From the above table 3, the prepared essence milk has no significant changes in color, viscosity and pH value within three months under high and low temperature or illumination conditions, which indicates that the essence milk has better stability.
3. Antibacterial experiment effect test of acne-removing and anti-inflammatory components
Test samples: the anti-acne anti-inflammatory efficacy ingredients in example 1 (0.5% white willow bark extract, 0.5% marrubium vulgare extract, 0.2% palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, 0.6% fucus rudis extract).
The test method comprises the following steps: the salicylic acid content with the same activity is adopted for comparison, and the antibacterial ability of the acne-removing and anti-inflammatory component is measured by a bacteriostatic ring method.
And (3) testing results: the largest diameter of the bacteriostatic ring of the acne-removing and anti-inflammatory composition can be seen from fig. 1, and the acne-removing and anti-inflammatory composition has the same efficacy of resisting propionibacterium acnes as salicylic acid with the same activity, which indicates that the acne-removing and anti-inflammatory composition has ideal efficacy of inhibiting bacterial growth and preventing pore blockage from generating inflammation to generate acne.
4. Evaluation of efficacy of essence milk with acne-removing and anti-inflammatory effects
Test samples: example 1;

As shown in fig. 3-4, tables 5-6, which are the results of clinical evaluation by the dermatologist of example 1, the inflammatory acne grade was significantly reduced by 22.22%, 15.87%, 30.16% after 14 days of use (D14), 28 days of use (D28), 56 days of use (D56); the effective rate of facial acne is 13%, 30% and 77%.

5. Synergistic experiment of acne-removing and anti-inflammatory composition
A cosmetic composition with acne removing and anti-inflammatory effects is prepared into essence milk, and the contents of the raw material components in the essence milk in the comparison examples 1-14 are shown in the following tables 7-8.

The preparation process of the essence milk with acne removing and anti-inflammatory effects comprises the following steps:
1) wetting and completely dispersing the thickening agent in water to obtain a mixed solution;
2) adding acne-removing and anti-inflammatory functional components, an emollient, a filler, a preservative and a pH regulator into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1), heating to 65 ℃, and homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3 minutes to completely disperse the mixture;
3) adding an emulsifier and a daily essence into the step 2), homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3 minutes to completely emulsify the mixture, and heating to 65 ℃ to obtain the cosmetic composition with the acne removing and anti-inflammatory effects.
The effects of the examples of the synergistic experiment of the acne-removing and anti-inflammatory components and the comparative examples 1 to 14 are verified, and the experimental steps and results are as follows:
1) the tester: 150 healthy women (20-45 years old) divided into 15 groups of 10 persons each; each group used the same formulation.
2) Test area: the entire face.

From table 9, the results in fig. 5 show that when white willow bark extract, marrubium vulgare extract, palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 and fucus serrata extract are simultaneously added into the essence milk, the acne reduction capability is 34.13%, 43.45% and 45.76% respectively on days 14, 28 and 56, and the acne resistance capability is significantly higher than that of the comparative examples 1-14, which indicates that, under the same total proportion, the acne resistance capability of four components simultaneously used is significantly improved compared with that of a certain component and a single component, and the synergistic function of the four components in the aspect of acne removal can be obtained. The synergistic function is realized because the four components adopted by the Chinese medicinal composition have different division and cooperation in the aspects of acne removal and inflammation resistance, and can solve the problems of skin acne from eliminating the acne to repairing skin damage caused by the acne to preventing the acne from occurring in multiple directions and multiple angles.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way, so that any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The essence emulsion composition with the acne-removing and anti-inflammatory effects is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight of the total composition:
1-30% of acne-removing and anti-inflammatory functional components, which comprise: white willow bark extract, marrubium vulgare extract, palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, and fucus rudis extract;
70-99% of a cosmetic adjuvant matrix comprising: emollient, emulsifier, filler, thickener, antiseptic, pH regulator, daily essence and deionized water.
2. The essence milk composition with acne-removing and anti-inflammatory effects according to claim 1, wherein the acne-removing and anti-inflammatory effects comprise the following components in percentage by weight of the total composition: 0.1-8% of white willow bark extract, 0.1-10% of marrubium vulgare extract, 0.1-8% of palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, and 0.1-6.5% of fucus rudis extract.
3. The essence cream composition with acne-removing and anti-inflammatory effects of claim 1, wherein the cosmetic auxiliary material matrix comprises, based on the total weight of the composition: 0.5-35% of an emollient; 0.5-15% of emulsifier; 1-30% of a filler; 1-15% of a thickening agent; 0.5-12% of a preservative; 0.01-5% of pH regulator; 0.005-5% of daily essence; the balance being deionized water.
4. The essential milk composition with acne-removing and anti-inflammatory effects as claimed in claim 1, which is composed of the following components by weight:
1-18% of acne-removing anti-inflammatory efficacy ingredients comprising: 0.1-5% white willow bark extract, 0.5-6% marrubium vulgare extract, 0.1-3% palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, and 0.1-4.5% Fucus serratus extract;
82-99% of a cosmetic adjunct base comprising: 5-30% of an emollient; 1-15% of an emulsifier; 1-25% of a filler; 1-12% of a thickening agent; 0.5-5% of preservative; 0.01-4% of pH regulator; 0.015-4% of daily essence; the balance being deionized water.
5. The essence milk composition with the acne-removing and anti-inflammatory effects as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the weight ratio of white willow bark extract, marrubium vulgare extract, palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, and fucus rudis extract in the ingredients with the acne-removing and anti-inflammatory effects is 1: (1-1.5): (0.12-0.45): (0.65-1.25); wherein the mass ratio of the palmitoyl tripeptide-1 to the palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 is 1: (0.5 to 1.4).

The essence cream composition with acne-removing and anti-inflammatory effects as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the white willow bark extract, the marrubium vulgare extract and the fucus rudis extract are obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning raw materials, drying, pulverizing, and sieving to obtain raw material powder;
2) charging raw material powder into supercritical extraction kettle, and adding CO2The entrainer is added into the supercritical CO in a small amount in a liquid form2Fully contacting with the raw material powder to selectively dissolve out the required chemical components;

the emulsifier is one or more selected from polysorbate-20, laureth-23, sorbitan olive oleate, steareth-21, polysorbate-80, soybean lecithin PC60, and glycerol stearate;
the filler is selected from one or more of boron nitride, synthetic fluorophlogopite, diatomite, kaolin, cellulose acetate and aluminum starch octylsuccinate;
the thickening agent is selected from one or more of glycerin, 1, 3-propylene glycol, carbomer, xanthan gum, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, gum arabic, polymer EMT-10, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer copolymer;
the preservative is selected from one or more of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, jasmone, sodium benzoate, pentanediol and hexanediol;
the pH regulator is selected from one or more of lactic acid or arginine.
9. The preparation method of the essence milk composition with the acne-removing and anti-inflammatory effects as claimed in any one of claims 1-8, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) wetting and completely dispersing the thickening agent in water to obtain a mixed solution;
2) adding acne-removing and anti-inflammatory functional components, an emollient, a filler, a preservative and a pH regulator into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1), heating to 65 ℃, and homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3 minutes to completely disperse the mixture;
3) adding an emulsifier and a daily essence into the step 2), homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3 minutes to completely emulsify, and heating to 65 ℃ to obtain the essence emulsion composition with the acne removing and anti-inflammatory effects.
