Abstract
本发明涉及传动技术,提出的多传动副无级变速传动装置,主要包括变速箱内设置的倒档制动器(4)、前进档离合器(5)和主动锥盘部分、从动锥盘部分、传动带(12);本发明的特征在于:主、从动锥盘部分分别由两个或两个以上的固定锥盘和与之相对应的多个移动锥盘构成;主动锥盘部分与变速箱主轴、从动锥盘部分与变速箱从动轴联结并随其同步转动,主动锥盘部分和从动锥盘部分之间通过两条或两条以上平行布置的传动带连接,构成两组或两组以上的带传动副结构。采用本发明技术方案能够大大增加变速系统传递的扭矩,使其能够适应重型汽车及大型客车或重型机械传动领域等需要传递大扭矩机械的要求。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及传动技术,主要提出一种多传动副无级变速传动装置。主要应用于重型汽车、大型客车的变速传动,也适用于其他机械变速传动。
背景技术:
通常无级变速器传动方式为变节圆方式,其是通过对固定锥盘与移动锥盘间隙的调整,引起锥盘与传动带的传动半径改变,从而改变传动比,实现调速的目的。近几年这种无级变速传动方式逐渐应用于小型汽车变速传动中。但由于金属传送带属于摩擦传动方式,其传递的扭矩范围受到限制,而现在使用中的无级变速器其变速部分的主、从动锥盘部分均由一个固定锥盘和一个移动锥盘、传动带构成,所构成的一个摩擦副不适应传递大扭矩的需要,因此它在重型汽车及大型客车等要求传递大扭矩的情况下难以适用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种多传动副无级变速传动装置,使变速系统能够传递足够大的扭矩,以适应重型汽车及大型客车等要求传递大扭矩的条件。
本发明的技术方案是:主要包括变速箱内设置的倒档制动器、前进档离合器和主动锥盘部分、从动锥盘部分、传动带;主、从动锥盘部分分别由两个或两个以上的固定锥盘和与之相对应的多个移动锥盘构成;主动锥盘部分与变速箱主轴、从动锥盘部分与变速箱从动轴联结并随其同步转动,主动锥盘部分和从动锥盘部分之间通过两条或两条以上平行布置的传动带连接,构成两组或两组以上的带传动副结构。
主、从动锥盘部分分别由两个固定锥盘和两个移动锥盘构成;主动锥盘部分和从动锥盘部分之间通过两条平行布置的传动带连接,构成两组带传动副。
主、从动锥盘部分分别由两个反向布置且可轴向移动的移动锥盘和分别设置在移动锥盘两侧的固定锥盘构成,两个反向布置的移动锥盘中间设置有施压油缸。
主、从动锥盘部分分别由两个固定锥盘和分别设置在固定锥盘两侧的移动锥盘构成;两个固定锥盘锥盘面反向布置。
采用本发明技术方案能够大大增加变速系统传递的扭矩,使其能够适应重型汽车及大型客车等需要传递大扭矩机械的要求。

图1中,1-发动机输出轴,2-变速箱主轴太阳轮,3-行星轮,4-倒档制动器,5-前进档离合器,6、10-主动部分固定锥盘,7、8-主动部分移动锥盘,9、13-施压油缸,11-变速箱主轴,12-传动带,14、15-从动部分移动锥盘,16-从动轴,17、18-从动部分固定锥盘,19-一级减速齿轮副,20-二级减速齿轮副,21-差速器,22-半轴,23-链轮传动副,24-油泵。
图2中,1-发动机输出轴,2-变速箱主轴太阳轮,3-行星轮,4-倒档制动器,5-前进档离合器,11-变速箱主轴,12-传动带,16-从动轴,19-一级减速齿轮副,20-二级减速齿轮副,21-差速器,22-半轴,23-链轮传动副,24-油泵,26、28-主动部分移动锥盘,27、35-主动部分固定锥盘,25、29、30、33-施压油缸,31、34-从动部分移动锥盘,32、36-从动部分固定锥盘。
具体实施方式:
结合附图给出的实施例对本发明做进一步说明,如附图1所示:发动机输出轴1与变速箱内设置的前进档离合器联动,并且通过链轮传动副23将动力传递到油泵24,前进档离合器毂与变速箱主轴11、主动锥盘部分联动,主动锥盘部分包括两个设置在两侧的固定锥盘6、10和两个设置在反向布置的移动锥盘7、8,固定锥盘6和变速箱主轴11做成一体,固定锥盘10和变速箱主轴11键联并用螺母固定,移动锥盘7、8与主轴11键联,并可沿主轴11轴向移动。移动锥盘中间设有施压油缸9。同样从动锥盘部分也包括设置在两侧的固定锥盘17、18和反向布置的移动锥盘14、15(即移动锥盘14、15的锥盘面反向),移动锥盘15、14中间设有施压油缸13,固定锥盘17和从动轴16做成一体,固定锥盘18和从动轴16键联并用螺母固定,两条传动带12连接主、从动锥盘部分构成平行布置的两组带传动副。控制和改变主、从动锥盘部分的两组锥盘间距,使传动带12沿锥盘径向移动,从而改变主、从动锥盘部分的传动半径实现无级变速。从动锥盘部分经过一级减速齿轮副19、二级减速齿轮副20,将动力输送给差速器21,并分配到汽车驱动半轴22。
如附图2所示:发动机输出轴1与变速箱内设置的前进档离合器联动,并且通过链轮传动副23将动力传递到油泵24,前进档离合器毂与变速箱主轴11、主动锥盘部分联动,主动锥盘部分包括两个设置在两侧的移动锥盘26、28和两个设置在中部反向布置的固定锥盘27、35,固定锥盘27、35和变速箱主轴11做成一体,移动锥盘26、28与主轴11键联,并可沿主轴11轴向移动。移动锥盘26、28设有施压油缸25、29。同样从动锥盘部分也包括设置在两侧的移动锥盘31、34和设置在中部反向布置的固定锥盘32、36;在该实施例中,将主动锥盘部分、从动锥盘部分的两个固定锥盘制成一体,两个锥盘面反向布置。移动锥盘31、34设有施压油缸30、33,固定锥盘32、36和从动轴16做成一体,两条传动带12连接主、从动锥盘部分构成平行布置的两组带传动副。控制和改变主、从动锥盘部分的两组锥盘间距,使传动带12沿锥盘径向移动,从而改变主、从动锥盘部分的传动半径实现无级变速。从动锥盘部分经过一级减速齿轮副19、二级减速齿轮副20,将动力输送给差速器21,并分配到汽车驱动半轴22。
Claims (5)
1.一种多传动副无级变速传动装置,主要包括变速箱内设置的倒档制动器(4)、前进档离合器(5)和主动锥盘部分、从动锥盘部分、传动带(12);本发明的特征在于:主、从动锥盘部分分别由两个或两个以上的固定锥盘和与之相对应的多个移动锥盘构成;主动锥盘部分与变速箱主轴、从动锥盘部分与变速箱从动轴联结并随其同步转动,主动锥盘部分和从动锥盘部分之间通过两条或两条以上平行布置的传动带连接,构成两组或两组以上的带传动副结构。
2.按照权利要求1所述的多传动副无级变速传动装置,其特征在于:主、从动锥盘部分分别由两个固定锥盘和两个移动锥盘构成;主动锥盘部分和从动锥盘部分之间通过两条平行布置的传动带连接,构成两组带传动副。
3、按照权利要求2所述的多传动副无级变速传动装置,其特征在于:主动锥盘部分由两个反向布置且可轴向移动的移动锥盘(7)、(8)和设置在移动锥盘两侧的固定锥盘(6)(10)构成,从动锥盘部分由两个反向布置且可轴向移动的移动锥盘(14)和(15)和设置在移动锥盘两侧的固定锥盘(17)(18)构成,反向布置的移动锥盘(7)与(8)中间设置有施压油缸(9),反向布置的移动锥盘(14)与(15)中间设置有施压油缸(13)。
4、按照权利要求2所述的多传动副无级变速传动装置,其特征在于:主动锥盘部分由固定锥盘(27)、(35)、和设置在固定锥盘两侧的移动锥盘(26)、(28)构成,从动锥盘部分由固定锥盘(32)、(36)和设置在固定锥盘两侧的移动锥盘(31)、(34)构成;固定锥盘(27)与(35)的锥盘面反向布置,固定锥盘(32)与(36)的锥盘面反向布置。
5、按照权利要求4所述的多传动副无级变速传动装置,其特征在于:固定锥盘(27)与(35)为一体结构,固定锥盘(32)与(36)为一体结构。
