解为三酰基甘油,即脂肪酸与甘油的三酯。它们优选含有饱和的、直链的及未取代的脂肪酸组分。它们也可为混合的酯,即甘油与不同脂肪酸的三酯。根据本发明可使用通过部分氢化作用得到的所谓的硬化脂和油,并特别适合作为稠度因子。植物硬化脂和油,例如硬化蓖麻油、花生油、大豆油、菜子油、菜油、棉子油、大豆油、葵花油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、亚麻子油、杏仁油、玉米油、橄榄油、芝麻油、可可脂及椰子脂是优选的。
特别适合的脂肪为甘油与C12-60脂肪酸特别是C12-36脂肪酸的三酯。这些包括氢化蓖麻油、甘油和羟基硬脂酸的三酯,该羟基硬脂酸例如以Cutina HR名称出售。同样合适的还有甘油(Gycerol)三硬脂酸酯、甘油三山萮酸酯(glycerol tribehenate)(例如SyncrowaxHRC)、甘油三棕榈酸酯或已知名称为SyncrowaxHGLC的甘油三酸酯混合物,条件是所述蜡组分或混合物的熔点总体上为30℃或更高。
根据本发明,其它适合的蜡组分为甘油一酯和甘油二酯和这些偏甘油酯的混合物。根据本发明适合使用的甘油酯混合物包括由Cognis DeutschlandGmbH&Co.KG出售的产品NovataAB和NovataB(C12-18甘油一酯、甘油二酯和甘油三酯的混合物)和CutinaMD或CutinaGMS(硬脂酸甘油酯)。根据本发明,C12-24偏甘油酯尤其适合于其它蜡组分。
混合的酯以及由甘油一酯、甘油二酯和甘油三酯形成的混合物尤其适合于本发明的目的,因为它们具有相对低的结晶倾向,因此改善了根据本发明的组合物的性能。此外,它们显示出与广泛改变极性的油具有相当好的相容性。
根据本发明,适合使用的脂肪醇包括C12-50脂肪醇。根据本发明,C12-24 脂肪醇特别适合作为其它蜡组分,且甚至可与C12-24偏甘油酯结合使用。脂肪醇可由天然脂肪、油类和蜡得到,例如,肉豆蔻醇、1-十五烷醇、鲸蜡醇、1-十七烷醇、硬脂醇、1-十九烷醇、二十烷醇、1-二十一烷醇、山萮醇、二十三烷(brassidyl)醇、木蜡醇、二十六烷醇或三十烷醇。根据本发明,饱和的、直链的脂肪醇为优选的。可是为了本发明的目的,也可使用不饱和的、支链的或直链的脂肪醇作为蜡组分,条件是它们具有所需的熔点。其它合适的脂肪醇为由天然来源的脂肪和油类还原之后得到的脂肪醇馏分(cuts),所述天然来源的脂肪和油类例如,牛脂、花生油、菜子油、棉子油、大豆油、 葵花油、棕榈仁油、亚麻子油、蓖麻油、玉米油、菜油、芝麻油、可可脂及椰子油。然而,也可使用合成的醇,例如由Ziegler’s合成(Alfols)得到的线性的、偶数的脂肪醇,或由氧化合成法(Dobanols)得到的部分分支的醇。根据本发明组合物的一种优选的实施方案包括至少一种脂肪醇作为另一种类似蜡的脂质组分。由例如Cognis Deutschland GmbH以名称Lanette16(C16 醇)、Lanette14(C14醇),LanetteO(C16/18醇)和Lanette22(C18/22醇)出售的C14-22脂肪醇,尤其适合本发明的目的。与甘油三酯相比,脂肪醇使该组合物在皮肤上具有干爽的感觉,因此比甘油三酯更为优选。
C14-40脂肪酸或其混合物也可用作蜡组分。这些包括例如肉豆蔻酸、十五烷酸、棕榈酸、十七烷酸、硬脂酸、十九烷酸、二十烷酸、山萮酸、木蜡酸、二十六烷酸、三十烷酸、芥酸和桐酸,以及取代的脂肪酸例如12-羟基硬脂酸和脂肪酸的酰胺或单乙醇酰胺。这里的列举纯粹是示例性的,并没有任何限制性特征。
根据本发明适合使用的蜡为,例如天然植物性蜡,如小烛树蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、日本蜡、西班牙草蜡、软木(cork)蜡、瓜拉那蜡(guaruma wax)、米糠油蜡(rice oil wax)、甘蔗蜡、小冠椰子蜡(ouricury wax)、褐煤蜡、向日葵蜡、水果蜡如柑橘蜡、柠檬蜡、葡萄柚蜡、月桂子蜡(bayberry wax),和动物性蜡例如蜂蜡、虫胶蜡、鲸蜡、羊毛蜡和尾脂脂肪。根据本发明,使用氢化的或硬化的蜡会更为有利。根据本发明可用的天然蜡还包括矿物蜡,如精制地蜡和地蜡作为实例,或者石油化学蜡,例如矿脂、石蜡和微晶蜡。其它合适的蜡组分为化学改性蜡,更特殊地为硬蜡,例如褐煤酯蜡、萨索尔蜡(sasol waxes)和氢化的霍霍巴蜡(jojoba wax)。根据本发明可用的合成的蜡包括,例如蜡状的聚亚烷基蜡和聚乙二醇蜡。为了本发明目的,优选植物性蜡。
其它蜡组分也可选自饱和的和/或不饱和、支链的和/或直链的链烷羧酸和饱和的和/或不饱和的、支链的和/或直链的醇形成的蜡酯,选自由芳香羧酸、二羧酸、三羧酸和羟基羧酸(例如12-羟基硬脂酸)与饱和的和/或不饱和的、支链的和/或直链的醇形成的酯类,还选自长链羟基羧酸的交酯类。像这些的蜡组分包括,例如C16-40烷基硬脂酸酯、C20-40烷基硬脂酸酯(例如KesterwachsK82H)、二聚酸的C20-40二烷基酯、C18-38烷基羟基硬脂酰基硬脂酸酯或C20-40烷基芥酸酯(erucates)。其它优先使用的合适的蜡组分为C30-50 烷基蜂蜡、柠檬酸三硬脂基酯、柠檬酸三异硬脂基酯、庚酸硬脂基酯、辛酸 硬脂基酯、柠檬酸三月桂基酯、乙二醇二棕榈酸酯、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、乙二醇二(12-羟基硬脂酸酯)、硬脂酸十八烷酯、硬脂酸棕榈基酯、山萮酸硬脂基酯、山萮酸十六十八烷基(cetearyl)酯和山萮酸山萮酯。
油组分
在另一个优选的实施方案中,根据本发明的组合物另外包含至少一种在25℃是液体的油组分或这类油组分的混合物。该一种或多种油组分以总组合物计,为1-25重量%的量、优选为1-15重量%的量和更特别为5-15重量%的量存在。

根据本发明,二烷基醚、二烷基碳酸酯、甘油三酯混合物和由C8-24脂肪酸和C8-24脂肪醇形成的酯或这些物质的混合物尤其适合用作所述的油组分。所述的二烷基碳酸酯和二烷基醚可为对称或不对称的、支链或直链的、饱和或不饱和的,并且可通过现有技术已知的反应制备。本发明一种优选的实施方案,其特征为使用包含酯、二烷基醚和甘油三酯,但不包含硅油的油组分的混合物。

根据本发明组合物的另一种优选实施方案另外包含至少一种非离子的表面活性剂,它有助于稳定根据本发明的制剂。非离子表面活性剂的含量由制剂的类型决定,但是通常不超过10重量%。非离子表面活性剂优选的含量以总组合物计,为0.5-10重量%,优选0.5-5重量%并更特别0.5-3重量%。
非离子表面活性剂的典型例子为脂肪醇聚乙二醇酯、聚甘油酯、烷基酚聚乙二醇醚、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、脂肪酸酰胺聚乙二醇醚、脂肪胺聚乙二醇醚、烷氧基化的甘油一/二/三酯、混合醚和混合缩甲醛、任选部分氧化的烷基(链烯基)低聚苷或葡糖醛酸衍生物、脂肪酸-N-烷基葡糖酰胺(glucamides)、蛋白质水解产物(特别是小麦类的植物性产物)、多元醇脂肪酸酯、糖酯、脱水山梨糖醇酯、聚山梨醇酯和氧化胺。如果该非离子表面活性剂含有聚乙二醇醚链,那么它们可具有常规的同系物分布,但它们优选地具有窄范围的同系物分布。在一个特别优选的实施方案中,该非离子表面活性剂选自烷基(链烯基)低聚苷。
烷基(链烯基)低聚苷是已知的非离子表面活性剂,其相应于式(I):

其中R1为烷基(链烯基),G是包含5或6个碳原子的糖单元,以及p为 1至10的数。它们可通过制备性有机化学的有关方法得到。作为大量出版物的代表在此可参见EP-A1-0301298和WO 90/03977。
所述的烷基(链烯基)低聚苷可由包含5或6个碳原子的糖醛或酮糖得到,优选葡萄糖。因此,优选的烷基(链烯基)低聚苷是烷基(链烯基)低聚葡萄糖苷。通式(I)中的指数p代表聚合度(DP),即单苷和低聚苷的分布,且是1至10的数。虽然在给定的化合物中p必须总是整数,并在此特别是采取1到6的值,对于确定的烷基(链烯基)低聚苷该p值是分析确定的计算值,其通常是分数。优选使用平均聚合度p为1.1至3.0的烷基(链烯基)低聚苷。含有聚合度低于1.7及更特别在1.2至1.4之间的烷基(链烯基)低聚苷从应用前景来看是优选的。根据本发明优选使用其中取代基R1由伯C8-24,优选C12-24和更特别C16-18醇衍生的烷基低聚葡萄糖苷。所述醇的工业混合物也可使用。
在根据本发明的组合物中,阴离子、阳离子和/或两性或两性离子表面活性剂/乳化剂或这些表面活性剂/乳化剂的混合物也可作为表面活性剂存在。
典型的阴离子表面活性剂的实例为皂类、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烯属磺酸盐、烷基醚磺酸盐、甘油醚磺酸盐、α-甲基酯磺酸盐、磺基脂肪酸、烷基硫酸盐、脂肪醇醚硫酸盐、甘油醚硫酸盐、脂肪酸醚硫酸盐、羟基混合醚硫酸盐、甘油一酯(醚)硫酸盐、脂肪酸酰胺(醚)硫酸盐、单烷基和二烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、单烷基和二烷基磺基琥珀酰胺酸盐、磺基甘油三酯、酰胺皂类、醚羧酸和其盐、脂肪酸羟乙基磺酸盐、脂肪酸肌氨酸盐、脂肪酸牛磺酸盐(taurides)、N-酰氨基酸,如酰基乳酸盐(lactylates)、酰基酒石酸盐、酰基谷氨酸盐和酰基天冬氨酸酯、烷基低聚葡萄糖苷硫酸盐、蛋白质脂肪酸缩合物(尤其是小麦类的植物产物)和烷基(醚)磷酸盐。如果所述的阴离子表面活性剂包含聚乙二醇醚链,那么它们可具有常规的同系物分布,但它们优选具有窄范围的同系物分布。典型的阳离子表面活性剂的实例为季铵化合物,例如二甲基二硬脂基氯化铵、和酯季铵盐(esterquats),更特别地为季铵化的脂肪酸三烷醇胺酯盐。典型的两性或两性离子表面活性剂的实例为烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺基甜菜碱、氨基丙酸盐、氨基甘氨酸盐、咪唑啉甜菜碱和磺基甜菜碱。所述的表面活性剂都为已知的化合物。关于它们的结构和制备的信息可参见该领域相关的综述。特别适合的温和型的典型实例,即特别是皮肤病学适合的表面活性剂的实例,是脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐、甘油一硫酸酯盐、单烷基和/或二烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、脂肪酸羟乙基磺酸盐、脂肪酸肌氨 酸盐、脂肪酸牛磺酸盐(taurides)、脂肪酸谷氨酸盐、α-烯属磺酸盐、醚羧酸、烷基低聚葡萄糖苷、脂肪酸葡萄糖酰胺、烷基酰胺基甜菜碱、两性乙缩醛和/或蛋白脂肪酸缩合物,优选地基于小麦蛋白。
另一种优选的组合物,其特征在于它包含下列组分:(a)0.1-10重量%的至少一种根据权利要求1至4中任一项的蜡组分,(b)1-25重量%的至少一种在25℃为液体的油组分,(c)0.1-5重量%的C12-24脂肪醇或C12-14偏甘油酯或其混合物,(d)0.5-10重量%的C8-24烷基低聚葡萄糖苷和(e)水。一种特别优选的组合物包含(a)0.5-5重量%的至少一种根据权利要求1至4中任一项的蜡组分,(b)5-15重量%的至少一种在20℃为液体的油组分,(c)1-5重量%的C12-24脂肪醇或C12-14偏甘油酯或其混合物,(d)0.5-5重量%的C12-24 烷基低聚葡萄糖苷和(e)高达90重量%的水。根据本发明,代表优选的蜡组分的酯为通过季戊四醇与含有42-48重量%的C16脂肪酸和50-56重量%的C18脂肪酸(其余≤C14脂肪酸和>C18脂肪酸)的脂肪酸混合物反应得到的季戊四醇的酯,并且其含有:(a)12-19重量%的单酯,(b)25-35重量%的二酯,(c)30一40重量%的三酯和(d)6-11重量%的四酯。
助水溶物
本发明另一个优选的实施方案另外包含至少一种选自助水溶物的化合物。该一种或多种助水溶物的功能是为了改善流动性能和感觉外观。合适的助水溶物是例如乙醇、异丙醇或多元醇。合适的多元醇优选地包含2至15个和更特别地2至6个碳原子以及至少两个羟基。根据本发明,甘油是优选的。该助水溶物的含量以总组合物计,为0.1-10重量%,优选0.5-5重量%,并更特别地为1-5重量%。
其它任选的辅剂和添加剂
取决于它们预期的应用,该化妆品制剂包含大量其它辅剂和添加剂,例如增稠剂、富脂剂、稳定剂、聚合物、卵磷脂、磷脂、生物活性物质(biogenicagents)、防紫外线因子、抗氧化剂、除臭剂、成膜剂、溶胀剂、驱虫剂、助水溶物、增溶剂、防腐剂、芳香油、颜料等,它们在后面示例性列出。具体添加剂的使用量由预期的用途决定。
合适的增稠剂是例如,Aerosil类型(亲水型硅酸盐),多糖,更特别是 黄原胶、瓜尔-瓜尔胶(guar-guar)、琼脂(agar-agar)、藻酸盐和纤基乙酸钠(tyloses)、羧甲基纤维素和羟乙基和羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和膨润土,例如BentoneGelVS-5PC(Rheox)。
在本发明上下文中的防紫外线因子是指例如在室温下是液体或结晶态的有机物质(滤光剂),它们能够吸收紫外辐射并以较长波辐射形式如热量将所吸收的能量释放。UV-B滤光剂可为油溶性或水溶性的。典型的UV-A滤光剂特别是苯甲酰基甲烷的衍生物。当然也可以混合物的形式使用UV-A和UV-B滤光剂,例如由苯甲酰基甲烷衍生物例如4-叔丁基-4’-甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷(Parsol1789)和2-氰基-3,3-苯基肉桂酸-2-乙基己酯(氰双苯丙烯酸辛酯)以及肉桂酸的酯,优选4-甲氧基肉桂酸-2-乙基己酯和/或4-甲氧基肉桂酸丙酯和/或4-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯的组合物。常常将这些物质的组合物与水溶性滤光剂例如2-苯基苯并咪唑-5-磺酸和其碱性金属盐、碱土金属盐、铵盐、烷基铵盐、烷醇铵盐和葡糖铵盐进行结合使用。
为了此目的,除了所述的可溶性物质外,还可使用不溶性挡光颜料,即精细分散的金属氧化物或盐。合适的金属氧化物的实例,尤其为氧化锌和二氧化钛。
除了上述两组主要防光因子外,也可使用抗氧化剂类型的次级防光因子。当UV射线透入皮肤时,抗氧化剂类型的次级防光因子可中断被引发的光化学反应链。
在本发明的上下文中,生物活性物质(biogenic)为例如生育酚、生育酚乙酸酯、生育酚棕榈酸酯、抗坏血酸、(脱氧)核糖核酸和其分裂产物、β-葡聚糖、视黄醇、红没药醇、尿囊素、植烷三醇、泛醇、AHA酸、氨基酸、神经酰胺、假神经酰胺、精油、植物提取物(例如李属提取物、班巴拉坚果(bambara nut)提取物)和复合维生素。
脱臭组分抵消、掩盖或除去体臭。体臭是通过皮肤细菌在顶质分泌汗腺上作用导致令人厌恶气味的降解产物形成而产生的。因此,细菌抑制剂、酶抑制剂、气味吸收剂或气味掩盖剂也特别适合作为脱臭组分。
合适的驱虫剂为例如N,N-二乙基-间-甲苯酰胺、戊烷-1,2-二醇或3-(N-正丁基-N-乙酰氨基)-丙酸乙酯),Merck KGaA将其称为Insect Repellent 3535和丁基乙酰基氨基丙酸酯。
一种合适的自身鞣剂(self-tanning)为二羟基丙酮。阻止黑色素形成并用 在退色剂中的合适的酪氨酸抑制剂为例如熊果苷、阿魏酸、曲酸、香豆酸和抗坏血酸(维生素C)。
合适的防腐剂为例如苯氧基乙醇、甲醛溶液、对羟苯甲酸酯、戊二醇或山梨酸以及已知称为Surfacine的银络合物,以及化妆品条例(Kosmetikverordnung)附件6的A部分和B部分中列举的其它类化合物。
合适的芳香油为天然和合成香料的混合物。天然香料包括花、茎和叶、果、果皮、根、木、香草和草、针叶和树枝、树脂和香酯的提取物。动物原料,例如麝香猫和河狸,以及酯、醚、醛、酮、醇和烃类的合成香料化合物也是适合的。
合适的颜料为任何适合并允许用于化妆目的的物质。实例包括胭脂虫红A(C.I.16255)、专利蓝V(C.I.42051)、靛蓝(C.I.73015)、叶绿酸(C.I.75810)、喹啉黄(C.I.47005)、二氧化钛(C.I.77891)、阴丹士林蓝RS(C.I.69800)和茜草红色淀(C.I.58000)。这些颜料通常以占混合物总量的0.001-0.1重量%的浓度使用。

Claims (32)
1.季戊四醇的C6-22脂肪酸的酯,其含有少于0.3重量%的C17脂肪酸酰基,并具有至少30℃的熔点,其特征在于它们为季戊四醇的酯,具有下列百分含量:(a)5-35重量%的单酯,(b)20-50重量%的二酯和(c)25-50重量%的三酯和任选的四酯。
2.如权利要求1所限定的酯,其特征在于使用包含40-50重量%的C16脂肪酸和45-55重量%的C18脂肪酸的脂肪酸混合物来进行酯化。
3.如权利要求2所限定的酯,其特征在于它们包含(a)10-25重量%的单酯,(b)25-40重量%的二酯和(c)30-45重量%的三酯和任选地四酯。
4.如权利要求3所限定的酯,其特征在于它们包含(a)12-19重量%的单酯,(b)25-35重量%的二酯,(c)30-40重量%的三酯和(d)6-11重量%的四酯。
5.制备如权利要求2至4中任一项所限定的C16/C18脂肪酸季戊四醇酯的方法,其中每摩尔季戊四醇使用1.8至2.2mol的包含40-50重量%的C16脂肪酸和45-55重量%的C18脂肪酸的脂肪酸混合物或含有相应的脂肪酸分布的原料混合物,且(a)该酯化是在180℃至250℃的温度下,在没有溶剂存在下,在惰性气体气氛中进行的,(b)将形成的水蒸馏掉,(c)将得到的反应混合物在真空中搅拌直到它的酸值<1及OH值为145至158,(d)将未反应的季戊四醇过滤除掉和(e)任选地用过氧化氢进行后处理。
6.一种化妆品组合物,其特征在于它们至少包含
(a)0.1-20重量%的至少一种根据权利要求1至4中任一项酯的蜡组分,
(b)1-25重量%的至少一种在25℃为液体的油组分,
(c)0.1-5重量%的C12-24脂肪醇或C12-14偏甘油酯或其混合物,
(d)0.5-10重量%的C8-24烷基低聚葡萄糖苷,和
(e)水。
7.如权利要求6所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于它不含硅油。
8.如权利要求6至7中任一项所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于权利要求1至4中至少一项所限定的酯或酯混合物以0.1-10重量%的量存在。
9.如权利要求6至7中任一项所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于另外存在至少一种其它的蜡组分。
10.如权利要求8所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于另外存在至少一种其它的蜡组分。
11.如权利要求9所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于其它的蜡组分选自C12-24脂肪醇和/或C12-24偏甘油酯。
12.如权利要求10所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于其它的蜡组分选自C12-24脂肪醇和/或C12-24偏甘油酯。
13.如权利要求6至7中至少一项所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于另外存在至少一种非离子表面活性剂。
14.如权利要求8所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于另外存在至少一种非离子表面活性剂。
15.如权利要求9所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于另外存在至少一种非离子表面活性剂。
16.如权利要求10所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于另外存在至少一种非离子表面活性剂。
17.如权利要求11或12所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于另外存在至少一种非离子表面活性剂。
18.如权利要求13所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述的非离子表面活性剂选自烷基(链烯基)低聚苷。
19.如权利要求14~16中任一项所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述的非离子表面活性剂选自烷基(链烯基)低聚苷。
20.如权利要求17所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述的非离子表面活性剂选自烷基(链烯基)低聚苷。
21.如权利要求6至7中至少一项所限定的化妆品组合物,其特征在于另外存在至少一种在25℃为液体的油组分。
