The mud discharging assisting device for crushing filter cakes without power and preventing re-bonding and the mud storage loading hopper 10 have the advantages of simple and compact structure, no power for breaking the mud, energy conservation, flexible separation hopper for assisting discharging, prevention of re-bonding of the mud, smooth and unimpeded mud discharging, high production efficiency, reliable performance and convenience in installation; the beneficial effects are as follows: the movable partition plate type mud unloading assisting device with the grating is innovative and free of power for crushing filter cakes and preventing re-bonding, the structure of the automatic mud storage and loading hopper is simplified, the recoil force of the cake crushing grating 8 is utilized for automatically crushing large mud cakes, energy is saved, the movable partition plate is utilized for flexibly partitioning the mud storage hopper 9, the re-bonding of the mud cakes is effectively prevented, and the smooth mud unloading is guaranteed; the technical problems that the broken cake unloading assisting device is complex in structure and is arranged above the mud unloading port, so that the mud unloading port is not smooth enough, mud cakes in a full bucket have large pressure on the broken cake unloading assisting device, and a stirring rod with a shaft has large resistance and high energy consumption are solved; energy saving, consumption reduction, blockage dredging and efficiency increasing.

A mud storage loading hopper, namely a bar flexible separating hopper discharge-assisting type mud cake temporary storage hopper of an automatic mud filter press, uses the mud discharge-assisting device which is provided by the invention and can break filter cakes without power and prevent re-bonding and a mud storage loading hopper 10 (short for a cake breaking anti-sticking mud discharge-assisting device); the mud storage truck hopper mainly comprises a mud storage hopper 9, a mud discharge opening door 11, a double-door opening and closing oil cylinder and a cake breaking anti-sticking mud discharge assisting device 10; the whole body is hung under the second floor slab right below the filter press and is used for temporarily storing mud cakes and automatically unloading and loading the mud cakes so as to facilitate the outward transportation and retreatment of the mud cakes. The filter plate is manufactured according to the standard group of China general machinery industry standard 'Van-type and plate-and-frame filter press' T/CGMA0701 and 'Van-type and plate-and-frame filter press' T/CGMA 0702-2021.
The mud storage hopper 9 is a mud cake temporary storage hopper with a large upper part and a small lower part, a large rectangular material receiving opening is formed in the upper surface of the mud storage hopper, and a small rectangular mud discharging opening is formed in the lower surface of the mud storage hopper; the size of the material receiving port is corresponding to that of the multi-filter chamber filtering mechanism; the size of the arranged mud discharging opening corresponds to that of the transport car hopper; and the mud cake is hung below a second floor slab right below the multi-filter chamber filtering mechanism of the filter press and is used for temporarily storing the mud cake discharged by the multi-filter chamber filtering mechanism.
The mud discharging opening door 11 is an arc door corresponding to the mud discharging opening and comprises an arc door and a door rocker arm; the double mud discharging opening door 11 is hung on the hopper end walls at two ends of the mud storage hopper 9 and is used for closing or opening the mud discharging opening of the mud storage hopper 9.
The double-door opening and closing oil cylinder is a hydraulic oil cylinder for opening and closing the double mud discharging opening door 11; four double-door opening and closing oil cylinders are respectively arranged on the bucket side walls at two ends of the mud storage bucket 9, and four oil cylinder piston rods are respectively connected with four door rocker arms; the mud discharging door 11 is used for automatically closing the mud discharging door leaf 11 to store mud or automatically opening the mud discharging door leaf 11 to discharge mud and load.
The cake-breaking anti-sticking mud-unloading assisting device 10 mainly comprises a movable hopper plate and a cake-breaking grid 8; the movable partition bucket plate comprises a middle partition plate 1, a left partition plate 2, a right partition plate 2 and a partition plate hinge 3, and is made of stainless steel materials; the cake breaking grid 8 is a square cake breaking grid 8, the square grid of the grid is smaller than the mud discharge port, and the cake breaking grid 8 is arranged in a large material receiving port of the mud storage hopper 9; the middle partition board 1 and the left and right partition boards 2 are two sections of movable partition boards connected by partition board hinges 3 respectively; the middle partition board 1 and the left and right partition boards 2 form a movable partition bucket board, and the double movable partition bucket boards are alternately hung under the cake breaking grid 8 by using the partition board hinges 3, so that the mud storage bucket 9 is divided into a left interval, a middle interval and a right interval in the width direction, and the interval is smaller than a mud discharging port; the cake breaking grid 8 is used for automatically breaking the large cake of mud cakes by means of recoil force so as to prevent the mud discharge port from being blocked; the movable hopper separating plate is used for flexibly separating broken mud cakes without power, avoiding conglutination into large mud cakes and ensuring smooth mud discharge.
The related working process of the mud storage truck hopper comprises the following steps: under the control of the PLC program control system; (1) crushing a large mud cake: the pulling plate cake-unloading mechanism pulls the filter plate to realize gravity cake unloading, the large cake falls onto a cake-breaking grid 8 of the mud storage truck hopper, and the cake-breaking grid 8 automatically breaks the large cake by means of recoil force so as to avoid blocking a mud unloading port; (2) preventing broken cake from re-bonding: the broken mud cakes continuously fall into the mud storage hopper 9, and the broken mud cakes are isolated by the two rows of movable hopper separating plates, so that large mud cakes are prevented from being bonded again, and smooth mud discharge is guaranteed; (3) unloading and loading: when the mud cakes are fully accumulated in the mud storage hopper 9, the double-door opening and closing oil cylinder drives the mud discharge opening door 11 to be opened, and the mud cakes in the middle of the mud storage hopper 9 preferentially fall into a transport vehicle hopper (gravity mud discharge); the automatic skew in the middle of storing up mud bucket 9 below two rows of activity baffle fill boards is followed closely, makes the mud cake on storing up mud bucket 9 both sides follow closely the mud cake in the middle of the resistance fall into the transport vechicle fill: (4) normally closed sludge storage: after the mud cakes are discharged, the mud discharge opening door 11 is automatically closed (in a normal state) so as to temporarily store the mud cakes discharged by the multi-filter-chamber filtering mechanism; and (5) reciprocating and circulating.

Claims (2)

A power-free mud discharging assisting device for breaking filter cakes and preventing re-bonding mainly comprises a movable hopper plate and a cake breaking grid, wherein the movable hopper plate comprises a middle partition plate, a left partition plate, a right partition plate and partition plate hinges and is made of stainless steel materials; the method is characterized in that: the middle partition plate, namely a rectangular middle movable partition plate of the sludge storage hopper, comprises an upper middle partition plate, a lower middle partition plate and a partition plate hinge; the middle-upper partition board and the middle-lower partition board are arranged, and have the same size and different positions; the length of the mud discharging port is smaller than the width of the mud discharging port; the double-partition-plate hinge is connected with the middle-upper partition plate and the middle-lower partition plate to form a middle partition plate; the left and right baffle plates, namely a right trapezoid left baffle plate and a right baffle plate of the mud storage hopper, are equal in size and symmetrical in structure, and comprise an upper trapezoid baffle plate, a lower trapezoid baffle plate and a baffle plate hinge; the inclination of the inclined waist edges of the upper trapezoidal partition plate and the lower trapezoidal partition plate corresponds to the inclined hopper wall of the sludge storage hopper; the double-partition-plate hinge is connected with the upper trapezoidal partition plate and the lower trapezoidal partition plate to form a left partition plate and a right partition plate; the cake breaking grid is a square cake breaking grid, the specification of the cake breaking grid is smaller than that of a large material receiving port of the sludge storage hopper, and the square grid of the cake breaking grid is smaller than that of the sludge discharging port; the interconnection relationship is: the cake breaking grid is arranged in a large material receiving port of the sludge storage hopper; the double middle clapboards are alternately hoisted under the middle of the cake breaking grid by using the clapboard hinges and are positioned in the length direction of the sludge storage hopper, and the interval is smaller than the sludge discharge port; the left and right partition plates and the middle partition plate are hung below the cake breaking grid in parallel by using a partition plate hinge, the left and right partition plates are positioned at the left and right sides of the middle partition plate, and the outer edges of the left and right partition plates are in clearance fit with the inclined hopper wall of the sludge storage hopper; the left and right partition plates and the middle partition plate form a movable hopper partition plate, and the double movable hopper partition plate flexibly partitions the width direction of the mud storage hopper into a left interval, a middle interval and a right interval; the movable hopper plate and the cake breaking grid form a power-free mud discharging assisting device for breaking filter cakes and preventing re-bonding; the cake breaking grid can automatically break the large cake of mud by means of the recoil force of the cake breaking grid so as to avoid blocking a mud discharging port; the movable hopper separation plate can separate broken mud cakes in the mud storage hopper and avoid the mud cakes from being bonded into large mud cakes.
