Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetic preparation, and particularly relates to a wrinkle-removing composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The skin is the largest organ of the human body, and the eye skin is the thinnest part of the skin and is very fragile. After the skin is aged or injured by the external environment, the skin of the eyes is dry and thin, and the collagen of the dermis layer is continuously reduced, so that the reticular supporting force is lost, and various eye problems such as wrinkles, fishtail lines and the like appear on the skin. With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people at present, the requirements of people on skin care are also continuously improved, and people pay more and more attention to eye skin care. The existing products on the market achieve the effect of removing wrinkles by mainly adding a film-forming agent, a filling agent, an expression line inhibitor, a collagen fiber repairing agent and the like.

Test example 1
Eye skin stratum corneum water content test
Testing a sample: wrinkle-removing compositions provided in examples 1 to 13 and comparative examples 1 to 4
510 skin-healthy 18-40-year-old volunteers, half-in-proportion each, were selected and randomly divided into 17 groups of 15 men and 15 women, and the wrinkle-removing compositions provided in application examples 1 to 13 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were used, respectively. After cleaning the face, the volunteers apply the wrinkle-removing composition on the eye skin, continuously use for 30 days, and measure the moisture content of the stratum corneum before and after use by a skin tester (MC750, CK in Germany);
the water content of the eye skin cuticle of each subject is respectively tested before use and after 30 days of continuous use, each data is tested for three times, after an average value is obtained, the average value of each group is calculated, one digit after a decimal point is reserved, and the change rate of the water content of the skin is calculated according to the following formula:
eye skin stratum corneum moisture change rate (eye skin stratum corneum moisture content 30 days after use-eye skin stratum corneum moisture content before use)/eye skin stratum corneum moisture content before use;
the test results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
As can be seen from the data in table 1, the skin moisture content change rate is 5.1-10.2% after 4 hours using the wrinkle-removing composition provided by the present invention (examples 1-13), and 9.2-10.2% after 4 hours using the wrinkle-removing composition provided by the preferred embodiment of the present invention (examples 1-3).
The stratum corneum of the skin contains two types of water, namely bound water and free water, the water content can influence the formation of water and a grease film in the stratum corneum, and the grease film can prevent the excessive evaporation of the water and soften the skin, and has important significance for resisting aging and removing wrinkles of the skin. As can be seen from Table 1, the water content of the horny layer of the eye skin is obviously improved by using the wrinkle-removing composition provided by the invention, and the effect is superior to that of comparative examples 1-4, which shows that the water content of the eye skin can be synergistically improved and the water loss of the skin can be reduced by adjusting the proportion of each component through the compound use of each component.
As can be seen from a comparison of example 1 and example 4, the moisturizing performance of the anti-wrinkle composition is slightly lower in the absence of ON-MEDI LINE, which is an extract of seven plants, in combination with other components, and improves the skin condition.
As can be seen from the comparison between example 1 and examples 5-8, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, butanediol and 1, 2-hexanediol are matched with each other to achieve synergistic interaction, so that a three-dimensional retention system of skin is built, and the moisturizing performance of the anti-wrinkle composition is improved. The three components are matched with each other, so that the moisture can be supplemented in time, and the loss of the moisture can be reduced.
As can be seen by comparing example 1 with example 9, the absence of coffee extract reduces the moisturizing properties of the wrinkle-removing composition.
As can be seen from the comparison between example 1 and examples 10 to 13, dioctyl carbonate, squalane, argan nut oil and shea butter cooperate with each other to synergistically enhance the effects of building a skin barrier and deeply nourishing the skin, so that the skin becomes soft and elastic; the permeability is increased, so that various components in the anti-wrinkle composition are more easily absorbed by the skin.
The comparison between the example 1 and the comparative examples 1 to 4 shows that the lack of any one of acetyl hexapeptide-8, dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate, tight wrinkle resistant peptide or oat beta-glucan can reduce the moisturizing effect of the anti-wrinkle composition, and the acetyl hexapeptide-8, the dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate, the tight wrinkle resistant peptide and the oat beta-glucan are matched with each other to realize synergistic effect, so that the skin moisture can be supplemented, the protective effect is enhanced from the inner skin bottom layer, the moisture loss barrier is effectively improved, the skin elasticity is increased, the skin is younger, and the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle effect is achieved.
Test example 2
Ocular skin elasticity test
Testing a sample: wrinkle-removing compositions provided in examples 1 to 13 and comparative examples 1 to 4
The test method comprises the following steps: selecting 510 volunteers with skin health of 18-40 years old, wherein the proportion of men and women accounts for half respectively, randomly dividing into 17 groups, each group comprises 15 men and 15 women, cleaning the face of the volunteer in the morning and evening each day, smearing wrinkle-removing composition on the skin of the eyes, continuously using for 3 months, and measuring the elasticity of the skin of the eyes by a skin tester (MC750, Germany CK); each data is tested for three times, after the average value is obtained, the average value of each group is calculated, two digits after the decimal point are reserved, and the skin elasticity change rate is calculated according to the following formula:
skin elasticity variation value-skin elasticity parameter 3 months after use-skin elasticity parameter before use
The test results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the wrinkle-removing compositions provided by the present invention (examples 1 to 13) exhibited a change in the skin elasticity parameter of 0.05 to 0.09 after 3 months of use; with the wrinkle-removing composition provided in the preferred embodiment of the present invention (examples 1 to 3), the variation value of the skin elasticity parameter after 3 months of use is 0.08 to 0.09.
The greater the value of the skin elasticity parameter, the better the skin elasticity. As can be seen from Table 2, after the wrinkle-removing eye cream prepared by the invention is used by volunteers, the skin elasticity parameter is obviously improved, and the effect is obviously superior to that of comparative examples 1-4, which shows that the wrinkle-removing eye cream can increase the firmness and elasticity of eye skin and improve the skin elasticity.
As can be seen from a comparison of example 1 and example 4, in the absence of ON-MEDI LINE, the effect of increasing skin elasticity is less.
As can be seen from a comparison of example 1 and examples 5-8, the absence of any of trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, butylene glycol or 1, 2-hexanediol in the moisturizer also reduces elastin expression, impairing the effectiveness of the wrinkle-removing composition; this is because the functional components and the moisturizer can cooperate with each other to improve the skin condition and increase the firmness and smoothness of the skin.
As can be seen from a comparison of example 1 and example 9, the effect of the wrinkle-removing composition is impaired in the absence of the coffee extract.
As can be seen by comparing example 1 with examples 10-13, the absence of any of dioctyl carbonate, squalane, argan oil, or shea butter in the absence of an emollient attenuates the effectiveness of the wrinkle-reducing composition because the benefit component and emollient cooperate to increase the firmness and elasticity of the ocular skin and increase skin elasticity.
As can be seen from a comparison of example 1 and comparative examples 1-4, the effect is poor when any one of acetyl hexapeptide-8, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, anti-wrinkle peptide or oat beta-glucan is absent; the anti-wrinkle composition provided by the invention is characterized in that acetyl hexapeptide-8, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, tight face anti-wrinkle peptide and oat beta-glucan are matched with each other to realize synergistic interaction; firstly, the expression of elastin is promoted and the softness of skin is improved by promoting the proliferation of fibroblasts and improving the metabolism of cells; the moisture retention and the tightening smoothness of the skin are improved by renewing and repairing the tense skin; finally, the generation of wrinkles is reduced by inhibiting muscle contraction; thereby tightening the eye skin in all directions and lightening the wrinkles of the eyes.
Test example 3

Wrinkle removal test wrinkles in the corners of the eyes of a subject are tested using a multifunctional 3D skin image analyzer (Antera 3D) from Ireland MIRAVEX to obtain a 3D image of the surface structure of the skin in the corners of the eyes, and wrinkle-related data, such as wrinkle depth, volume, area, length, etc., are used to determine, by means of systematic statistical analysis, a parameter of wrinkles in the corners of the eyes, the value ranging from 0 to 100, with a larger value representing fewer wrinkles, finer wrinkles, and shallower wrinkles, with better results.
The testing process comprises the following steps: the tested area is the corner of the face. Prior to testing, subjects uniformly cleansed their face and blotted dry with a dry non-dusting absorbent paper towel. Sit still for 30min in a laboratory at a temperature of 20 + -1 deg.C, 50 + -10% RH. The subject remained relaxed, face exposed, avoiding touch. The laboratory technician tests the subject' S eye and corner wrinkle parameters S1 and then instructs the subject to use the product once in the morning and once in the evening, each time in an amount of about half a coin size, during which time no other skin care product is used. After 6 months, the subject visits again, cleans the face with the facial cleanser, and dries the skin with a dry facial tissue, sits still for 30min in a laboratory at a temperature of 21 ± 1 ℃ and 50 ± 10% RH, and the laboratory technician tests the subject' S canthus wrinkle parameters S2; each data was tested three times, and after averaging, the difference between the average value before use and the average value after 6 months of use of the product was calculated for each group of subjects, and then the wrinkle-removing effect of the product was analyzed using the difference. The rate of change of skin moisture content is calculated according to the following formula:
the change value of the eye corner wrinkles is 6 months after use as the parameter S2 of the eye corner wrinkles and before use as the parameter S1 of the eye corner wrinkles
The test results are shown in table 3:
TABLE 3
The data in table 3 show that the wrinkle-removing composition prepared by the invention has good wrinkle-removing effect, can supplement moisture of skin, increase the firmness and elasticity of eye skin, improve the elasticity of skin, and is beneficial to removing fine lines of eyes, enabling the eye skin to be firm and fine and reducing wrinkles.
In the invention, the efficacy component, the water phase component and the oil phase component are cooperated with each other, thereby achieving good wrinkle removing effect.
As can be seen from comparison of example 1 with comparative examples 1 to 4, the wrinkle-removing effect is poor when any one of acetyl hexapeptide-8, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, anti-wrinkle peptide or oat beta-glucan is absent; the anti-wrinkle composition provided by the invention is characterized in that acetyl hexapeptide-8, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, tight face anti-wrinkle peptide and oat beta-glucan are matched with each other to realize synergistic interaction; firstly, the expression of elastin is promoted and the softness of skin is improved by promoting the proliferation of fibroblasts and improving the metabolism of cells; the moisture retention and the tightening smoothness of the skin are improved by renewing and repairing the tense skin; finally, the generation of wrinkles is reduced by inhibiting muscle contraction; thereby tightening skin in all directions and eliminating wrinkles.
