本发明涉及口腔卫生技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种修复牙膏膏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
牙龈红肿、出血、发炎,是常见的口腔问题。
口腔卫生用品是人们日常生活中不可或缺的清洁及保健用品,这一类产品种类繁多,包括牙膏、牙粉、漱口水、口香糖、口腔喷雾剂等,主要用于保持口腔和牙齿清洁、促进口气清新、护理牙龈、维护口腔良好环境等。牙膏是最常用的口腔卫生用品之一,市面上现有的大部分牙膏仅能起到清洁作用,对于口腔疾病所造成的牙齿损伤并没有很好的修复效果,也无法缓解口腔疾病所带来的疼痛。以牙龈炎举例,牙龈炎的患者会因为疼痛而减少进食。调查显示多数人在牙龈炎期间会尽量避免刷牙,转而用漱口来代替刷牙清洁口腔。原因就是牙龈炎处在牙膏的化学刺激与牙刷的物理刺激下会疼痛难忍。少部分人即便为了口腔健康,忍痛刷牙,也会在疼痛的刺激下匆匆结束,起不到很好的清洁效果。而口腔清洁不彻底,残留食物残渣,又会造成菌群繁殖,进一步刺激牙龈炎,使其难以愈合,形成恶性循环。
因此,亟需一种能够修复受损牙齿,快速镇痛的牙膏膏剂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种修复牙膏膏剂,利用含氟羟基磷灰石与花椒醇提物作为主要原料,可以起到清洁口腔,修复受损牙齿,快速镇痛作用,保护口腔环境卫生。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种修复牙膏膏剂,以重量份数计含有以下组分:含氟羟基磷灰石50~ 70份,花椒醇提物1~2份、摩擦剂10~15份、粘合剂10~15份、润滑剂 10~15份、发泡剂8~10份与香精1~2份;
进一步的,所述摩擦剂为二氧化硅、碳酸钙中的至少一种;
进一步的,所述粘合剂为卡拉胶、黄原胶中的至少一种;
进一步的,所述润滑剂为甘油;
进一步的,所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
一种修复牙膏膏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)以重量份数计,将1份氟化钠在搅拌条件下加入至70份体积浓度为85%的磷酸溶液中,得含磷酸根的溶液;
(2)以重量份数计,将75份氢氧化钙或55份氧化钙在搅拌条件下加入至步骤(1)制备的含磷酸根的溶液中,得含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂进行球磨,过滤沉淀并洗涤,冷冻干燥,得含氟羟基磷灰石;
(4)以重量份数计,取80~100份干花椒壳洗净,加入至150~200份体积浓度为70%的乙醇溶液中,采用渗漉法提纯,将提纯液冷冻干燥,得花椒醇提物;
(5)按所述比例将所述含氟羟基磷灰石与所述花椒醇提物、所述摩擦剂、所述粘合剂、所述润滑剂、所述发泡剂、所述香精均匀混合;
进一步的,步骤(3)所述球磨转速为200~250转/分,球磨时间为10~ 12h;
进一步的,步骤(3)所述冷冻干燥温度为-10~-20℃;
进一步的,步骤(3)所述洗涤使用去离子水;
进一步的,步骤(4)所述冷冻干燥温度为-5~-10℃。
本发明的有益效果如下:
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种修复牙膏膏剂及其制备方法,本发明的修复牙膏含有含氟羟基磷灰石,对牙龈炎、牙敏感、牙结石、口腔异味、牙黄牙渍、牙龈炎、牙齿松动、牙龈萎缩、蛀牙引起的牙齿损伤有良好的修复效果,避免口腔卫生情况恶化;且本发明的修复牙膏含有花椒醇提物,花椒中含有大量的植物酸和很多的挥发性烯类物质,具有优良的镇痛效果,对口腔内的菌类有很好的灭杀效果,不会影响使用者的日常生活;本发明的修复牙膏含有含氟羟基磷灰石,比普通牙膏具有生物修复能力,能够诱导细胞骨修复基因表达,具有三维网状多孔生物结构。

实施例1
一种修复牙膏膏剂,以重量计含有以下组分:含氟羟基磷灰石粉末50g,花椒醇提物1g,二氧化硅10g,卡拉胶10g,甘油10g,十二烷基硫酸钠8g,柠檬香精1g;
上述修复牙膏膏剂的制备方法,将1g氟化钠在搅拌条件下加入至70g体积浓度为85%的磷酸溶液中,使其完全溶解;然后将75g的氢氧化钙在搅拌条件下逐步加入至上述含磷酸根的溶液中,获得含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂;
将获得的含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂,转移至全方位行星球磨机中球磨,在转速为200转/分条件下,球磨10小时;
将含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂过滤,10ml去离子水洗涤沉淀,在-10℃条件下冷冻干燥,获得72g含氟羟基磷灰石粉末;
取80g干花椒壳洗净,加入至150g体积浓度为70%的乙醇溶液中,采用渗漉法提纯,将提纯液冷冻干燥,得4.2g花椒醇提物;
取50g含氟羟基磷灰石粉末与1g花椒醇提物,10g二氧化硅,10g卡拉胶,10g甘油,8g十二烷基硫酸钠,1g柠檬香精均匀混合,得修复牙膏膏剂。
实施例2
一种修复牙膏膏剂,以重量计含有以下组分:含氟羟基磷灰石粉末70g,花椒醇提物2g,碳酸钙15g,黄原胶15g,甘油15g,十二烷基硫酸钠10g,柠檬香精2g;
上述修复牙膏膏剂的制备方法,将1g氟化钠在搅拌条件下加入至70g体积浓度为85%的磷酸溶液中,使其完全溶解;然后将55g的氧化钙在搅拌条件下逐步加入至上述含磷酸根的溶液中,获得含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂;
将获得的含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂,转移至全方位行星球磨机中球磨,在转速为250转/分条件下,球磨12小时;
将含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂过滤,10ml去离子水洗涤沉淀,在-20℃条件下冷冻干燥,获得72g含氟羟基磷灰石粉末;
取100g干花椒壳洗净,加入至200g体积浓度为70%的乙醇溶液中,采用渗漉法提纯,将提纯液冷冻干燥,得5.3g花椒醇提物;
将70g含氟羟基磷灰石粉末与2g花椒醇提物,15g碳酸钙,15g黄原胶, 15g甘油,10g十二烷基硫酸钠,2g柠檬香精均匀混合,得修复牙膏膏剂。
实施例3
一种修复牙膏膏剂,以重量计含有以下组分:含氟羟基磷灰石粉末60g,花椒醇提物1.5g,二氧化硅6g,碳酸钙6g,黄原胶6g,卡拉胶6g,甘油12g,十二烷基硫酸钠9g,柠檬香精1.5g;
上述修复牙膏膏剂的制备方法,将1g氟化钠在搅拌条件下加入至70g体积浓度为85%的磷酸溶液中,使其完全溶解;然后将75g的氢氧化钙在搅拌条件下逐步加入至上述含磷酸根的溶液中,获得含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂;
将获得的含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂,转移至全方位行星球磨机中球磨,在转速为225转/分条件下,球磨11小时;
将含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂过滤,10ml去离子水洗涤沉淀,在-15℃条件下冷冻干燥,获得72g含氟羟基磷灰石粉末;
取90g干花椒壳洗净,加入至170g体积浓度为70%的乙醇溶液中,采用渗漉法提纯,将提纯液冷冻干燥,得4.8g花椒醇提物;
取60g含氟羟基磷灰石粉末与1.5g花椒醇提物,6g二氧化硅,6g碳酸钙, 6g黄原胶,6g卡拉胶,12g甘油,9g十二烷基硫酸钠,1.5g柠檬香精均匀混合,得修复牙膏膏剂。
对比例1
取50g二水合磷酸氢钙与10g二氧化硅,10g卡拉胶,10g甘油,8g十二烷基硫酸钠,1g柠檬香精均匀混合,得牙膏膏剂。
修复牙膏膏剂对牙龈炎的临床试验
1、试验对象:选择20-65岁单纯性牙龈炎(中等炎症或严重炎症)患者 160名,随机分为试验组1-3和对照组,每组各20名。
2、试验材料:试验组1使用实施例1制备的修复牙膏膏剂,试验组2使用实施例2制备的修复牙膏膏剂,试验组3使用实施例3制备的修复牙膏膏剂;对照组使用对比例1制备的牙膏膏剂。
3、试验标准:受试者为健康成年男性和女性。
4、评价指标:
牙龈指数(GI):
采用Loe-Silness提出的牙龈指数,使用CPI探针,结合视诊和探诊。检查全口除、第三恒磨牙外的所有牙齿,将每颗牙齿周围的牙龈分为近中颊(唇) 乳头、正中颊(唇)缘、远中颊(唇)乳头和舌侧龈缘。每颗牙的记分为4 个牙面记分的平均值,每个人记分为全部受检牙记分的平均值,每日记录一次。
记分标准:
0=牙龈健康;
1=牙龈轻度炎症:牙龈的色有轻度改变并轻度水肿,探诊不出血;
2=牙龈中等炎症:牙龈色红,水肿光亮,探诊出血;
3=牙龈严重炎症:牙龈明显红肿或有溃疡,并有自动出血倾向;
疼痛指数:
采用视觉类比量表(VAS)记录牙龈炎期间每天刷牙时的疼痛分值变化。 VAS表示采用10cm的直线,直线的0端表示“无痛”,10cm端表示“最剧烈的疼痛”。受试者根据疼痛的感觉程度不同,在直线的相应尺度做记录,每日刷牙后记录。
5、试验方法:
教会受试者牙龈炎记分标准,发给《牙龈炎记录表》,同时记录受试者联系电话,试验组患者每人一套本发明制得的修复牙膏、牙刷,每天早晚2 次,用所发牙膏按照标准方法刷牙5min。对照组患者发放市场购买的中华牙膏使用,使用方法及频率均与试验组患者相同。随后每天对受试者进行电话回访,了解口腔卫生情况,十天后,进行口腔检查并回收《牙龈炎记录表》,试验采用双盲法完成。
6、试验结果:
使用十天复查,本发明试验组1中24名受试者的牙龈恢复健康,12名牙龈炎情况显著好转(达到牙龈轻度炎症),可见牙龈红肿消退,牙周袋探诊不出血,冠周组织炎症消退,疼痛减轻,4名受试者维持原状;
本发明试验组2中25名受试者的牙龈恢复健康,10名牙龈炎情况显著好转(达到牙龈轻度炎症),可见牙龈红肿消退,牙周袋探诊不出血,冠周组织炎症消退,疼痛减轻,5名受试者维持原状;
本发明试验组3中27名受试者的牙龈恢复健康,10名牙龈炎情况显著好转(达到牙龈轻度炎症),可见牙龈红肿消退,牙周袋探诊不出血,冠周组织炎症消退,疼痛减轻,3名受试者维持原状;
对照组12名受试者的牙龈恢复健康,16名受试者牙龈炎情况显著好转(达到牙龈轻度炎症),12名受试者维持原状。
关于本发明的镇痛效果:
试验组1-3因为牙龈炎(中等炎症或严重炎症)所引起的疼痛分值位于 3.1-4.7cm区间,在使用本发明修复牙膏刷牙时疼痛分值在一分钟内降至 1.8-2.5cm区间,镇痛效果持续约10min后恢复原疼痛分值;
对照组因为牙龈炎(中等炎症或严重炎症)所引起的疼痛分值位于 3.3-4.5cm区间,在使用中华牙膏刷牙时疼痛分值提升至4.1-5.2cm区间,刷牙结束5min后恢复原疼痛分值。
注:上述镇痛效果为试验期间牙龈牙情况保持中等炎症或严重炎症的受试者的记录汇总,在牙龈炎开始好转的过程中疼痛分值会下降至1-2cm区间,受试者刷牙时基本不再受到疼痛困恼。

Claims (10)
1.一种修复牙膏膏剂,其特征在于,以重量份数计含有以下组分:含氟羟基磷灰石50~70份,花椒醇提物1~2份、摩擦剂10~15份、粘合剂10~15份、润滑剂10~15份、发泡剂8~10份与香精1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种修复牙膏膏剂,其特征在于,所述摩擦剂为二氧化硅、碳酸钙中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种修复牙膏膏剂,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为卡拉胶、黄原胶中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种修复牙膏膏剂,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为甘油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种修复牙膏膏剂,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
6.权利要求1-5任一所述的一种修复牙膏膏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)以重量份数计,将1份氟化钠在搅拌条件下加入至70份体积浓度为85%的磷酸溶液中,得含磷酸根的溶液;
(2)以重量份数计,将75份氢氧化钙或55份氧化钙在搅拌条件下加入至步骤(1)制备的含磷酸根的溶液中,得含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的含氟羟基磷灰石糊剂进行球磨,过滤沉淀并洗涤,冷冻干燥,得含氟羟基磷灰石;
(4)以重量份数计,取80~100份干花椒壳洗净,加入至150~200份体积浓度为70%的乙醇溶液中,采用渗漉法提纯,将提纯液冷冻干燥,得花椒醇提物;
(5)按所述比例将所述含氟羟基磷灰石与所述花椒醇提物、所述摩擦剂、所述粘合剂、所述润滑剂、所述发泡剂、所述香精混合均匀。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种修复牙膏膏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述球磨转速为200~250转/分,球磨时间为10~12h。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种修复牙膏膏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述冷冻干燥温度为-10~-20℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种修复牙膏膏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述洗涤使用去离子水。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种修复牙膏膏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述冷冻干燥温度为-5~-10℃。
