In the above two embodiments, the total volume of the primary accommodation space 13 and the total volume of all the secondary accommodation spaces 14 may be the same or different, and may be arbitrarily configured according to the use requirement.
Referring to fig. 3A, 3B and 3C, schematic cross-sectional views (a), (B) and (C) of the microparticles of the present application in a stimulated state are shown, and with reference to fig. 1A to 2C, the following will be described in detail for explaining the practical use of the segmented release of each of the microparticles 1 of the present application, and for convenience of explanation, the following microparticles 1 will be described in terms of the structure of the second embodiment.
Referring to fig. 3A, the working temperature ranges of the first housing layer 11 and the second housing layer 12 in this figure are the same, so when the temperature reaches the working temperature range, the first housing layer 11 and the second housing layer 12 are dissolved at the same time, so that the fillers in the primary accommodating space 13 and the secondary accommodating space 14 directly flow out.
Referring to fig. 3B, in the present embodiment, the working temperature ranges of the first shell layer 11 and the second shell layer 12 are different, the working temperature range of the first shell layer 11 is lower than the working temperature range of the second shell layer 12, and by the above structure, when the temperature reaches the working temperature range of the first shell layer 11, the first shell layer 11 will dissolve first, so that the filler in the secondary accommodating space 14 flows out first, and when the subsequent temperature continues to rise, the second shell layer 12 will melt immediately (as shown in fig. 3A), and the filler in the primary accommodating space 13 will flow out immediately.
Referring to fig. 3C, in the present illustration, the working temperature ranges of the first shell layer 11 and the second shell layer 12 are different, the working temperature range of the first shell layer 11 is higher than the working temperature range of the second shell layer 12, and by the above structure, when the temperature reaches the working temperature range of the second shell layer 12, the top surface 1231 of the second docking portion 123 of the second shell layer 12 will dissolve first until the entire columnar second docking portion 123 dissolves, the filler in the secondary accommodating space 14 flows out through the hole 1131, and then the entire second shell layer 12 dissolves, and the filler in the primary accommodating space 13 will flow out immediately.
Fig. 3D is a schematic perspective view of the particles under pressure stimulation, except that the three regions where the transmission temperature reaches the working temperature are used to dissolve the first shell layer 11 and the second shell layer 12, the first shell layer 11 and the second shell layer 12 can be further broken by pressure change, so that the first shell layer 11 and the second shell layer 12 are broken by the stress to release the filler.
Please refer to fig. 4A, fig. 4B and fig. 5, which are schematic diagrams of a cross-sectional structure of the facial mask, a cross-sectional schematic diagram of a combined coating layer and a schematic diagram of an actual using state of the facial mask of the present application, the facial mask of the present application mainly includes two major parts, i.e., a substrate 2 and a coating layer 3, the coating layer 3 is disposed on one side of the substrate 2, and then the side with the coating layer 3 is attached to a receptor 4, while the shape of the substrate 2 is not limited, and can be designed according to the using requirement, for example, the facial mask or bandage of fig. 5 can be designed arbitrarily.
Referring to fig. 1A to 3D, the substrate 2 has a first surface and a second surface, the first surface has a plurality of holes, the porosity of the first surface is 7% to 64%, the coating layer is disposed on the first surface 21 and received in the cavity 211, the coating layer 3 is composed of the particles 1, the surface roughness RA of the first surface 21 is 1 to 300 μm, the size of the holes of the cavity 211 is 30 μm to 300 μm, and the thickness of the coating layer 3 is 0.1mm to 3mm.
For a specific purpose, the amount of coating (thickness of the coating layer 3) must be controlled, and for this substrate 2 there are correspondingly different patterns, while the following examples have the same structure, the thickness of the coating layer 3 being 0.2mm to 2mm.
Referring to fig. 4B, two embodiments of the substrate 2 are shown, in the upper embodiment of the figure, the surface of the first surface 21 of the substrate 2 is a smooth plane and has a plurality of grooves 211, the surface porosity of the first surface 21 is 10% to 50%, and the pore size is 30 μm to 300 μm, when the coating layer 3 is coated on the substrate 2, a part of the coating enters the grooves 211, and through such a structure, it can be ensured that more coating adheres to the first surface 21.
Continuing from the above, in the following embodiment of the figure, the surface of the first surface 21 of the substrate 2 is a non-smooth plane and has a plurality of holes 211, when the coating layer 3 is coated on the substrate 2, a part of the coating will penetrate into the first surface 21 and enter into the holes 211, and through such a structure, it can be ensured that the coating layer 3 is effectively and largely attached to the first surface 21.
In the above embodiments, it can be understood that when the same amount (weight) of coating is used, the surface roughness RA of the first surface 21, the porosity of the hole 211 and the pore size all affect the thickness of the coating layer 3, so that the present application obtains the range of the above preferable values when considering the balance and the best use effect in all aspects, the surface roughness RA is 10 to 100 μm, the porosity of the hole 211 is 10 to 50%, and the pore size of the hole 1131 is 50 μm to 200 μm, under the above conditions, the thickness of the coating layer 3 is controlled to be 0.5mm to 1mm, so that the whole body (including the substrate 2 and the coating layer 3) maintains a reasonable thickness, and the receptor 4 (human skin surface) is more easily attached.
Referring to fig. 5 again, the first substrate 2 is in the shape of a facial mask, the coating layer 3 contacts with the receptor 4 (face), and a hook opening hooked on the ear is formed on the substrate 2 to make the substrate 2 more fit on the face; another embodiment of the substrate 2 is in the form of a bandage that can be pulled and compressed around the recipient 4 (limb) to facilitate the release of the filler (see fig. 3A and 3C).
In summary, the present application has the following advantages:
1. the filler can not be released at normal temperature;
2. the filler is automatically released when the working temperature range is reached;
3. designing according to the temperature and the use requirement, and enabling the filler to be segmented or flow-limited and slowly released;
4. releasing the filler by pressure;
5. the matched base material makes the effect of the filler released by the coating better.
