as shown in fig. 1 and 5, clean energy such as biomass gas, natural gas and the like is combusted by a combustor 25 in a heat supply chamber 9, high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion is supplied into a drying gasification chamber 8 through a hot flue gas channel to provide heat energy for the drying gasification chamber 8, the hot flue gas channel is not provided with a valve, a smoke exhaust channel 26 is provided with a smoke exhaust channel valve 27, and the flow of the flue gas is controlled by the smoke exhaust channel valve 27, so that the temperature in the drying gasification chamber 8 is controlled;
the side wall surface of the drying gasification chamber 8 is externally communicated with three interfaces, the three interfaces are respectively a volatile gas pipeline 28, a heat supply channel inlet and a hot smoke channel, the hot smoke channel is connected into the drying gasification chamber 8 from the bottom of the drying gasification chamber 8, the volatile gas pipeline 28 is distributed on the side wall surface of the drying gasification chamber 8 near the top surface, and the material frames 22 are fixedly connected with the volatile gas pipeline 28 through connecting pipes and are mutually communicated when distributed in the drying gasification chamber 8;
after entering the drying gasification chamber 8, the high-temperature flue gas is indirectly exchanged with the material frame 22 for drying gasification of the wood material in the material frame 22, and the heat dissipation is greatly reduced as the whole equipment is wrapped by a heat-insulating sealing material;
be provided with a set of or multiunit nozzle in the coupling liquefying plant 5, the nozzle is used for spraying calcium potassium ion solution, sprays calcium potassium ion solution and volatilizees the gas intensive mixing, is provided with the defroster in the condensation passivating device 4, has multistage separator in the micro-power flotation device 3, conveniently purifies the plant maintenance liquid.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
