Background
The main means of preventing and controlling pests such as cockroaches and the like comprises using insecticidal spray, insecticidal bait, trapping devices and the like, wherein the insecticidal bait contains toxic components, and the pests such as cockroaches and the like are killed after being lured, so that the mode is high in insecticidal efficiency, but has the disadvantages that the insecticidal bait contains toxic components, so that the pests are dangerous to eat by mistake after contacting the insecticidal bait, especially children and pets in the home, the situation that the pests eat the toxic bait by mistake is easy to occur, and the life and the health are damaged. In addition, the pests such as cockroaches and the like do not immediately poison after attracting the toxic insecticidal bait, and climb around after contacting the toxic bait to bring toxic components to the cupboard, the food storage cabinet and the like, thereby influencing life health. Therefore, the pest repelling by adopting the repellent is also appeared on the market, and the repellent is usually prepared by adopting toxic chemical components to improve the pest repelling effect, but after the toxic repellent is used for a long time, the toxic components are volatilized to cause damage to the nervous system and the skin. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, plant extract repellent plays a more important role in controlling pests, for example, patent document CN104255824A proposes a method for preparing cockroach repellent tablet from zanthoxylum oil, and patent document CN202819423U proposes an insect repellent box containing camphor ball, but the insect repellent components are single, and there are problems that the insect repellent effect is poor, the drug is easily affected with moisture, and the drug is difficult to be effective for a long time in actual use.
Patent document CN1918982A proposes a pest control device, which has good volatility of chemical, but the device has a complicated structure and high cost, and is not suitable for popularization and use, and when a chemical tablet is replaced, the hand of a user needs to directly contact the chemical tablet, and the user needs to perform cleaning and other treatments after contacting the chemical tablet, which brings trouble to use. Patent document TW522791U discloses a bait-containing case, which is manufactured by closing a space between a base and a top cover in advance when leaving a factory, so as to package the bait, thereby prolonging the shelf life of the bait, and when a consumer uses the bait-containing case, the user can effectively improve the convenience and safety of use by rotating the top cover to form an opening for pests to enter and exit without contacting the bait. Although the bait box can avoid direct contact of consumers and bait medicaments, the structure of the containing box is complex, and the sealing performance of the containing box is difficult to guarantee due to the fact that no packing material is used for sealing and packaging, and the performance of the bait is affected due to the problems that the medicaments in the box body are affected by dampness and the like.
In addition, the traditional insect expelling device has a single medicine tablet structure which is a single-layer tablet or block structure, the concentration of the volatilized medicine is higher when the device is just used, but the concentration of the volatilized medicine is lower and lower along with the volatilization of the medicine after the device is used for a period of time, the insect expelling effect is poorer and poorer, the medicine tablet is difficult to have the insect expelling effect for a long time, and the effective using time of the insect expelling device is short. In addition, in order to provide a good insect repellent effect to a tablet, the tablet is generally impregnated and adsorbed with a plurality of insect repellent components, but when the plurality of drug components are mixed, a chemical reaction occurs, and the insect repellent effect is reduced, and particularly, when more than three liquid drug components are mixed, the chemical components of the drug components are largely changed and the stability is poor, thereby affecting the insect repellent effect.
Therefore, there is a need for an insect repellent device that is safe, effective, long lasting, and easy to use.

The other end is provided with a pulling indication mark, such as an indication arrow, so that a user can conveniently recognize the pulling direction. The anti-slip lines are arranged to prevent slipping when the packing material is pulled.
The tablet has a multilayer structure comprising: a first liquid absorbent layer on which a liquid volatile insect repellent is adsorbed; a second liquid absorbent layer on which a volatile insect repellent in a liquid state, which is the same as or different from the first liquid absorbent layer, is adsorbed; a solid or semisolid sustained release layer which is provided between the first liquid absorbent layer and the second liquid absorbent layer and contains a volatile insect repellent. Set up solid-like or semisolid-like slow release layer between first imbibition layer and second imbibition layer, because first imbibition layer and second imbibition layer adsorb there is the volatile medicament of liquid form, so the volatile medicament of solid-like or semisolid-like slow release layer can slowly dissolve gradually under the infiltration of the volatile medicament of liquid form and form liquid form medicament, and under capillary attraction, the imbibition layer of both sides about making flows, make the imbibition layer of both sides about can constantly supply effective repellent composition, contain effective repellent for a long time, guarantee the stability and the persistence of repellent effect. In addition, each liquid absorbing layer can adsorb different medicament components respectively, volatilizes respectively and produces different repellent smells, can avoid the individual layer medicament piece to adsorb multiple repellent medicament component and take place chemical reaction, lead to the problem of expelling parasite effect variation.
The drug sheet further includes a third liquid absorbent layer positioned on the first liquid absorbent layer side or the second liquid absorbent layer side, and a solid or semi-solid slow release layer containing a volatile insect repellent is provided between the third liquid absorbent layer and the first liquid absorbent layer or the second liquid absorbent layer, and the liquid volatile insect repellent is adsorbed on the third liquid absorbent layer. By providing a plurality of liquid-absorbing layers and a solid or semisolid sustained-release layer, the tablet contains a larger amount of the insect repellent, and the drug effect is more durable.
The liquid-like volatile insect repellent adsorbed by the liquid absorbent layer comprises one or more components selected from the following group: peppermint essential oil, camphor essential oil or citronella essential oil. Adopt natural plant expelling parasite composition as the expelling parasite for expelling parasite is effectual and environmental protection healthy, in addition, adopts essential oil as main carrier, makes the medicament adsorb on the imbibition layer steadily, and can volatilize gradually, guarantees the volatile persistence of medicament.
The volatile anthelmintic preparation of solid or semisolid sustained release layer contains Camphora and/or herba Cymbopogonis Citrari extract. The volatile anthelmintic agent of controlled release layer can be solid powder, and form solid-state or semisolid-state controlled release layer by hygroscopic material parcel, hygroscopic material has better hygroscopicity and permeability, because first imbibition layer and second imbibition layer adsorb the volatile medicament that has the liquid form, especially adsorb the impregnation have plant essential oil, so solid powder can dissolve gradually under plant essential oil soaks and form liquid form medicament, and under capillary attraction, the imbibition layer of upper and lower both sides flows, make the imbibition layer of upper and lower both sides constantly supply effective anthelmintic component, contain effective anthelmintic agent lastingly, guarantee the stability and the persistence of anthelmintic effect. In addition, the solid or semisolid slow release layer can also comprise water absorbing particles, such as calcium chloride, aluminum oxide and diatom ooze, the water absorbing particles are mixed with the volatile insect repellent to form a solid block-shaped slow release layer, or a gel-like semisolid slow release layer, the water absorbing particles can also be gradually dissolved to form a liquid medicament under the infiltration of the plant essential oil, and the liquid medicament can flow to the liquid absorbent layers on the upper side and the lower side under the capillary attraction effect, so that the liquid absorbent layers on the upper side and the lower side can be continuously supplemented with the effective insect repellent ingredients.
The first liquid absorbing layer, the second liquid absorbing layer and the moisture absorbing material are made of chemical fibers, cloth, cotton, paper, sponge or non-woven fabric. The material of the liquid absorbent layer may be other than the above materials as long as it has a certain moisture absorption property.
When the first liquid absorbent layer and the second liquid absorbent layer are impregnated with the same volatile insect repellent by adsorption, the volatile insect repellent comprises at least two components selected from the above group. Since a plurality of insect-repellent components are mixed to have a higher insect-repellent effect than a single component, it is preferable to impregnate and adsorb both insect-repellent components. However, when a chemical reaction occurs between different insect repellent components, particularly when three or more kinds of insect repellent components are mixed, the chemical components are changed to reduce the insect repellent effect, and instead of impregnating the mixed insect repellent components, each component is separately impregnated and adsorbed in each liquid absorbent layer, and each liquid absorbent layer separately releases a different insect repellent odor, for example, the volatile insect repellent adsorbed by the first liquid absorbent layer includes one component selected from the above group, and the volatile insect repellent adsorbed by the second liquid absorbent layer and/or the third liquid absorbent layer includes at least one component selected from the above group different from the above liquid absorbent layer. The two liquid absorbing layers respectively absorb different insect repellents, so that different insect repellents can be generated respectively, and a better comprehensive insect repellent effect can be achieved.
The beneficial effects of the utility model reside in that: the utility model discloses a medicament piece is packed by packing material seal when dispatching from the factory, so the medicament of medicament piece volatilizees and leaks, the condition such as medicament oxidation is rotten can not appear. In the process of separating the tablet from the packing material, the tablet does not need to be contacted, so the use is convenient, and the health and the pollution are avoided. When the service life of the tablet is up, the upper and lower shells can be opened, and a new package is placed in the upper and lower shells, so that the shells can be reused, and the service life of the tablet is prolonged.
The tablet has a multilayer structure, including multilayer imbibition layer and solid-like or semisolid-like slow release layer of setting between the imbibition layer, because the imbibition layer adsorbs there is the volatile medicament, so the volatile medicament of solid-like or semisolid-like slow release layer can dissolve gradually under the infiltration of the volatile medicament of liquid form and form liquid form medicament, and under the capillary attraction effect, the imbibition layer of upper and lower both sides flows, make the imbibition layer of upper and lower both sides constantly supply effective repellent composition, contain effective repellent for a long time, guarantee the stability and the persistence of repellent effect. The multilayer imbibition layer can adsorb the medicament of different compositions respectively, releases respectively and produces different anthelmintic smell, and the anthelmintic effect is more stable. Adopt multiple natural plant expelling parasite composition as the repellent for expelling parasite effectual and environmental protection is healthy, in addition, adopt essential oil as main carrier, make the medicament can adsorb on the imbibition layer steadily, and can volatilize gradually, guarantee the volatile persistence of medicament.
The insect expelling device can be used for expelling pests such as cockroaches, ants, moths and the like, and has a good insect expelling effect.

The structure and the usage of the present invention are illustrated in the state of the opened case in fig. 2-5, which is only for the convenience of understanding the structure of the insect repelling device, and the case is in the closed state in the actual usage, for example, the upper and lower cases are assembled together in a snap-fit manner. The form of the package 2 covered with the drug tablets 6 and the form of the drug tablets 6 are only schematic views and are not actual.
As shown in fig. 2, the utility model discloses an insect repellant apparatus includes casing 1 and the cladding has packing 2 of medicament piece 6, and the casing surface is provided with a plurality of through-holes 3 with the inside intercommunication of casing, the medicament piece breaks away from the back from the packing and places in casing 1 and can volatilize and produce the repellent gas, packing 2 has the flat portion 4 that is located the length direction both ends that does not coat the medicament piece and is located the cladding between the flat portion 4 in both ends and has the bulging portion 5 of medicament piece. The material of the packing material may be a plastic film, an aluminum film or the like having water-blocking properties, the packing material may be transparent or non-transparent, a sealed packing material is formed by heat-sealing the end portion of the packing material, and the drug tablets are hermetically packed, so that the portion covering the drug tablet 6 bulges to form the bulge portion 5, and the bulge portion 5 in the drawing only schematically shows a state where the packing material forms the bulge portion 5 and the packing material does not actually cover the drug tablet 6. Flat portions are formed at the positions of both ends of the package 2 in the longitudinal direction where the medicine pieces are not coated, the end portions of the flat portions are generally also heat-sealed portions, and the package is torn or cut inside the end portions of the flat portions 4 to form an opening through which the medicine pieces 6 can be detached from the package 2.
Opposite end portions of the housing 1 are respectively provided with openings (not shown) having a length dimension slightly larger than the width of the packing 2, and having a height dimension larger than the thickness of the flat portion 4 and smaller than the thickness of the raised portion 5, and the flat portions 4 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the packing 2 extend from the openings at both end portions of the housing 1 when the packing 2 is placed in the housing 1.
The utility model discloses a medicament piece is packed by packing material 2 seal when dispatching from the factory, so can not appear that 6 medicament of medicament piece volatilizees and leak, and the stability of drug effect can be guaranteed to the condition such as medicament oxidation is rotten. When leaving the factory, can place packing material 2 in casing 1, also can place outside casing 1, place packing material 2 in casing 1 by the user when using, preferably just place packing material 2 in casing 1 when leaving the factory, the person of facilitating the use operation like this, and the user-friendly is better. When the package 2 coated with the tablet 6 is placed in the housing 1, the flat portions 4 at both ends in the longitudinal direction thereof extend from the openings at both ends of the housing 1, one end of the extended package 2 is torn or cut to form an opening, and the other end is pulled, and since the height in the vertical direction of the opening is larger than the thickness of the flat portion 4 and smaller than the thickness of the bulged portion 5, the opening can only allow the flat portion 4 of the package to pass through but not the coated tablet 6, and therefore, as the other end of the package 2 is pulled, the tablet 6 moves toward the opening side of the package under the blockage of the opening, and finally slips out of the opening formed by tearing or cutting one end of the package to remain inside the housing 1. The whole process does not need to contact the tablet, so the use is convenient, and the health and the pollution are avoided.
The shell 1 in the attached figures 1-5 consists of an upper shell 1-1 and a lower shell 1-2, wherein the upper shell and the lower shell are connected through a detachable structure, for example, the upper shell and the lower shell are detachably connected through a clamping structure, so that the production and the assembly are convenient. In addition, the upper and lower shells can be rotatably connected at one side by a hinge member, so that the shells can be opened to place the packages. In addition, the housing may be an integrally formed housing structure, and the housing may be provided with an opening for placing the package therein. The upper shell and the lower shell are preferably connected through a detachable structure, so that the assembly and production are convenient, and a user can conveniently open the shells to place the tablets. When leaving the factory, the package coated with the tablet is placed between the upper and lower shells, and the user can place the tablet 6 inside the shell without contact by merely tearing one end of the package 2 and pulling the other end. When the service life of the tablet 6 is up, the upper and lower shells can be opened, and a new package 2 is placed in the upper and lower shells, so that the shell 1 can be reused, and the service life of the product is prolonged. With regard to the manner of forming the end opening of the housing, when the upper and lower housings are used, it is only necessary to form a recess at the end edge of one housing, for example, only to provide a lower recess at the end edge of the lower housing, and the end of the upper housing is disposed flat, and when the upper and lower housings are coupled together, a minute opening or gap can be formed at the end. In addition, the upper and lower shells can also be fixedly connected in a non-detachable manner, and the packing is put into the upper and lower shells before the upper and lower shells are fixedly connected.
A cut or cut indicator is provided on one flat portion 4 of the wrapper 2 extending lengthwise out of the housing, a pull indicator, such as an indicator arrow, is provided on the other flat portion 4, and an anti-slip pattern is provided on the other end. By providing a cut-out 7 or cut-out indicator (not shown) at the end of the wrapper 2 that extends out of the housing along its length, the user can easily tear the wrapper along the cut-out to create an opening, or cut the wrapper along the cut-out indicator to create an opening. The other end is provided with a pulling indication mark 8, such as an indication arrow, for the user to recognize the pulling direction. The anti-slip lines are arranged to prevent slipping when the packing material is pulled.
Referring to fig. 6, the tablet 6 has a multi-layer structure including a first liquid absorbent layer 6-1 which adsorbs a volatile insect repellent in a liquid state; a second liquid absorbent layer 6-2 which adsorbs a volatile insect repellent in a liquid state which is the same as or different from that of the first liquid absorbent layer; further comprises a solid or semi-solid sustained release layer 6-3 containing a volatile insect repellent provided between the first liquid absorbent layer and the second liquid absorbent layer. The solid or semisolid slow release layer 6-3 is arranged between the first liquid absorption layer 6-1 and the second liquid absorption layer 6-2, and the liquid volatile medicament is adsorbed on the first liquid absorption layer 6-1 and the second liquid absorption layer 6-2, so that the volatile insect repellent medicaments of the solid or semisolid slow release layer 6-3 can be gradually and slowly dissolved to form the liquid medicaments under the infiltration of the liquid volatile medicament, and flow to the liquid absorption layers on the upper side and the lower side under the capillary attraction effect, so that the liquid absorption layers on the upper side and the lower side can continuously supplement effective insect repellent components, the effective insect repellent medicaments are contained for a long time, and the stability and the long time of an insect repellent effect are ensured.
The drug sheet 6 further includes a third liquid absorbent layer (not shown) on the first liquid absorbent layer side or the second liquid absorbent layer side, which adsorbs the volatile insect repellent, and a solid or semi-solid slow release layer 6-3 containing the volatile insect repellent is provided between the third liquid absorbent layer and the first liquid absorbent layer or the second liquid absorbent layer. In addition, it is also possible to provide fourth and fifth liquid absorbent layers (not shown), and to provide a solid or semi-solid slow release layer between the liquid absorbent layers.
Through setting up a plurality of imbibition layers and solid-like or semisolid-state slow release layer, for the tablet of single layer structure among the prior art, a plurality of imbibition layers make tablet 6 contain more repellent medicaments, in addition, set up solid-like or semisolid-state slow release layer including volatile repellent medicament between the imbibition layer, make the imbibition layer of upper and lower both sides constantly supply effective repellent composition, make the volatile repellent smell of repellent tablet keep the front and back basically unanimous after just beginning to use and using a period, it is little to make the volatile repellent gas concentration front and back change difference in the whole life cycle of tablet, thereby make the drug effect lasting, long service life has.
Referring to the following table 1, a single-layer tablet in the prior art is used as a reference tablet, in the present embodiment, a three-layer tablet is used, the two tablets have the same volume, a closed test box is used, the gas concentration of the tablet which is just unsealed and left in the closed test box for 1 hour is used as the original concentration of 100%, then the tablet is taken out of the closed test box and used normally, the ratio of the concentration after being left in the closed test box for 1 hour to the original concentration is recorded again every 5 days, and the tablet is taken out of the closed test box and used normally after the test. As can be seen from Table 1, the rate of decrease in the concentration of volatile gas in the multi-layered tablet of this embodiment is significantly slower than that in the single-layered insect repellent tablet of the prior art having the same volume.
TABLE 1
In addition, each liquid absorption layer can adsorb different medicament components respectively, volatilizes respectively and produces different repellent smell to multiple repellent volatilizees and produces better comprehensive insect-repelling effect. Therefore, the problem that the single-layer tablet adsorbs various insect repellent components, particularly more than three insect repellent components to cause chemical reaction, and the insect repellent components are changed, so that the stability of the mixed drug is poor and the insect repellent effect is poor can be avoided.
Through the repellent model test, it is found that the grouping experiment is carried out under the same experimental conditions, cockroaches under the same model conditions are selected in two groups of experiments, in the first group of experiments, the reaction of the cockroaches to the multilayer medicament piece in the embodiment is stronger, and all the cockroaches can be quickly away from the multilayer medicament piece. In yet another set of experiments cockroaches did not respond as strongly to tablets of prior art formulations containing a single or multiple formulation, and all cockroaches were away from the tablet for a longer period of time than in the first set. Therefore, the insect-repellent effect of the multilayer tablet in this embodiment is significantly improved compared to the insect-repellent tablet in the prior art. Insect repellent model test is shown in table 2 below:
example 1 is a three-layer structure, the first and second liquid absorption layers both absorb camphor essential oil, and the slow release layer comprises camphor; example 2 is a three-layer structure, the first and second liquid absorption layers respectively absorb camphor essential oil and mint essential oil, and the slow release layer comprises citronella extract; example 3 is a five-layer structure with three wicking layers to adsorb camphor essential oil, mint essential oil and citronella essential oil, respectively, and two sustained release layers containing camphor and citronella extract, respectively. Comparative example 1 is a single-layer, single-component (impregnated with camphor essential oil) tablet of the same volume size; comparative example 2 is a single-layer, multi-component (impregnated with camphor essential oil and mint essential oil) tablet of the same volume size. The test condition includes semi-closed box, sets up the division board at the intermediate position of box, and the division board lower extreme is equipped with a plurality of openings that can open and close to supply the cockroach to creep through, the division board separates the box for two parts. When the experiment began, place certain quantity cockroach in the first portion of box to close the opening, later put into the medicament piece in this first portion box, and open the opening simultaneously, the timing begins to all the cockroaches from this moment and all flees the time that first portion to second portion box required, and the unit is the second. As can be seen from table 2, cockroaches reacted most strongly to the drug tablets having the multilayer structure of the present example and adsorbing different drug components. Even though the three-layer structure adsorbs the same essential oil, the insect-repellent effect is better than that of the comparative example.
TABLE 2
The volatile insect repellent adsorbed by the liquid absorbent layer comprises one or more components selected from the following group: peppermint essential oil, camphor essential oil or citronella essential oil. Adopt natural plant expelling parasite composition as the expelling parasite for expelling parasite is effectual and environmental protection healthy, in addition, adopts essential oil to make the medicament can adsorb on the imbibition layer steadily as the main carrier of medicament, and can slowly volatilize gradually, guarantees the volatile persistence of medicament.
The volatile anthelmintic preparation of solid or semisolid sustained release layer contains camphor and/or citronella extract (extract). The volatile insect repellent of solid-like or semisolid-like slow release layer can be solid powder, and form solid-like or semisolid-like slow release layer by hygroscopic material parcel, hygroscopic material has better hygroscopicity and permeability, because first imbibition layer and second imbibition layer adsorb the volatile medicament of liquid form, especially the adsorption impregnation has plant essential oil, so solid powder can dissolve gradually under plant essential oil soaks and form liquid medicament, and under capillary attraction, the imbibition layer of upper and lower both sides flows, make the imbibition layer of upper and lower both sides constantly supply effective repellent composition, contain effective repellent for a long time, guarantee the stability and the persistence of repellent effect. In addition, the solid or semi-solid slow release layer can also comprise water absorbing particles, such as calcium chloride, aluminum oxide and diatom ooze, the water absorbing particles are mixed with the volatile insect repellent to form a solid block-shaped slow release layer, or a gel-like semi-solid slow release layer, the water absorbing particles can be gradually dissolved to form a liquid medicament under the infiltration of the plant essential oil, and the liquid medicament can flow to the liquid absorbent layers on the upper side and the lower side under the capillary attraction effect, so that the liquid absorbent layers on the upper side and the lower side can be continuously supplemented with effective insect repellent components.
The liquid absorbing layer and the moisture absorbing material are made of chemical fibers, cloth, cotton, paper, sponge or non-woven fabric. Other materials than the above materials may be used as long as they have a certain moisture absorption property.
When the first liquid absorbent layer 6-1 and the second liquid absorbent layer 6-2 are impregnated with the same volatile insect repellent by adsorption, the volatile insect repellent may include two components selected from the above group. Since the two insect-repellent components are mixed to have a higher insect-repellent effect than the single component, a mixture of the two insect-repellent components is preferably impregnated by adsorption. However, when a chemical reaction occurs between different insect repellent components, particularly when three or more kinds of insect repellent components are mixed, the insect repellent components are changed, so that the mixed chemical is poor in stability, and the insect repellent effect is poor, and in this case, the mixed insect repellent components are not selected to be impregnated, but each component is separately adsorbed and impregnated in each liquid absorbent layer, and each liquid absorbent layer separately releases a different insect repellent odor, for example, the volatile insect repellent adsorbed by the first liquid absorbent layer includes one component selected from the above groups, and the volatile insect repellent adsorbed by the second liquid absorbent layer and/or the third liquid absorbent layer includes at least one component selected from the above groups different from the above liquid absorbent layers. The two liquid absorbing layers respectively absorb different insect repellents, so that different insect repellents can be generated respectively, and a better comprehensive insect repellent effect can be achieved.
The insect repelling device is used as follows: the packing material 2 coated with the tablet 6 is firstly placed in the shell, the flat parts 4 at the two ends of the packing material 2 in the length direction extend from the openings at the two ends of the shell 1, one end of the extended packing material 2 is torn or cut to form an opening, the other end is pulled, the height of the opening in the vertical direction is greater than the thickness of the flat part 4 and less than the thickness of the bulge part 5, so that the opening only allows the flat part 4 of the packing material to pass through but not the coated tablet 6, the packing material is gradually pulled out of the shell along with pulling the other end of the packing material 2, the tablet 6 moves relative to the opening side of the packing material under the blockage of the opening, and finally slides out from the opening formed by tearing or cutting one end of the packing material to be left in the shell 1. The whole process does not need to contact the tablet, so the use is convenient, and the health and the pollution are avoided. After the tablet is separated from the package, the tablet can generate insect expelling gas to be emitted from the through hole of the shell, so that the insect expelling effect is formed in a certain space.
The embodiments of the present invention are merely preferred embodiments, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The protection scope of the present invention should be considered to include equivalent changes and modifications according to the contents of the present invention.
