背景技术
因特网的流行导致了通讯网络史无前例的增长。消费者对于服务的需求和加剧的竞争已经使得网络提供商持续寻找提高服务质量同时降低成本的方法。

在通讯网络中，例如数据中心和交换网络，对接的连接器之间的大量互联可以压缩至高密度面板中。面板与连接器生产商可能通过减小连接器尺寸和/或在面板上的相邻连接器之间的间距来优化这样的高密度。尽管这两种方法可能有效增加面板连接器密度，但减小连接器尺寸和/或间距也可能会增加支持成本并降低服务质量。

发明内容
具有两个相对端口的插座构造为在第一端口接收一个或多个光纤连接器，并进一步构造为在第二端口接收一个或多个插芯组件，第二端口与第一端口相对，当相对的端口被占据时，在相对的装置之间形成光路。互连组件构造为固定在外壳内。外壳可以是一体的，或由上本体和下本体组成。
在互连组件的一端是由相对的闩锁臂形成的一个或多个闩锁。相对的闩锁臂接收在光纤连接器的外壳上形成的凹部或切口内，以将光纤连接器固定在外壳的第一端口内。类似的闩锁臂组件在于2019年5月7日授予Takano、题为“Ultra-Small Form FactorOptical Connectors(超小型光学连接器)”的给本发明的受让人的第10,281,669号美国专利中公开，其通过引用完全并入本文。

具体实施方式
就本申请而言，以下术语应具有以下各自的含义。
如本文所用的连接器是指将第一模块或缆线连接到第二模块或缆线的装置和/或其部件。连接器可以配置为用于光纤传输或光信号传输。连接器可以是已知的或以后开发的任何合适的类型，例如，插芯连接器(FC)、光纤分布式数据接口(FDDI)连接器、LC连接器、机械转换(MT)连接器、方形连接器(SC)、CS连接器或直头(ST)连接器。连接器通常可以由连接器外壳主体限定。在一些实施方式中，外壳主体可包含本文所述的任何或所有部件。
“光纤缆线”或“光学缆线”是指包含一根或多根光纤的缆线，用于传导光束中的光信号。光纤可以由任何合适的透明材料构成，包括玻璃、玻璃纤维和塑料。缆线可以包括围绕光纤的护套或护套材料。此外，缆线可以在该缆线的一端或两端连接到连接器。
本文的插座不限于端口、开口或通道。插座可以接收并可释放地将连接器100固定在其中一对相对的闩锁臂内(参见图10C.1)。插座可以是一体式的，也可以是两件式的，如图4所示。

Claims (21)

10.一种用于容留插芯组件及连接光纤连接器的互连组件，所述互连组件包括：
闩锁，构造为与所述光纤连接器连接；
插芯组件端口，所述插芯组件端口的尺寸与形状构造为在其中接收所述插芯组件；
止动件，可滑动地被接收在所述互连组件上的用于将所述插芯组件保持在所述插芯组件端口中的位置；和
连接件，设置在所述互连组件上并可释放地固定所述止动件以防止所述止动件从所述互连组件滑脱。
11.根据权利要求10所述的互连组件，其中所述连接件包括固定在所述互连组件上的相对的翼，所述翼构造为用于通过在所述止动件滑动至所述互连组件时与所述止动件的接合而偏转，以可释放地固定所述止动件而防止所述止动件从所述互连组件滑脱。
12.根据权利要求11所述的互连组件，其中所述止动件包括具有外缘的开口，当所述止动件滑动至所述互连组件上时，所述翼在所述开口的所述外缘与所述止动件接合，以使所述翼朝向彼此弹性偏转，以允许所述翼穿过所述开口。
13.根据权利要求12所述的互连组件，其中所述止动件的围绕所述开口的外缘边缘成角度地设置，以在所述止动件滑动至所述互连组件上时驱动所述翼偏转。
14.根据权利要求12所述的互连组件，其中所述止动件包括接合表面，每个翼包括附接至所述互连组件的基座部分和卡扣部分，所述卡扣部分相对于所述基座部分被扩大并且限定与所述止动件的所述接合表面可接合的卡扣表面，以阻止所述止动件从所述互连组件滑脱的移动。
15.根据权利要求11所述的互连组件，其中所述翼包括第一翼，其中所述连接件还包括第二相对的翼。
16.根据权利要求15所述的互连组件，其中所述插芯组件端口具有相反的端部，所述第一翼和第二翼分别设置在第一端和第二端。
17.根据权利要求10所述的互连组件，包括形成在所述互连组件中的第一连接构件，其中所述止动件包括在所述止动件滑动至所述互连组件上时与所述第一连接构件可接合的第二连接构件。
18.根据权利要求16所述的互连组件，其中所述第一连接构件包括从所述互连组件向外突出的舌部，所述第二连接构件包括在所述止动件内的的槽部，所述槽部能够接收所述舌部以将所述止动件连接至所述互连组件。
19.根据权利要求10所述的互连组件，包括具有相反的第一侧和第二侧的基座，以及从所述第一侧突出的外部框架，所述外部框架限定所述插芯组件端口，并且所述闩锁从所述基座的所述第二侧突出。
20.根据权利要求19所述的互连组件，其中所述闩锁包括第一闩锁，所述互连组件还包括从所述基座的所述第二侧突出的第二闩锁，所述第一和第二闩锁处于彼此相对的关系。
21.根据权利要求19所述的互连组件，其中所述外部框架限定在所述基座的所述第一侧的另外插芯组件端口，所述互连组件包括与所述另外插芯组件端口中的每一个相联系的从所述基座的所述第二侧突出的闩锁。
