the mass ratio of the periplaneta americana body powder to 95% ethanol by volume concentration is 2.4: 12;
step (2), 3 kinds of buffer solutions with the pH values of 2.0, 7.5 and 8.3 are prepared by citric acid and disodium hydrogen phosphate respectively for later use;
step (3), adding the filter residue dried in the step (1) into the buffer solution with the pH value of 2.0 prepared in the step (2), wherein the mass-to-volume ratio of the dried filter residue to the buffer solution with the pH value of 2.0 is 1g:30mL, extracting at the temperature of 60 ℃ for 60min, and filtering to obtain filtrate A and filter residue A;
adding the filter residue A into the buffer solution with the pH value of 7.5 prepared in the step (2), wherein the mass-volume ratio of the filter residue A to the buffer solution with the pH value of 7.5 is 1g:30mL, extracting at the temperature of 60 ℃ for 60min, and filtering to obtain a filtrate B and a filter residue B;
adding the filter residue B into the buffer solution with the pH value of 8.3 prepared in the step (2), wherein the mass-volume ratio of the filter residue B to the buffer solution with the pH value of 7.5 is 1g:30mL, extracting at the temperature of 60 ℃ for 60min, and filtering to obtain filtrate C and filter residue C;
and combining the filtrate A, the filtrate B and the filtrate C, concentrating into an extract, and drying at 80 ℃ to obtain the periplaneta Americana extract.
The preparation method of the horse chestnut fruit extract comprises the following steps: pulverizing horse chestnut fruits to minus 120 mesh, performing rotary reflux extraction in a rotary evaporator for three times (1 hr each time) with water as extraction solvent, wherein the mass of water used in the first and second extraction is 6 times that of horse chestnut fruits; and (3) the mass of water used for the third extraction is 1 time of that of the horse chestnut fruits, and the extracting solutions are combined and concentrated to obtain the Chinese medicinal herb tea.
The preparation method of the 6 embodiments adopts the conventional preparation method in the technical field, and has no special requirement.

Test example 2 test of repairing and nursing effects
Test object
After dyeing and scalding, the hair is seriously damaged, the hair is easy to split, the hair is dry and frizzy, the hair is broken and falls off, and the scalp is itchy.
Second, inclusion criteria
1. Age 15-63 years;
2. voluntarily participate in the 8-week trial;
3. the whole body has good condition and no allergic history;
third, the test methods are shown in Table 4
Control group 1: shampoo purchased from market
Control group 2: control 2 shampoo differed from example 5 in that no periplaneta americana extract was added;
control group 3: control 3 shampoo was different from example 5 in that no horse chestnut fruit extract was added;
test groups: the restoration care shampoo containing the periplaneta americana active ingredient prepared in examples 1-6.
The wash was performed once daily for week 1, and once every 1 day for week 2, 3 times per week. Two groups of patients are treated for 8 weeks as a treatment course.
Observation index
The curative effect evaluation standard shows the effect: the objective signs of the head of a patient (hair is seriously damaged after dyeing and scalding, hair is easy to split, and hair is dry and frizzy), subjective symptoms (broken hair and hair loss) and the like are greatly improved by 60-87%. The results are shown in Table 4
TABLE 4
The product of the invention has the following using method and quality evaluation results:
trial results
1. Placing about 5g of the shampoo in the palm of the hand, then rubbing and kneading the shampoo with the two hands uniformly, coating the uniformly-opened shampoo on the whole head, massaging the head for a few minutes, and then cleaning the shampoo; observation phenomena are as follows: the product is easy to disperse uniformly, smooth and has no agglomeration.
2. After being rinsed for 2 times, the fabric is basically free of bubbles and is not sticky in hand feeling.
3. When the hair is washed and dried, the hair is combed by taking the comb without knotting and difficult combing feeling.
4. After the hair is dry, the hair is glossy and the scalp is very fresh, the hair is soft and smooth when touched by hands, and the hair scales which feel harsh to the hands after being used for a long time are generated.
It can be seen from table 4 that the shampoo of the present invention has stronger anti-dandruff ability than the ordinary shampoo, and can repair and care damaged hair, strengthen hair roots, prevent hair loss, and promote hair to grow rapidly, the mutual matching of the periplaneta americana extract and the horse chestnut fruit extract in the formulas of examples 1-6, compared with the single use of the periplaneta americana extract (control group 3) and the single use of the horse chestnut extract (control group 2), the time for achieving the effects of repairing and caring damaged hair, strengthening hair roots, preventing hair loss, and promoting hair to grow rapidly is shorter, and the synergistic effect among natural products is shown.
