Abstract

本发明的任务是提供闷湿性低的一次性尿布,该一次性尿布由呈计时砂漏形的片状覆盖件(2)和透液性外片(22)及不透液性的内片(23)和吸液材料24构成,包覆件(2)由单独的吸液件3构成。包覆件2的体周边区端部可弹性伸缩地形成,其前后体周边区(6,7)的侧缘部分之间形成连接或可能形成连接。吸液性件(3)具有在裆区(8)的上部向体周边方向延伸而且其延伸的前端(43、44、46、47)接合在包覆件2的体周侧内面上的第1、2弹性伸缩件(26、27)。

Description

一次性尿布
本发明涉及一次性尿布。
现有的作为由夹装在透液性外片和不透液性内片之间的吸液材料组成的一次性尿布具有平面形呈计时砂漏状，前、后体周边区的侧缘之间形成可脱开连接的开放型和前、后周边区的侧缘之间形成可以剥离或不可以剥离连接的短内裤型两种形式，这是人们公知的。这两种尿布为了防止在穿上后滑动或为了提高吸液件与身体的密着度而往往在前、后体周边区端缘中的至少之一上安装向体周边方向延伸的弹性伸缩件。并且往往在这两个体周边区的上下方向中央部分上也安装着在伸长状态下向体周边方向延伸的辅助弹性伸缩件，在腿周边开口的边缘上也安装有弹性收缩件。
上述现有技术中的在开口边缘部分和体周边区中央部位上具有弹性伸缩件的缺点是通过尿布的整体与穿用者密切接触虽然排泄物不容易漏出但却使穿用者感到闷湿。
鉴于这一点，本发明把提供不仅排泄物不易漏出而且不容易产生闷湿感的尿布作为目的。
为了达到上述目的，本发明的一次性尿布的特征在于：该尿布具有包覆件和吸液件，所述的包覆件由前体周边区、后体周边区和位于这两个周边区之间的裆区组成，上述裆区的两侧缘向内弯曲后所述前、后体周边区和裆区展开成平面状时呈计时砂漏状，所述的吸液件由位于穿用者皮肤侧的透液体外片，位于包覆件一侧的不透液体内片和位于这两片之间的吸湿芯构成，而且以上述包覆件内侧上的上述裆区为中心向前、后体周边方向延伸。上述包覆件具有在上述前、后体周边区端缘部中至少一个上朝向体周边方向弹性收缩的性能，该包覆件的前、后体周缘部分之间形成连接或可以形成连接。上述吸液件具有在前、后体周边区向体周边方向伸长的状态下延伸并位于上述弯曲裆区上方的弹性伸缩件，上述弹性伸缩件中向体周边方向延伸的前端在与该体周边区的侧缘部分上接合的同时，上述各弹性伸缩件在上述侧缘部上大致相连呈现环状。
按照本发明的一个优选方式，上述包覆件由具有向体周边方向弹性伸缩性的无纺布构成。
按照本发明的另一实施方式，上述包覆件为上述前、后体周边区的侧缘部等相互间形成可互相剥离的或不能剥离的连接，并具有体周边开口部分和一对腿周边开口部的短内裤型。
按照本发明的又一实施方式，上述包覆件具有使上述各前、后体周边区的侧缘部分可互相脱开的连接机构。
图1是一次性尿布的局部剖开的斜视图，
图2是处在展开状态的一次性尿布局部剖开的平面图。
图3是沿图2的Ⅲ-Ⅲ线剖切的剖视图。
图4是表示一个实施例的尿布局部剖开的平面图。
下面参照附图详细说明与本发明有关的一次性尿布。
在图1中通过局部剖面斜视图示出的一次性尿布由制成短内裤形状的包覆件2，位于该包覆件2内侧的吸液件3构成。用无纺布制成的包覆件2，由前体周区(前身)6、后体周边区(后身)7、位于这两个区6、7之间的裆区8构成，前、后体周边区6、7的侧缘部分11、12之间互相重合成合掌状连接，其与沿上下方向相间配置的接合区13成一体。该包覆件2具有体周边开口部分16，一对腿周边开口部分17，向体周边方向延伸的弹性伸缩件8在伸长状态下安装在开口部分16的周缘附近。
吸液件3具有由透液的外片22，不透液的内片23和夹在这两片22,23之间的吸液件24构成的主体25。主体25以包覆件2的裆区8为中心向前后体周边区6、7的各方向延伸。吸液件3在构成前后体周边区6、7中的裆区8的腿周边开口17 之上的部位上具有从主体25的侧缘伸出后向体周边方向延伸的带状第1、2弹性伸缩件26,27。
图2、3分别是在图1中将通过接合区13连接的包覆件2的前后体周区6、7剥离并使尿布向前后方向展开时的局部剖开的平面图和沿其Ⅲ-Ⅲ线剖切的剖视图。吸液件3的主体25呈前后方向的长矩形，具有前后端缘部分31,32，两侧端缘部分33,34。主体25的外片22和内片23从成型为矩形的吸液件24的周缘延伸出的部分互相重合，通过热熔粘接剂接合(图中未示)。内片23从外片22的边缘部分向侧方延伸出，其伸出部分在主体25的侧缘部分33,34上向主体25的内侧折回形成防漏的护翼36,37。护翼36、37的端部36A、36B、37A、37B通过热熔粘接剂(图中未示出)接合在外片22上。弹性伸缩38、39在伸长状态下穿过在护翼36、37的内侧缘部分36、36C上形成并向前后方向延伸的筒状部分36D、37D。部件38,39的各个端部(图中未示出)接合在护翼36,37的端缘部36A、36B、37A、37B上。当尿布处在图1的状态时，弹性伸缩件38,39收缩，在护翼36、37与外片22之间形成的袋41、42向主体25的内侧方向开口。
吸液件3的第1、2弹性伸缩件26、27向体周边方向伸长，端部43、44、46、47分别通过热熔粘接剂(图中未示出)接合在包覆件2的侧缘部内面上。第1、2弹性伸缩件26、27的长度方向中央部通过热熔粘接剂51接合在主体25内片23的外表面上。第1、2弹性伸缩件26、27处在与把尿布前后二等分的中心线等距离之位置上，在图1的组装状态下，端部43和46，端部44和47大致连成呈环状。
该尿布在穿用时，可以通过由体周边的弹性伸缩件18固定在腹部的上部，通过第1、2弹性伸缩部件26、27固定在下腹部，这样固定之后，即使周边的弹性伸缩件18超越穿用者腹部鼓起部分往下滑动时，也可以通过第1、2弹性伸缩件26、、27防止吸液件3的滑动。
吸液件3的主体25为了不发生体液收容量不足的情况而被设计得很小，通过减少与身体的接触面积可以防止穿用时出现的闷湿感。这样做得很小的主体25由包覆件2覆盖住，以便不会因穿用尿布的婴儿的手无意地触动而发生位置滑动。这个包覆件2的大小和外形的设计应根据能保证在与穿用者身体之间有通风间隙和作为衣着的美感外观适当考虑。但包覆件2不受上述的限制，例如也可以使用在体周边方向具有弹性伸缩性的基片，在穿用尿布时使包覆件2密贴在身体上。在图中的示例中在包覆件2的两侧缘部分之间延伸的第1、2弹性伸缩件26、27也可以只在主体25的侧缘部分33、34与包覆件2的侧缘部分之间延伸，而省去中央部分48、49借此还可以使第1、2弹性伸缩件26、27的长度减短。在这种情况下，第1、2弹性伸缩件26、27与主体25也呈现环状。
图4是表示本发明一个实施例的一次性尿布的平面图。该尿布是与图1、2中所示尿布不同的开放型尿布，窄条扣件51从呈砂漏计时型的包覆件2的后体周边区7的侧缘部分向侧方延伸出。在扣件51的伸出端部上装有商品名为魔带等机械固定件的凸起件52，在穿用尿布时，把凸起件52扣到安装在上述体周边区6侧缘外面上的机械扣件的凹部(图中未示出)中，使前后体周边连接起来。为了扩大凸起件52可能扣住的范围而往往把该凹件延伸到前后体周边区6的中央部分。
按照本发明，包覆件2除了用无纺布之外，还可以用纺织布或塑料片，橡胶片等原材料，吸液件3的外片22可以使用无纺布或多孔塑料片等原材料，内片23可以使用塑料片或橡胶片等原材料。吸液件4可以使用粉碎的木浆或粉碎木浆与超吸收性聚合物粉末的混合物。
在与本发明有关的一次性尿布上，为了不使包覆件与吸液件通过无作用的大面积密贴在身体上而造成闷湿，可以至少把吸液件做得很小，为了使覆盖这种吸液件的包覆件与穿用者身体之间形成通气间隙，而可以选择其大小和形状。从而使该一次性尿布变成不闷湿有舒适感的尿布。

Claims (4)

1．一种一次性尿布，其特征在于：该尿布具有包覆件和吸液件，所述的包覆件由前体周边区，后体周边区和位于这两个区之间的裆区组成，上述裆区两侧缘部向内侧方向弯曲后，在该前体周边区和后体周边区展开成平面状时，包覆件呈计时砂漏状，上述吸液件由位于穿用者皮肤侧的透液性外片，位于上述包覆件侧的不透液性内片和位于这两片之间的吸收芯构成，而且，在上述包覆件的内侧上，以上述裆区为中心向前后体周边区方向延伸；
上述包覆件具有在上述前后体周边区端缘部中至少一个上朝向体周边方向弹性伸缩的性能，该包覆件的前后体周边区的侧缘部分之间形成连接或可以形成连接；
上述吸液件在前后体周边区具有在向体周边方向伸长状态下延伸并位于上述弯曲的裆区之上的弹性伸缩件，上述弹性伸缩件向体周边方向延伸的前端在与该体周边区的侧缘部分接合的同时，上述各弹性伸缩件在上述侧缘部分上大致连成环状。
2．如权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于：上述包覆件由在体周方向上具有弹性伸缩性的无纺布构成。
3．如权利要求1或2所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于：上述包覆件为上述前后体周边区的各侧缘部之间可互相剥离或不可剥离地连接并具有体周边开口部分，一对腿周围开口部的短内裤型。
4．如权利要求1或2所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于：上述包覆件具有可使上述前后体周边区各侧缘部互相脱离的接合机构。
