Abstract
兹提出一种内燃机的燃料喷射系统,它具有一个由燃料高压泵供给燃料的高压储油器(1)。该高压储油器(1)具有空心球(2)的形状,该空心球由两个锻造的空的半球(3)和(4)焊在一起。锻造成形的固定元件(6,7,8,9)用于将高压储油器(1)固定在机动车上。

已有技术:
本发明涉及一种符合主权利要求所述种类的燃料喷射系统。在例如已由欧洲专利EP0507191公开的燃料喷射系统中,高压储油器由一个预制的管子组成,连接套筒被装在其上面,以连接燃料喷射阀及从燃料高压泵引来的高压管道。这种高压储油器体积相对庞大并因此需要大的安装空间。此外,它相对较重,且液压性能不佳。
本发明的优点:
在本发明的具有权利要求所述特征的燃料喷射系统中,其高压储油器仅需较小的安装空间、重量较小,其液压性能特别好。

对实施例的说明:
高压储油器1具有空心球2的形状,该空心球由两个空的半球3和4组成。两个半球3和4采用锻造工艺制成,而后在其环形接触面上焊在一起。焊缝基准数为5。两个空的半球3和4也可以未示出的方式拧紧在一起。
两个空的半球3和4具有锻造时成形出的、彼此对应的耳柄型固定元件6,7,8及9,它们最好在焊接后各带有为未示出的固定螺栓而设的通孔10及11,借助它们,高压储油器1可固定在一汽车上。
如从图1中的截面图可以看出,垂直于焊缝5的平面4设有连接孔12、13、14及15,它们用于管道的连接,而这些管道用于使高压储油器1与电控喷射阀连通。既未示出管道,也未示出喷射阀。该四个连接孔12至15成对地在直径两端相对设置并各有一个内螺纹16,而每一个其直径更小、向内通过一个锥孔密封面17与内螺纹16连通的通孔18都与储油器内腔19连通。这种情况在图2中以放大比例示出。储油器内腔19例如具有约33cm3的容积。
图3示出了贯通球2的截面,它与图1中截面位于不同的平面上。可以看到一连接孔20,燃料高压输送泵的压力输入口可与该孔连通。与连接孔20相对还设有另一个连接孔21,在该孔内可拧入一个压力传感器或一个控制阀。
这两个连接孔20和21内也设有一个内螺纹16、一个密封面17和一个通孔18。在所有这些连接孔12至15和20及21内可以未示出的方式密封和牢固地装入高压管道,而这些高压管道则通过通孔18与储油器内腔19连通。
Claims (3)
1、用于内燃机的燃料喷射系统,它具有一个燃料高压泵,该泵供给一高压储油器燃料,燃料从该高压储油器被输送到电控喷射阀,从而喷射到自点火内燃机的燃烧室内,其中,高压储油器(1)设有供燃料输入和燃料输出的连通孔(12,13,14,15)及固定元件(6,7,8,9),其特征是,高压储油器(1)具有空心球(2)的形状。
2、按照权利要求1所述的燃料喷射系统,其特征是,空心球形的高压储油器(1)由两个锻造空心半球(3和4)制成。
3、按照权利要求2所述的燃料喷射系统,其特征是,两个空的半球(3和4)在其环形接触面上借助焊缝(5)结合在一起。
