The online final assembly of the automatic filter press unit: (1) installation of first-floor equipment: the filter cake crushing and loading equipment 21 is integrally hung below the second floor 25, namely below the automatic filter press on the second floor; the bucket opening switch oil cylinder 4 is communicated with a common hydraulic station 26, and the reducing motor 7 and the switch door limiter 6 are communicated with the PLC program control system 22; (2) installation of second floor equipment: the automatic filter press is arranged on the second floor and at a position corresponding to the filter cake crushing and loading equipment 21 (the multi-filter chamber filtering mechanism 23 of the automatic filter press is aligned with the filter cake crushing mechanism 3 of the filter cake crushing and loading equipment 21); the material flocculation stirrer, the material pump and the air compressor are respectively arranged at corresponding positions near the head of the automatic filter press; the common hydraulic station 26 is arranged beside the tail of the automatic filter press; all the matched equipment are respectively connected with an automatic filter press by using pipelines and communicated with a PLC program control system 22 in parallel; each functional hydraulic ram is connected to a common hydraulic station 26.
The single complete operation cycle working process of the automatic filter press unit comprises the following steps: compacting a filter plate, flocculating materials, feeding and filtering, washing and purifying, squeezing and dehydrating, back blowing the materials, blow-drying and purifying, pulling the plate, unloading cakes, breaking the cakes and loading, and cleaning filter cloth; in more detail: (1) the filter plates are pressed, handles at two sides of each filter plate are supported on the guide rails of the cross beams, the filter plates are pressed through hydraulic oil cylinders, and concave parts of adjacent filter plates clamping filter cloth form a series filter chamber; (2) flocculation of materials: adding a flocculating agent into the materials by using a material flocculating stirrer and uniformly stirring; (3) feeding and filtering, wherein a solid-liquid mixed material is conveyed to each filter chamber from a feed hole on a thrust plate by a conveying pump, so that pressure difference is formed between two sides of filter cloth, low-pressure static filtration is performed, particles in the material are intercepted by the filter cloth to form a filter cake in the filter chamber, and filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows out from a liquid outlet hole; (4) washing and purifying, wherein when washing is needed, the feeding valve is closed, and a water pump injects washing liquid into the filter cake from the washing hole so as to remove soluble impurities in the filter cake or recover valuable mother liquor retained in the filter cake; (5) pressing dehydration (including pressure maintaining), when pressing is needed, introducing high-pressure fluid or gas medium through a high-pressure medium hole of a chamber to swell a diaphragm to press a filter cake for secondary dehydration, and improving the purity of the filter cake and the recovery rate of filtrate; the filter chamber is automatically locked to keep a pressing state without pressure relief, so that the water content of a filter cake is reduced to the lowest point; (6) back-blowing the materials, wherein when back-blowing is needed, high-pressure gas back-blows residual materials (including materials precipitated in the feed holes in the pressure maintaining process) staying in the feed pipelines of the filter chambers to blow the residual materials back to the stirring position, so that slurry is prevented from influencing the purity of filter cakes, and the feed holes are dredged to facilitate smooth feeding next time; (7) blowing and purifying, wherein when needing blowing, compressed air is introduced through a high-pressure medium hole (a washing hole), and the air flows through and blows the residual washing liquid in the gaps of the filter cake particles so as to reduce the water content of the filter cake and improve the purity of the filter cake and the recovery rate of mother liquor; (8) the plate pulling and cake unloading are carried out, the hydraulic oil cylinder automatically reverses and loosens the pressing plate, and the filter plate is pulled open through the plate pulling and cake unloading mechanism 24, so as to realize gravity cake unloading; when the filter cake needs to be quickly unloaded, the filter cloth vibration device is automatically started according to a program, so that the filter cake quickly falls; (9) breaking cakes and loading: crushing the filter cake and loading the filter cake into a vehicle 21, crushing the large hard filter cake, automatically loading the filter cake into a vehicle and transporting the filter cake to the outside; the opening and closing door limiter 6 can limit the complete opening and the complete closing of the double-hopper-opening fan-shaped door 5; (10) cleaning the filter cloth, when the cloth needs to be cleaned, the filter plate is continuously pulled to a cleaning position by the plate pulling trolley after unloading, the filter cloth is cleaned by the water washing trolley through the lifting pipeline and the water washing transverse pipe by using high-pressure water, and the filter cloth is regenerated by water washing; the intermittent reciprocating circulation work realizes the solid-liquid separation in batches.
The automatic filter press unit has the advantages that the automatic filter press unit is additionally provided with the automatic filter cake crushing mechanism 3, large hard filter cakes can be crushed and fall into the filter cake storage and loading equipment, and when the hopper opening of the filter cake storage hopper 2 is automatically opened for loading, the crushed filter cakes can automatically fall onto the truck hopper, so that the automatic loading of the filter cakes is realized; the automatic filter cake loading replaces manual auxiliary cake dropping loading, the automation level of the automatic filter press unit is improved, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the requirement of high-efficiency production (high-efficiency outward transportation of hard filter cakes) of a large-scale modern filter press user is met.

1.
