Description
The application is a divisional application, the application number of the original application is 202210279097. X, and the application date is: 2022, 03, 20, entitled: "insect repellent device".
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of insect repellents, in particular to an insect repellent device with an insect repellent tablet.
Background
The insect pests such as cockroaches, ants, moths and the like can spread diseases and influence normal life and work of people, the main means for preventing and controlling the insect pests such as cockroaches at present comprise using insecticidal spraying, insecticidal baits, trapping devices and the like, wherein the insecticidal baits contain toxic components, the insect pests such as cockroaches are killed by poison after being induced to eat, the insecticidal efficiency is higher in the mode, but the defects exist, because the insecticidal baits contain toxic components, the insect pests are in danger of eating by mistake after contacting the insecticidal baits, especially children and pets in the home are easy to eat the toxic baits by mistake, and life health is endangered. In addition, the cockroaches and other pests can not poison immediately after attracting the toxic insecticidal baits, and can climb everywhere after contacting the toxic baits, and toxic components are brought to the cabinet, the food storage cabinet and other places, so that the life health is affected. Therefore, there is also a trend of using a repellent to repel pests, and as for the repellent, a chemical composition containing a toxic substance is often used for a long time to improve the effect of repelling pests, but after long-term use of the toxic repellent, the toxic composition volatilizes to cause damage to the nervous system and skin. With the improvement of environmental awareness, plant extract repellent plays a more important role in pest control, for example, a method for preparing cockroach repellent tablet from pricklyash peel essential oil is proposed in patent document with publication number of CN104255824A, and an insect repellent box containing camphora pellets is proposed in patent document with authority publication number of CN202819423U, but the insect repellent components are relatively single, and the problems of poor insect repellent effect, easy wetting of the medicament, difficult lasting and effective medicament and the like exist in actual use.
In addition, the traditional insect repellent device has a single medicament tablet structure, is of a single-layer tablet or block structure, and has higher volatilized medicament concentration when the insect repellent device is just started to be used, but the volatilized medicament concentration is lower and lower along with the volatilization of the medicament after the insect repellent device is used for a period of time, so that the insect repellent effect is poorer and worse, the medicament tablet is difficult to permanently have the insect repellent effect, and the effective use time of the insect repellent device is short. In patent document TWM557981U, a long-acting insect-repellent and mosquito-repellent hanging sheet structure is described, which comprises front and rear barrier layers and an intermediate diffusion layer capable of adsorbing liquid substances and gradually diffusing and volatilizing the liquid substances, wherein a plurality of capsule particles containing insect-repellent components are provided in the diffusion layer, and when necessary, the capsules are crushed one by one to cause the inner insect-repellent components to ooze out and be adsorbed and volatilized by the diffusion layer, thereby achieving the long-acting insect-repellent effect. However, the insect repellent device in this document needs to be provided with a capsule structure, has a complicated production process, and needs to manually crush capsules one by one to achieve the effect of long-acting insect repellent, which is inconvenient to use.
In addition, in order to make the tablet have better insect repellent effect, the tablet is generally impregnated with and adsorbed with multiple insect repellent components, but when the multiple insect repellent components are mixed, chemical reaction is generated, the insect repellent components are changed, and the insect repellent effect is weakened, especially when more than three liquid chemical components are mixed, the chemical components of the chemical components are greatly changed and the stability is poor, so that the insect repellent effect is affected.
In patent document CN1918982a, there is proposed a pest expelling device, which has a relatively good chemical volatility, but has a relatively complex structure, and is relatively expensive, which is not conducive to popularization and use, and when the chemical tablet is replaced, the user's hand needs to be in direct contact with the chemical tablet, and after the user's hand contacts the chemical tablet, the user's hand needs to be cleaned, which brings trouble to use. In patent document TW522791U, a storage box for storing bait is proposed, which seals the space between the base and the top cover in advance when leaving the factory, so as to achieve the purpose of packaging the bait, and prolong the shelf life of the bait. Although the bait box can avoid direct contact between consumers and the bait medicament, the accommodating box has a complex structure, and the tightness is difficult to ensure because of no sealed package of the package, and the medicament in the box body is affected by damp and the like, so that the performance of the bait is affected.
Therefore, there is a need for an insect repellent device that is safe, effective, durable in efficacy, and convenient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides the insect repellent device which is healthy and environment-friendly, durable in drug effect, good in insect repellent effect and convenient to use, and aims to solve the problems that an insect repellent device in the prior art is complex in structure, unhealthy and environment-friendly in insect repellent agent, single in agent sheet structure, poor in insect repellent effect, inconvenient to use and the like because an agent needs to be contacted in the use process.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
The utility model provides an insect repellent device, includes casing and cladding have the packing thing of medicament piece, the packing thing is placed in the casing, and the casing surface is provided with a plurality of through-holes with the inside intercommunication of casing, the medicament piece can volatilize and produce the insect repellent gas, its characterized in that, the medicament piece has multilayer structure, includes:
A first liquid absorbent layer having a volatile insect repellent in a liquid form adsorbed thereon; a second liquid absorbent layer having adsorbed thereon a volatile insect repellent in a liquid form which is the same as or different from the first liquid absorbent layer; a solid or semi-solid slow release layer disposed between the first liquid absorbent layer and the second liquid absorbent layer, comprising a volatile insect repellent agent; the slow release layer also comprises water absorption particles, the water absorption particles are mixed with the volatile insect repellent to form a solid block or a gel block, the volatile insect repellent of the solid block or the gel block can be gradually and slowly dissolved under the infiltration of the liquid volatile insect repellent to form a liquid medicament, and the liquid repellent flows to the liquid absorption layers at the upper side and the lower side under the action of capillary attraction, so that the liquid absorption layers at the upper side and the lower side can continuously supplement the effective insect repellent;
The package has the flat portion that is located the uncoated medicament piece at length direction both ends and is located the cladding between the flat portion in both ends and has the bulge of medicament piece, the casing comprises last casing and lower casing, and upper and lower casing passes through detachable construction and connects, the relative both ends of casing are provided with the opening respectively, the length dimension of opening is greater than the width of package, the height dimension of opening is greater than the thickness of flat portion, just be less than bulge's thickness, the flat portion at package length direction both ends extends from the opening of casing both ends.
The solid or semisolid slow release layer is arranged between the first liquid absorption layer and the second liquid absorption layer, and the volatile medicament of the solid or semisolid slow release layer can be gradually and slowly dissolved under the infiltration of the liquid volatile medicament to form the liquid medicament, and flows towards the liquid absorption layers at the upper side and the lower side under the action of capillary attraction, so that the liquid absorption layers at the upper side and the lower side can be continuously supplemented with effective insect repellent components, the effective insect repellent medicament is contained for a long time, and the stability and the durability of the insect repellent effect are ensured. In addition, each liquid absorbing layer can absorb different medicament components respectively and volatilize respectively to generate different insect repellent smell, so that the problem that the insect repellent effect is poor due to chemical reaction caused by the fact that a single-layer medicament tablet absorbs multiple insect repellent medicament components can be avoided.
The medicament tablet is wrapped by the wrapper when leaving the factory, the wrapper has the flat portion that is located the uncoated medicament tablet at length direction both ends and is located the bulge that the cladding has the medicament tablet between the flat portion at both ends, the relative both ends of casing are provided with the opening respectively, the length dimension of opening is greater than the width of wrapper, the height dimension of opening is greater than the thickness of flat portion, just be less than bulge's thickness, when placing the wrapper in the casing, the flat portion of wrapper length direction both ends extends from the opening of casing both ends.
The medicine tablet is sealed and packed by the packing material when leaving the factory, so that the situations of medicine volatilization and leakage, medicine oxidation and deterioration and the like of the medicine tablet are avoided, and the stability of the medicine effect can be ensured. When the package coated with the medicine sheet is placed in the shell, the flat parts at the two ends in the length direction extend from the openings at the two ends of the shell, one end of the extended package is torn or sheared to form the opening, and the other end is pulled, and the vertical height of the opening is larger than the thickness of the flat part and smaller than the thickness of the bulge part, so that the opening can only allow the flat part of the package to pass through but not allow the coated medicine sheet to pass through, and therefore, as the other end of the package is pulled, the medicine sheet slides out of the opening formed by tearing or shearing at one end of the package to remain in the shell. The whole process does not need to contact the medicament tablet, so the use is convenient, and the health is pollution-free.
The tablet further comprises a third liquid absorbent layer on the first liquid absorbent layer side or the second liquid absorbent layer side, which is absorbed with the volatile insect repellent in liquid form, and a solid or semisolid slow release layer is arranged between the third liquid absorbent layer and the first liquid absorbent layer or the second liquid absorbent layer, and contains the volatile insect repellent. By arranging a plurality of liquid absorbing layers and solid or semisolid slow release layers, the tablet contains more insect repellent and has longer lasting drug effect.
The liquid volatile insect repellent adsorbed by the liquid absorbent layer comprises one or more components selected from the group consisting of: peppermint essential oil, camphor essential oil or citronella essential oil. The natural plant insect repellent component is adopted as an insect repellent, so that the insect repellent is good in effect, environment-friendly and healthy, and in addition, the essential oil is adopted as a main carrier, so that the medicament can be stably adsorbed on the liquid absorbent layer and can be gradually volatilized, and the volatilizing durability of the medicament is ensured.
The volatile anthelmintic agent of the solid or semisolid slow release layer contains camphor and/or citronella extract. The volatile insect repellent agent of the slow release layer can be solid powder, and the slow release layer is formed by wrapping a hygroscopic material, the hygroscopic material has better hygroscopicity and permeability, and the first liquid absorbing layer and the second liquid absorbing layer absorb liquid volatile agents, especially absorb and impregnate plant essential oil, so that the solid powder can be gradually dissolved under the wetting of the plant essential oil to form the liquid agents, and flow towards the liquid absorbing layers at the upper side and the lower side under the action of capillary attraction, so that the liquid absorbing layers at the upper side and the lower side can be continuously supplemented with effective insect repellent components, the effective insect repellent agent is contained for a long time, and the stability and the durability of the insect repellent effect are ensured. In addition, the solid or semisolid slow release layer can also contain water absorbing particles, such as calcium chloride, aluminum oxide and diatom ooze, and the water absorbing particles are mixed with the volatile insect repellent agent to form a solid block slow release layer, or a semisolid slow release layer similar to gel, which can be gradually dissolved under the wetting of plant essential oil to form a liquid agent, and flow to the liquid absorbing layers at the upper side and the lower side under the action of capillary attraction, so that the liquid absorbing layers at the upper side and the lower side can be continuously supplemented with effective insect repellent components.
The first liquid absorbing layer, the second liquid absorbing layer and the hygroscopic material are made of chemical fiber, cloth, cotton, paper, sponge or non-woven fabric. Other materials than the above materials may be used as the material for the liquid absorbing layer, as long as it has a certain hygroscopicity.
When the first liquid absorbent layer and the second liquid absorbent layer are adsorptive impregnated with the same volatile insect repellent, the volatile insect repellent may include at least two components selected from the above group. Since the insect repellent effect is better than that of a single component when a plurality of insect repellent components are mixed, it is preferable to adsorb and impregnate two or more insect repellent components which do not react. However, when chemical reactions occur between different insect repellent components, particularly when three or more insect repellent components are mixed, the chemical components are changed to reduce the insect repellent effect, and at this time, instead of immersing the mixed insect repellent components, each component is separately adsorbed and immersed in each liquid absorbent layer, and each liquid absorbent layer separately releases a different insect repellent odor, for example, the volatile insect repellent adsorbed by the first liquid absorbent layer includes one component selected from the above group, and the volatile insect repellent adsorbed by the second liquid absorbent layer and/or the third liquid absorbent layer includes at least one component selected from the above group, which is different from the above liquid absorbent layer. The two liquid absorption layers absorb different insect repellent agents respectively, and exert different insect repellent odors respectively, so that a good comprehensive insect repellent effect can be achieved.
The shell comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, and the upper shell and the lower shell are connected through a detachable structure. The upper shell and the lower shell are connected through the detachable structure, for example, the upper shell and the lower shell are connected through the clamping structure, and the production and the assembly are convenient. When leaving the factory, place the packing thing that the cladding has the medicament piece between upper and lower casing, the user only need tear the one end of packing thing, pulls the other end just can place the medicament piece in the casing inside contactless. When the service life of the medicament tablet is up, the upper shell and the lower shell can be opened, new packages are placed in the upper shell and the lower shell, the shells are recycled, and the service life of the product is prolonged. Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-6. The structure and the use process of the present invention are illustrated in the opened state of the housing in fig. 2 to 5, which is only for the convenience of understanding the structure of the insect repellent device, and the housing is in the closed state, for example, the state that the upper and lower housings are assembled together in a clamped manner in the actual use process. The form of the package 2 coated with the drug sheet 6 and the form of the drug sheet 6 are only schematic, and are not actual.
As shown in fig. 2, the insect repellent device of the present invention comprises a housing 1 and a medicine sheet 6, wherein the surface of the housing is provided with a plurality of through holes 3 communicated with the interior of the housing, and the medicine sheet is placed in the housing 1 after being separated from a package and can volatilize to generate insect repellent gas, and the insect repellent gas is emitted from the through holes 3, so that the insect repellent effect is achieved. Referring to fig. 6, the medicine sheet 6 has a multi-layered structure including a first liquid absorbent layer 6-1 having a volatile insect repellent in a liquid form adsorbed thereto; a second liquid absorbent layer 6-2 having adsorbed thereon a volatile insect repellent in a liquid form which is the same as or different from the first liquid absorbent layer; also included is a solid or semi-solid slow release layer 6-3 disposed between the first liquid absorbent layer and the second liquid absorbent layer, which contains a volatile insect repellent. The solid or semisolid slow release layer 6-3 is arranged between the first liquid absorption layer 6-1 and the second liquid absorption layer 6-2, and the first liquid absorption layer 6-1 and the second liquid absorption layer 6-2 absorb liquid volatile medicaments, so that the volatile insect repellent of the solid or semisolid slow release layer 6-3 can gradually and slowly dissolve under the infiltration of the liquid volatile medicaments to form the liquid medicaments, and flow to the liquid absorption layers at the upper side and the lower side under the action of capillary attraction, so that the liquid absorption layers at the upper side and the lower side can continuously supplement effective insect repellent components, the effective insect repellent is contained for a long time, and the stability and the durability of an insect repellent effect are ensured.
The pharmaceutical tablet 6 further includes a third liquid absorbent layer (not shown) on the first liquid absorbent layer side or the second liquid absorbent layer side, which is adsorbed with the volatile insect repellent, and a solid or semisolid slow release layer 6-3 containing the volatile insect repellent is provided between the third liquid absorbent layer and the first liquid absorbent layer or the second liquid absorbent layer. In addition, a fourth and fifth liquid absorbent layer (not shown) may be provided, and a solid or semi-solid slow release layer may be provided between the liquid absorbent layers.
Through setting up a plurality of liquid-absorbing layers and solid or semi-solid slow release layer, for the medicament tablet of single-layer structure among the prior art, a plurality of liquid-absorbing layers make medicament tablet 6 contain more insect repellent agent, in addition, through setting up the solid or semi-solid slow release layer including volatile insect repellent agent between the liquid-absorbing layers, the liquid-absorbing layer of making upper and lower both sides can constantly supplement effective insect repellent composition, make the insect repellent smell that the insect repellent agent tablet volatilized keep the front and back basically unanimous just beginning with using after a period, make the change difference around the insect repellent gas concentration that volatilizees in the whole life cycle of medicament tablet little, thereby make the drug effect durable, have longer life.
Referring to fig. 7, a single-layer tablet in the prior art is used as a control tablet, the three-layer tablet is adopted in the embodiment, the volumes of the two tablets are consistent, a closed test box is adopted, the gas concentration of the just-unsealed tablet after standing for 1 hour in the closed test box is taken as the original concentration to be 100%, then the external normal use is taken out from the closed test box, the ratio of the concentration of the just-unsealed tablet after standing for 1 hour in the closed test box to the original concentration is recorded again every 5 days, and the external normal use is taken out after the test is completed. As can be seen from fig. 7, the concentration of volatile gas in the multi-layered tablet of this example was significantly slower than that in the single-layered tablet of the prior art of the same volume.
In addition, each liquid absorbing layer can absorb different medicament components respectively and volatilize respectively to generate different insect repellent smell, so that a plurality of insect repellent medicaments volatilize to generate a better comprehensive insect repellent effect. Therefore, the problems that the single-layer medicament tablet adsorbs a plurality of insect repellent components, particularly more than three insect repellent components, so that chemical reaction occurs, the insect repellent components change, the stability of the mixed medicament is poor, and the insect repellent effect is poor can be avoided.
Through the erpoglyph type of driving experiment, the group experiments are carried out under the same experimental conditions, cockroaches under the same model conditions are selected in the two groups of experiments, and in the first group of experiments, the cockroaches react more strongly to the multilayer medicament tablet in the embodiment, and all cockroaches can be rapidly far away from the multilayer medicament tablet. In another set of experiments, cockroaches did not react as strongly to the prior art drug tablets with single components or multiple drug combinations as in the first set, and all cockroaches were longer than in the first set, with time taken to get farther from the drug tablets. Therefore, compared with the insect repellent tablet in the prior art, the multi-layer tablet in this embodiment has significantly improved insect repellent effect. The drive erpoglyph type test is as follows in table 1:
Embodiment 1 has a three-layer structure, wherein the first and second liquid absorbing layers both absorb camphor essential oil, and the slow release layer contains camphor; embodiment 2 has a three-layer structure, wherein the first and second liquid absorption layers adsorb essential oil of Cinnamomum camphora and essential oil of herba Menthae respectively, and the slow release layer contains citronella extract; example 3 is a five-layer structure, three liquid absorbing layers adsorb camphor essential oil, peppermint essential oil and citronella essential oil respectively, and two slow release layers contain camphor and citronella extract respectively. Comparative example 1 is a single layer, single component (impregnated with essential oil of Cinnamomum camphora) dosage tablet of the same volume size; comparative example 2 is a single-layer, multi-component (impregnated with essential oils of camphor and peppermint) pharmaceutical tablet of the same volume size. The test condition includes semi-closed box, sets up the division board in the intermediate position of box, and the division board lower extreme is equipped with a plurality of openings that can open and close to supply the cockroach to creep through, the division board separates the box into two parts. At the beginning of the experiment, a certain number of cockroaches were placed in the first part of the box, and the openings were closed, after which the tablets were placed in the first part of the box, and the openings were simultaneously opened, and the time required for all cockroaches to escape from the first part to the second part of the box from this moment was counted in seconds. As is clear from table 1, cockroaches reacted most strongly to the drug tablets having the multilayer structure and adsorbing different drug components in this example. Even in the three-layer structure, the same essential oil is adsorbed, and the insect repellent effect is better than that in the comparative example.
TABLE 1
The volatile insect repellent adsorbed by the liquid-absorbent layer comprises one or more components selected from the group consisting of: peppermint essential oil, camphor essential oil or citronella essential oil. The natural plant insect repellent component is adopted as an insect repellent, so that the insect repellent is good in effect, environment-friendly and healthy, and in addition, the essential oil is adopted as a main carrier of the medicament, so that the medicament can be stably adsorbed on the liquid absorbent layer and gradually volatilized slowly, and the volatilizing durability of the medicament is ensured.
The volatile anthelmintic agent of the solid or semi-solid slow release layer contains camphor and/or citronella extract (extract). The volatile insect repellent agent of the solid or semisolid slow release layer can be solid powder, and the slow release layer is formed by wrapping a hygroscopic material, the hygroscopic material has good hygroscopicity and permeability, and the first liquid absorbing layer and the second liquid absorbing layer absorb liquid volatile agents, especially absorb and impregnate plant essential oil, so that the solid powder can be gradually dissolved under the wetting of the plant essential oil to form liquid agents, and flow towards the liquid absorbing layers at the upper side and the lower side under the action of capillary attraction, so that the liquid absorbing layers at the upper side and the lower side can be continuously supplemented with effective insect repellent components, the effective insect repellent agent is contained for a long time, and the stability and the durability of the insect repellent effect are ensured.
The material of the liquid absorption layer and the hygroscopic material is chemical fiber, cloth, cotton, paper, sponge or non-woven fabric. Other materials than the above materials may be used as long as they have a certain hygroscopicity.
When the first liquid absorbent layer 6-1 and the second liquid absorbent layer 6-2 are adsorptive impregnated with the same volatile insect repellent, the volatile insect repellent may include at least two components selected from the above group. Since the insect repellent effect is better than that of a single component when a plurality of insect repellent components are mixed, it is preferable to adsorb and impregnate a mixture of two or more insect repellent components which do not react chemically. However, when chemical reactions occur between different insect repellent components, particularly when three or more insect repellent components are mixed, the insect repellent components are changed, so that the mixed agent is poor in stability, resulting in poor insect repellent effect, and at this time, instead of selecting to impregnate the mixed insect repellent components, each component is separately adsorbed and impregnated in each liquid-absorbent layer, each liquid-absorbent layer separately releases a different insect repellent odor, for example, the volatile insect repellent adsorbed by the first liquid-absorbent layer includes one component selected from the above group, and the volatile insect repellent adsorbed by the second liquid-absorbent layer and/or the third liquid-absorbent layer includes at least one component selected from the above group, which is different from the above liquid-absorbent layers. The two liquid absorption layers absorb different insect repellent agents respectively, and exert different insect repellent odors respectively, so that a good comprehensive insect repellent effect can be achieved.
The drug sheet 6 is wrapped by the package 2 when shipped, and the package 2 has flat portions 4, which are located at both ends in the longitudinal direction and are not wrapped with the drug sheet, and bulge portions 5, which are located between the flat portions 4 at both ends and are wrapped with the drug sheet. The material of the package 2 may be a material having water blocking property such as a plastic film or an aluminum film, the package may be transparent or non-transparent, and the end portion of the package is heat-sealed to form a sealed package, and since the drug sheet is sealed and packaged, the portion where the drug sheet 6 is wrapped is bulged to form a bulged portion 5, and the bulged portion 5 in the drawing is only schematically represented by the bulged portion 5 where the package is formed, and is not a state where the package actually wraps the drug sheet 6. Flat portions are formed at positions of both ends of the package 2 in the longitudinal direction where the medicine sheets are not covered, and the end portions of the flat portions are also generally heat-sealed portions, and an opening is formed by tearing or shearing the package inside the end portions of the flat portions 4, from which the medicine sheets 6 can be separated from the package 2.
The opposite ends of the casing 1 are respectively provided with an opening (not shown) having a length dimension slightly larger than the width of the package 2, and a height dimension larger than the thickness of the flat portion 4 and smaller than the thickness of the bulge portion 5, and the flat portions 4 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the package 2 extend from the openings at both ends of the casing 1 when the package 2 is placed in the casing 1.
The medicine tablet 6 of the present invention is hermetically packed by the package 2 at the time of shipment, so that the medicine of the medicine tablet 6 does not volatilize and leak, and the medicine is oxidized and deteriorated, and the stability of the medicine effect can be ensured. When leaving the factory, can place packing thing 2 into casing 1, also can place outside the casing 1, place packing thing 2 into casing 1 when using by the user, preferably just place packing thing 2 into casing 1 when leaving the factory in just so convenience of customers's operation, the use is friendly better. When the package 2 coated with the medicine sheet 6 is placed in the case 1, the flat portions 4 at both ends in the longitudinal direction extend from the openings at both ends of the case 1, one end of the extended package 2 is torn or cut out to form an opening, and the other end is pulled, and since the vertical height of the opening is greater than the thickness of the flat portion 4 and smaller than the thickness of the bulge 5, the opening allows only the passage of the package flat portion 4 but not the passage of the coated medicine sheet 6, so that as the other end of the package 2 is pulled, the medicine sheet 6 moves relative to the opening side of the package, and finally slides out from the opening formed by tearing or cutting out one end of the package, leaving the case 1 inside. The whole process does not need to contact the medicament tablet, so the use is convenient, and the health is pollution-free.
In the attached drawings 1-5, the shell 1 consists of an upper shell 1-1 and a lower shell 1-2, the upper shell and the lower shell are connected through a detachable structure, and the upper shell and the lower shell are detachably connected by adopting a clamping structure, so that the production and the assembly are convenient. In addition, the upper and lower housings can also be rotatably connected at one side by a hinge member, so that the housing can be opened to place the package. In addition, the case may be of an integrally formed case structure, and the opening provided in the case is used for accommodating the package, and the manner of accommodating the package in the case is not limited, as long as the package can be accommodated in the case. The upper shell and the lower shell are preferably connected through a detachable structure, so that the assembly production is convenient, and a user can conveniently open the shell to place the medicament tablets. When leaving the factory, the package coated with the medicament tablet is placed between the upper and lower shells, and a user only needs to tear one end of the package 2, and pull the other end to place the medicament tablet 6 into the shell in a contactless manner. When the service life of the medicine tablet 6 is up, the upper and lower shells can be opened, and a new package 2 can be placed in the upper and lower shells, so that the shell 1 can be recycled, and the service life of the product can be prolonged. In the case of forming the end openings of the cases, when the upper and lower cases are used, it is only necessary to form a recess in the end edge of one case, for example, a recess is provided only in the end edge of the lower case, the end of the upper case is flat, and when the upper and lower cases are connected together, a minute opening or gap can be formed in the end. In addition, the upper shell and the lower shell can be fixedly connected in a non-detachable mode, and the package is put into the upper shell and the lower shell before the fixed connection.
A cut or a cutting indication mark is provided on one end flat portion 4 extending out of the housing in the longitudinal direction of the package 2, a pulling indication mark, for example, an indication arrow is provided on the other end flat portion 4, and an anti-skid pattern is provided on the other end. By providing a cut 7 or a cut indicator (not shown) at the end of the package 2 extending out of the housing in the longitudinal direction thereof, the user may conveniently tear the package along the cut to form an opening, or cut the package along the cut indicator to form an opening. The other end is provided with a traction indication mark 8, such as an indication arrow, so that a user can conveniently identify the traction direction. By providing anti-slip lines, slipping is prevented when the package is pulled.
The insect repellent device is used as follows: the package 2 coated with the medicine sheet 6 is first placed in the case, the flat portions 4 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the package 2 extend from the openings at both ends of the case 1, one end of the extended package 2 is torn or cut out to form an opening, and the other end is pulled, and since the vertical height of the opening is greater than the thickness of the flat portion 4 and smaller than the thickness of the bulge 5, the opening allows only the passage of the package flat portion 4 but not the passage of the coated medicine sheet 6, so that as the other end of the package 2 is pulled, the package is gradually pulled out of the case, the medicine sheet 6 moves relative to the opening side of the package under the blocking of the opening, and finally slides out of the opening formed by tearing or cutting out one end of the package to remain inside the case 1. The whole process does not need to contact the medicament tablet, so the use is convenient, and the health is pollution-free. After the medicine tablet is separated from the package, the insect-repellent gas is generated and emitted from the through hole of the shell, so that the insect-repellent effect is formed in a certain space.
The embodiments of the present invention are merely preferred embodiments, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Equivalent changes and modifications are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.
