The method for preparing the hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion composition of examples 1 to 3 comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 9 times of water into soapberry skin and saponin, boiling and extracting at 100 ℃ to obtain an extracting solution A, and concentrating the extracting solution A in vacuum until the relative density is 1.15 at 60 ℃ to obtain a concentrated solution A;
(2) pulverizing Ganoderma atrum, herba Dendrobii, pericarpium Citri Grandis, radix astragali, radix Angelicae sinensis, caulis Spatholobi, flos Lonicerae and Ginseng radix, adding 35% ethanol with volume fraction of 5 times of the total weight, stirring well, and performing microwave-assisted extraction to obtain extract B; inoculating acetic acid bacteria into the extracting solution B, fermenting for 5 months, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain acetic acid fermentation liquor B with a relative density of 1.15 at 60 ℃; wherein the microwave-assisted extraction parameters are that the microwave power is 300w, the temperature is 50 ℃, and the extraction time is 2 h; the fermentation temperature is 35 ℃;
(3) and mixing the concentrated solution A, the acetic acid fermentation liquor B and the brown rice fermentation liquor to obtain the composition for preventing alopecia and nourishing hair.
Example 4
The shampoo for preventing hair loss and nourishing hair comprises the following effective components in parts by weight: 10 parts of soapberry peel, 10 parts of Chinese honeylocust fruit, 8 parts of black lucid ganoderma, 8 parts of dendrobium officinale, 6 parts of shaddock peel, 6 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 5 parts of angelica, 5 parts of caulis spatholobi, 3 parts of honeysuckle, 3 parts of ginseng, 4 parts of brown rice fermentation liquor, 0.3 part of amino acid foaming agent and 1.5 parts of guar gum.
The brown rice fermentation liquor is prepared by the following steps:
taking 12 parts of brown rice powder, 1 part of honey, 1 part of salt and 28 parts of water according to the parts by weight, uniformly mixing, sterilizing, adding 3% of yeast, fermenting for 15 days at 35 ℃, filtering and sterilizing to obtain brown rice fermentation liquor.
The shampoo of example 4 was prepared as follows:
(1) adding 9 times of water into soapberry skin and saponin, decocting and extracting at 90-110 ℃ to obtain an extracting solution A, and concentrating the extracting solution A in vacuum until the relative density is 1.15 at 60 ℃ to obtain a concentrated solution A;
(2) pulverizing Ganoderma atrum, herba Dendrobii, pericarpium Citri Grandis, radix astragali, radix Angelicae sinensis, caulis Spatholobi, flos Lonicerae and Ginseng radix, adding 35% ethanol with volume fraction of 5 times of the total weight, stirring well, and performing microwave-assisted extraction to obtain extract B; inoculating acetic acid bacteria into the extracting solution B, fermenting for 5 months, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain acetic acid fermentation liquor B with a relative density of 1.15 at 60 ℃; wherein the microwave-assisted extraction parameters are that the microwave power is 300w, the temperature is 50 ℃, and the extraction time is 2 h; the fermentation temperature is 35 ℃;
(3) mixing the concentrated solution A, the acetic acid fermentation liquor B and the brown rice fermentation liquor to obtain the composition for preventing alopecia and promoting hair growth;
(4) and (3) under the condition of continuous stirring, adding an amino acid foaming agent and guar gum into the anti-hair loss and hair-nourishing composition obtained in the step (3) at the temperature of 55 ℃, and dissolving and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-hair loss and hair-nourishing shampoo.
Example 5 trial test of hair nourishing and Hair growing shampoo

(3) mixing the concentrated solution A, the concentrated solution B and the brown rice fermentation liquor to obtain the composition for preventing alopecia and promoting hair growth;
(4) and (3) under the condition of continuous stirring, adding an amino acid foaming agent and guar gum into the anti-hair loss and hair-nourishing composition obtained in the step (3) at the temperature of 55 ℃, and dissolving and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-hair loss and hair-nourishing shampoo.
B. The trial method is that the hair nourishing and protecting shampoo is used according to the usual hair washing habit;

As can be seen from the control group 5, part of the raw materials of the hair conditioner provided by the invention are fermented by adding acetic acid bacteria, so that the comfort of the scalp and the softness of the hair are effectively improved, and the alopecia is reduced.

(2) pulverizing Ganoderma atrum, herba Dendrobii, pericarpium Citri Grandis, radix astragali, radix Angelicae sinensis, caulis Spatholobi, flos Lonicerae and Ginseng radix, adding 4-6 times of ethanol with volume fraction of 30-40%, stirring, and performing microwave-assisted extraction to obtain extractive solution B; inoculating acetic acid bacteria into the extract B, fermenting for 3-6 months, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate to relative density of 1.1-1.2 at 60 deg.C to obtain acetic acid fermentation broth B;
(3) and mixing the concentrated solution A, the acetic acid fermentation liquor B and the brown rice fermentation liquor to obtain the composition for preventing alopecia and nourishing hair.
