Abstract

连接端子
技术领域
本发明涉及与对方侧的插入连接端子电连接的接纳用的连接端子。
背景技术
在过去,这种连接端子,在前方,具有接纳相对侧的插入连接端子的连接部,在后方,具有连接电线的电线压接部,这些部分通过对1块导电金属板弯曲而形成。
图6为已有实例的连接端子的纵向剖视图,标号1表示连接端子的连接部,标号2表示电线压接部。连接部1基本呈箱形,其由具有在内方鼓出的接触部3a的底板3、与其左右两侧连接的侧板4,5(标号5在图中未示出)、与其中一个侧板4连接的顶板6围绕,在其内部,在顶板6的后方延伸的活动接触片7在前向折回。
该活动接触片7呈倒人字形,其中,设置于顶板6上的基部7a与自由端部7b的中间部的顶点构成触点部7c,自由端部7b以可滑动的方式与顶板6的内面接触,在触点部7c和底板3的接触部3a之间,插入对方侧的插入连接端子的平刃状连接部。此外,在顶板6中,突起部6a形成于触点部7c的内侧,限制活动接触片7的过度的变形。
如果插入图中未示出的对方侧的插入连接端子,则活动接触片7弹性变形,通过触点部7c,按压插入连接端子的平刃状连接部。
但是,在上述已有实例中,特别是在对方侧的插入连接端子从倾斜方向插入连接部1的内部的场合等情况下,插入连接端子的前端所接触的活动接触片7的倒人字形的斜面之间的摩擦力按照沿纵向将活动接触片7压缩的方式作用,使活动接触片7的斜面倾斜度增加。于是,具有摩擦力进一步增加,插入连接端子的平滑插入困难,使活动接触片7弯曲的危险。
特别是在将多个连接端子接纳于同一外壳内部的多极连接器的场合,如果插入连接端子中的某个无法通过摩擦阻力插入,则具有不能够插入全部的插入连接端子的危险性。
本发明的目的在于提供一种连接端子,该连接端子消除上述已有实例的问题,使对方侧的插入连接端子的插入稳定,消除活动接触片的弯曲的危险,可保持所需的接触压力。
发明内容
用于实现上述目的的连接端子,通过对导电金属板进行冲压、弯曲的方式形成,在前方,设置接纳对方侧插入连接端子的连接部,在后方侧,设置用于连接电线的电线压接部,上述连接部由底板、设置于其左右两侧的侧板、设置于其中一个侧板上的顶板围绕,基本呈箱形,使条片状的活动接触片从上述顶板的后端向后方延伸,该活动接触片按照具有弹性的板簧的形状形成,该活动接触片呈倒人字形,以其与顶板的边界为基部,与顶板平行地折回到上述连接部的内侧,上述活动接触片的中间部附近在下方鼓出,其特征在于在上述活动接触片的前端部,设置孔部,将上述顶板的前端部附近的一部分向下方弯曲的扣合片嵌合于该孔部中。

具体实施方式
图1为连接端子的展开图,图2为连接端子的纵向剖视图,图3为连接部的放大俯视图,图4为连接部的放大横向剖视图。在该连接端子中,包括接纳对方侧插入连接端子的连接部11和后方的电线压接部12的全部部分按照如图1所示,对导电金属板进行冲压,进而如图2所示的那样弯曲的方式形成。
在连接部11中,底板13、设置于其左右两侧的侧板14,15、与设置于其中一个侧板14上的顶板16如图1的点划线所示的那样弯曲,通过这些部分,如图2~图4所示,按照基本呈箱形的方式形成。在电线压接部12,形成有用于压接电线的芯线的第1压接部12a,与压接电线的包覆部的第2压接部12b。
在底板13中,设置有在内方鼓出的接触部13a和与外壳的底部扣合部嵌合的底板扣合孔13b。在底板16上,在侧板15所接触的重合的缘端部的附近,形成1个或多个狭缝状的扣合孔16a,扣合突片15a嵌入扣合孔16a中,该扣合突片15a的高度相当于设置于侧板15的端缘的导电金属板的厚度。
在顶板16的后方,如图1所示,条片状的活动接触片17朝向倾斜方向延伸。该活动接触片17呈倒人字形状,其中,以其与顶板16的边界为基部,如图2所示,与顶板16平行,在连接部11的内侧,通过较缓的弯曲部17a而折回,在连接部11内的中间部附近,在下方鼓起的顶点构成触点部17b,该活动接触片按照具有弹性的板簧的形状形成。在该活动接触片17的前端,开设孔部17c,在该孔部17c,嵌入有扣合片16b,扣合片16b按照将顶板16的一部分朝向下方弯曲。
从顶板16朝向前方延伸的边部18在内侧折回,构成对方侧连接端子的导向部,同时按压该活动接触片17的前端部,以便不让因活动接触片17运动而扣合片16b与孔部17c脱开。另外,在顶板16中,形成在连接部11的内部凹陷的突起部16c,限制活动接触片17的过度的变形。
此外,如图1所示,在两侧板14,15的后方的顶板16附近,较小的扣合条片19,20向后方形成,在装配时,在内侧弯曲,可位于活动接触片17的弯曲部17a的后方。
该连接端子通过成形机的多个步骤,在冲压、弯曲的同时形成,该活动接触片17通过图5(a)~图5(d)所示的过程,设置于规定位置。首先,如图5(a)所示,在将预先形成有触点部17a的活动触点片17向前方较大地折回的同时,呈箱形形成连接部11。在此过程中,如图5(b)所示,在沿上方的Y方向按压活动接触片17的同时,将其前端部拉近到前方,如图5(c)所示,将设置于顶板16上的扣合片16b嵌入前端的孔部17c中。在扣合片16b嵌入孔部17c后,如图5(d)所示,顶板16的边部18按照按压活动接触片17的前端部的方式在内侧弯曲,防止活动接触片17活动而孔部17b与扣合片16b脱离的情况。
另外,在将侧板14,15立起,将顶板16重合的过程中,如图3所示,设置于两个侧板14,15上的扣合条片19,20在内侧弯曲,并且如图4所示,设置于侧板15的端部的扣合突片15a嵌入顶板16的扣合孔16a中。
在该连接端子中,在合成树脂形成的外壳内部,底板扣合孔13b嵌合于外壳的底部扣合部,外壳的扣合矛状部与扣合条片19,20扣合,连接部11的前端与外壳的前端扣合部扣合,由此,将该前端固定于外壳上,防止沿连接端子的外壳的前后方向脱出的情况。
特别是,由于顶板16的扣合片16b嵌合于活动接触片17的孔部17c中,不让活动接触片17在后方移动,故在对方侧的插入连接端子的平刃状连接部以插入方式嵌合于活动接触片17的板簧状的触点部17b和底板13的接触部13a之间时,通过插入连接端子的前端所接触的活动接触片17的倒人字形的斜面之间的摩擦力,即使在对活动接触片17施加向后方的力的情况下,仍不将活动接触片17向后方压缩,可进行平滑的插入操作。
此外,即使在沿斜向插入对方侧连接端子,与活动接触片17的摩擦力较大的情况下,仍可减少将活动接触片17弯曲的危险。
在插入连接端子朝向连接部11的内部的插入完成的状态,插入连接端子夹持于将具有平缓的弯曲部17a的基部作为固定点的活动接触片17的板簧状的触点部17b和底板13的接触部13a之间,获得确实的电连接。
还有,在于同一外壳内接纳多个连接端子的多极连接器的场合,插入连接端子的插入力的误差小,由此,插入的操作性的改善效果更加显著。
在这样的实施例中,在连接端子与外壳扣合时,外壳的扣合矛状部不与活动接触片17中的倾斜弯曲的基部17a接触,稳定地与设置于两侧板的扣合条片19,20扣合,另外,可防止应力集中于活动接触片17的基部17a而基部17a的附近发生变形的危险。
再有,扣合条片19,20不限于从侧板14,15延伸的情况,也可从顶板16的活动接触片17的基部17a的两侧延伸。另外,也可适用于不具有活动接触片17的连接端子。
产业上的利用可能性
象上面描述的那样,本发明的连接端子在插入对方侧插入连接端子时不具有活动接触片弯曲的危险,可实现稳定的、平滑的插入操作,可确保充分的接触压力。

Claims (7)

1.一种连接端子,其通过对导电金属板进行冲压、弯曲的方式形成,在前方,设置接纳对方侧插入连接端子的连接部,在后方侧,设置用于连接电线的电线压接部,上述连接部由底板、设置于其左右两侧的侧板、设置于其中一个侧板上的顶板围绕,基本呈箱形,使条片状的活动接触片从上述顶板的后端向后方延伸,该活动接触片按照具有弹性的板簧的形状形成,该活动接触片呈倒人字形,以其与上述顶板的边界为基部,与顶板平行地折回到上述连接部的内侧,上述活动接触片的中间部附近在下方鼓出,其特征在于在上述活动接触片的前端部设置孔部,将上述顶板的前端部附近的一部分向下方弯曲的扣合片嵌合于该孔部中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接端子,其特征在于将上述活动接触片拉近到前方,使上述扣合片嵌入上述孔部,通过上述扣合片,防止上述活动接触片朝向后方移动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接端子,其特征在于在上述顶板上设置向前方延伸的边部,上述边部按照按压活动接触片的前端部的方式在内侧弯曲,防止上述扣合片与上述孔部脱离。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连接端子,其特征在于在上述连接部的后端部的两侧部,设置与上述外壳的扣合矛状部扣合用的扣合条片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的连接端子,其特征在于上述扣合条片在上述两侧板的后方向后方延伸,在装配上述连接部时,在内侧弯曲。
6.根据权利要求1所述的连接端子,其特征在于上述连接部基本呈箱形,其中,另一侧板的端缘与上述顶板的边缘部对接,在该另一侧板的缘部形成扣合突片,在顶板的缘部开设用于嵌入上述扣合突片的狭缝状扣合孔,通过上述扣合突片和扣合孔,将上述另一侧板和上述顶板连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的连接端子,其特征在于分别设置多个上述的扣合突片和扣合孔。
