The specific test steps are as follows: the skin inside the forearm of the volunteer is taken as a test part, 1.6+/-0.05 g of essence is smeared every day, and the skin is smeared for 1 time every day and is continuously used for 30 days. According to the test standard T/ZHCA 005-2019 'cosmetic influencing skin elasticity test method', the skin elasticity value R before the essence is applied and after 30 days and 90 days of use is measured, the larger the R value is, the better the skin elasticity is represented, and the calculation formula of the R value is as follows: r=u1/U2, where U1 is the rebound displacement (mm) of the skin after the negative pressure is removed and U2 is the maximum stretching displacement (mm) of the skin when the negative pressure is applied. As can be obtained from the test results shown in Table 3, the wrinkle-resistant composition prepared from 1-3 parts of ginseng, 1.5-4 parts of nidus Collocaliae, 1.2-3.5 parts of rhodiola rosea, 2-5 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 1.1-4.2 parts of centella asiatica, 0.8-3.5 parts of dark plum, 1.3-3.8 parts of Echinacea purpurea and 1.2-3.5 parts of hairy antler can give cosmetics an increased skin elasticity value ratio of 40.30% after being used for 30 days, and an increased skin elasticity value ratio of 47.7% after being used for 90 days; therefore, the anti-wrinkle smoothing composition has an excellent effect of increasing skin elasticity, so that the skin is plump, and the effect of resisting wrinkles of the skin is improved.
As can be seen from the comparison of the essence 1 and 3-5, the ginseng, the rhodiola rosea and the echinacea purpurea of the invention have obvious effect on the skin elasticity effect of the composition, when one component of the ginseng, the rhodiola rosea and the echinacea purpurea of the invention is omitted and the total dosage of the ginseng, the rhodiola rosea and the echinacea purpurea is unchanged, the skin elasticity effect of the essence of the composition is obviously reduced, and the ginseng, the rhodiola rosea and the echinacea purpurea of the invention have mutual promotion relationship on the skin elasticity effect, and the ginseng, the rhodiola rosea and the echinacea purpurea of the invention have synergistic effect, and the skin elasticity effect of the product can be obviously increased.
2. Anti-wrinkle tightening effect test:
test instrument: PRI MOS of the rapid three-dimensional imaging system for skin. The test principle is as follows: the digital three-dimensional image of the surface of the skin is obtained by testing the position change of the stripe light irradiated to the surface of the skin and the gray values of all image points, and the wrinkle volume parameter is obtained by analyzing the system software. Test sample: 1-11 parts of essence. The testing method comprises the following steps: selecting a plurality of subjects with obvious eye fine lines, randomly dividing the subjects into 11 groups of 20 people each, and 10 men and women respectively; the members of the subject group apply essence 1-11 about 1.0 ±.05g around eyes after cleansing the face every night, and use for 45 days continuously. The PRIMOS rapid three-dimensional imaging system is adopted to shoot the eye images of the subject before and after the essence is used for 45 days, and the wrinkle volume value V is obtained through analysis, the wrinkle volume is obviously reduced after the use compared with that before the use, and the effect of improving the eye wrinkles is demonstrated when the test sample is used for a long time. The change rate (%) = (V1-VO)/vo×100% of the wrinkle volume value V was calculated, wherein VO is the V value of the skin around the anterior ocular region of the subject after 45 days of the subject, and V1 is the V value of the skin around the ocular region after the subject. The test results are shown in Table 4.

As can be obtained by the test results shown in Table 4, the wrinkle-resisting composition prepared from 1 to 3 parts of ginseng, 1.5 to 4 parts of bird's nest, 1.2 to 3.5 parts of rhodiola rosea, 2 to 5 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 1.1 to 4.2 parts of centella asiatica, 0.8 to 3.5 parts of dark plum, 1.3 to 3.8 parts of echinacea purpurea and 1.2 to 3.5 parts of pilose antler can reduce the volume rate of skin wrinkles to 23.01 percent after being used for 45 days; from these results, the anti-wrinkle composition of the present invention has a high effect of reducing skin wrinkles and can impart a wrinkle-soothing effect to cosmetics.
Compared with the essence 1 and 6-7, the bird's nest and the dark plum have obvious effects on the effect of reducing the wrinkles on the skin of the composition, and the effect of reducing the wrinkles on the skin of the composition is less than 18% by omitting one of the obtained essence, so that the bird's nest and the dark plum have positive promotion effects on the effect of reducing the wrinkles on the skin of the composition, the bird's nest and the dark plum have compound effects, and the wrinkle-reducing effect of the cosmetic can be obviously improved. As can be seen from comparison of the essences 1 and 8-11, the volume effect of eliminating wrinkles of the essence of the composition obtained when the value a (the dosage ratio of the bird's nest to the dark plum) is 0.79, 0.93, 1.74 and 2.06 is lower than the value a in the range of (1.1-1.6): 1, the effect of eliminating the wrinkle volume of the essence of the obtained composition; the dosage ratio of the bird's nest to the dark plum is (1.1-1.6): within the range of 1, the composition of the present invention is given an unexpected wrinkle-removing effect.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention also include such modifications and alterations insofar as they come within the scope of the appended claims or the equivalents thereof.
Claims (6)
1. An anti-wrinkle composition, characterized in that: the anti-wrinkle composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-3 parts of ginseng, 1.5-4 parts of bird's nest, 1.2-3.5 parts of rhodiola rosea, 2-5 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 1.1-4.2 parts of centella asiatica, 0.8-3.5 parts of dark plum, 1.3-3.8 parts of echinacea purpurea and 1.2-3.5 parts of hairy antler; the mass dosage ratio of the bird's nest to the dark plum is (1.1-1.6): 1, a step of;
the preparation method of the anti-wrinkle smoothing composition comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing raw materials of ginseng, bird's nest, rhodiola rosea, pseudo-ginseng, centella asiatica, dark plum, echinacea purpurea and pilose antler according to the dosage;
(2) Adding water into Ginseng radix, nidus Collocaliae, radix Rhodiolae, notoginseng radix, herba Centellae, mume fructus, echinacea purpurea and cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, and decocting at 60-85deg.C for 2-15 hr; wherein the dosage of water is 5-100 times of the total mass of Ginseng radix, nidus Collocaliae, radix Rhodiolae, notoginseng radix, herba Centellae, mume fructus, echinacea purpurea and cornu Cervi Pantotrichum;
(3) Cooling to 15-50 ℃, and supplementing water until the water amount is the water added in the step (2);
(4) Adding ethanol with the dosage which is 0.5-9 times of the added water in the step (2), stirring uniformly, heating and refluxing for 3-12 hours at 82-94 ℃, concentrating the reflux liquid until the mass of the reflux liquid is 10-22% of the mass of the reflux liquid, and freeze-drying for 6-48 hours at the temperature of-38-18 ℃ and the vacuum degree of 4-11Pa to obtain the anti-wrinkle smoothing composition.
2. The composition of claim 1, wherein: the anti-wrinkle composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1.2-2.8 parts of ginseng, 1.8-3.8 parts of bird's nest, 1.5-3.2 parts of rhodiola rosea, 2.2-4.8 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 1.3-4 parts of centella asiatica, 1-3 parts of dark plum, 1.5-3.5 parts of echinacea and 1.8-2.7 parts of pilose antler.
3. A process for the preparation of an anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing raw materials of ginseng, bird's nest, rhodiola rosea, pseudo-ginseng, centella asiatica, dark plum, echinacea purpurea and pilose antler according to the dosage;
(2) Adding water into Ginseng radix, nidus Collocaliae, radix Rhodiolae, notoginseng radix, herba Centellae, mume fructus, echinacea purpurea and cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, and decocting at 60-85deg.C for 2-15 hr; wherein the dosage of water is 5-100 times of the total mass of Ginseng radix, nidus Collocaliae, radix Rhodiolae, notoginseng radix, herba Centellae, mume fructus, echinacea purpurea and cornu Cervi Pantotrichum;
(3) Cooling to 15-50 ℃, and supplementing water until the water amount is the water added in the step (2);
(4) Adding ethanol with the dosage which is 0.5-9 times of the added water in the step (2), stirring uniformly, heating and refluxing for 3-12 hours at 82-94 ℃, concentrating the reflux liquid until the mass of the reflux liquid is 10-22% of the mass of the reflux liquid, and freeze-drying for 6-48 hours at the temperature of-38-18 ℃ and the vacuum degree of 4-11Pa to obtain the anti-wrinkle smoothing composition.
4. Use of an anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1-2 for the preparation of a lotion, a make-up remover, a cream, a mask, a serum or a muscle base.
5. A cosmetic product characterized by: the cosmetic product comprising an anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1-2.
6. The cosmetic product of claim 5, wherein: the cosmetic product contains 8-40wt.% of the anti-wrinkle composition and the balance of the base.
