Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种咖啡壶。
咖啡壶有一储水室、一用于加热水的加热系统、一用于容纳咖啡的制备室和将水从储水室输送至制备室的输送机构。传统的咖啡壶根据咖啡的种类而各不相同。用相应的咖啡壶可制成不同的咖啡。因此,在压力咖啡壶中将水加热并用高压泵(约10巴)泵入制备室;咖啡是经细磨的。在穆哈咖啡壶中水以蒸汽形式通过立管供给制备室中经细磨的咖啡。在过滤式咖啡壶中水也以蒸汽形式经立管供给;蒸汽然后再凝结而到达经细磨的咖啡而成热的液体,然后在环境压力下慢慢通过过滤器。
传统咖啡壶的加热系统通常包括一大质量的电加热块。该电加热块是具有大热容量的蓄热器,因此是热惰性的。其优点一方面是当一定体积的水流过电加热块并吸去一定的热能时,其温度只有很小下降。另一方面大的热容量的缺点是必须供给电加热块大量的加热能,以便将其温度升到所希望的值。传动的咖啡壶在通电后需要几分钟的预热时间,然后才能制备第一份咖啡。这一预热时间对使用者来说则意味着烦人的时间损失。
一旦咖啡壶通电就向电加热块供给加热能,这样就不用在每次制备咖啡前重新加热电加热块。因此,咖啡壶在准备状态(准备模式)始终需要能量,这些能量毫无意义地散发给周围环境。如果咖啡壶长时间断电,则为了制备一次咖啡必须将整个大质量的电加热块加热,而实际上对于制备咖啡只需要一小部分能量。因此,总结起来可以说,传统的咖啡壶不经济地耗费使用者的时间和电能。
在US1631753中提出了一种用于咖啡壶的快速电热水器。该热水器包括三条铜制螺旋形相互共轴的管,要被加热的水先后流过这三根管。电阻加热器围绕着中间管。这些管和电阻加热器用石棉带相互绝缘。这一专用结构的作用是,中间管中的水直接用电阻加热器加热而内外管中的水间接用热辐射加热。这样加热的水然后输送给盛有咖啡的制备室。热水器要快于大质量的电热块。用厚的铜管和石棉绝缘,热水器还是热惰性的,要通过石棉绝缘层加热铜管和将热能主要传至水需要相当长的时间。
在专利文献US5262621中通过感应加热和电监控系统解决了加热时间长的问题。所描述的热水器采用了一金属管,该金属管由一电磁线圈围绕。当水流过金属管时,交流电压施加在线圈上;用电磁感应加热金属管,用热传导加热流动的水。交流电压的频率由电监控系统作为水出口温度的函数加以调整。
本发明的任务在于提出另一种第一不需要预热时间第二在准备状态不需要能量的咖啡壶。
这一任务的技术解决方案在于这种具有一储水室、一泵和一盛放咖啡)的制备室的咖啡壶,其具有加热水的连续加热器,该连续加热器具有一可流过水的内管、至少一围绕内管安装的内绝缘层和一围绕着至少一内绝缘层缠绕的加热丝,这样连续加热器的热容量是小的;该咖啡壶在连续加热器的端部或在连续加热器和制备室之间装有至少一个温度传感器以及一调节回路,其调节参数是连续加热器端部的水温;沿着连续加热器和咖啡之间的水的途径的非加热部件对于系统内出现的10巴的压力具有足够的强度,并由多孔陶瓷材料、塑料或铁合金组合,因此,非加热部件具有小的热容量以及相对于水具有小的导热系数。
本发明的咖啡壶的方案是基于快速加热和热水在输给咖啡的路径中散热尽可能少。表1表示本发明的咖啡壶与传统的咖啡壶的对比。

本发明的咖啡壶应是多用途的,即可以制备不同种类的咖啡。也就是说,沿着水的途径所使用的部件其机械强度是按“最不利的情况”即压力制备中的高压设计的。所使用的部件其机械和热性能应最佳化,其中部分要考虑到矛盾的标准并统一在折衷的方案中。
此外,通过组合下列特征可获得本发明咖啡壶的优点。可以用热容量小的连续加热器代替大质量的电加热块。为了得到所要的出口水温,使用了一调节回路。沿着水的途径的非加热部件的材料和结构应选择成,能承受水的超压和同时从水带走的热量最少。特别是非加热部件具有小的热容量和相对于水具有小的热传导系数,但同时具有足够的强度。

图1以横截面表示本发明咖啡壶的一优选实施例的示意总图。可看到储水室1放在咖啡壶的顶部2上。储水室可由透光材料制成,其优点是使用者随时可看到水位并能及时补充水。使用者可以取下储水室1,从而可以清洗。储水室有一松动的盖3,可用螺纹拧紧或用铰链固定。
水从储水室1经软管或管4达到泵5,泵例如位于咖啡壶的“颈”处。水从泵5经软管或管7泵到连续加热器8,并流过连续加热器8。在连续加热器8中水被加热到高于90℃的所希望的温度或至蒸发。连续加热器8例如是多层的、电加热的管子。泵5和连续加热器8的细节下面在图2和图3中所进一步说明。
例如由不锈钢制成的连接管9将连续加热器8与制备室10连在一起。在连接管9中的水几乎不可避免地要冷却几个摄氏度。咖啡10′位于制备室10内,热水或蒸汽流过咖啡10′。制备室10基本上由下部11和盖12组成,制备室下部11用手柄14装入室座13中。室座13由使用者推入咖啡壶内并用锁紧机构15固定在咖啡壶上,同时由此关闭制备室10。制备室10和锁紧机构15的细节下面在图4中作进一步说明。
制备好的热咖啡经出口16从制备室10流入杯子17中。杯子17放在栅条托架18上;栅条托架18装在插件19′内,插件19′又装在底座19内。底座19例如用锌铸件或铅件加重,以改善咖啡壶的稳定性。咖啡壶供以市电的电缆22入口22最好位于底座19内。
在表2中总结了水的途径并清楚地表示出四段的不同温度和压力关系。给出的数值是作为例子的压力制备的近似值,对于不同的咖啡种类其数值可能不同。
图2表示如在本发明的咖啡壶中所使用的连续加热器8的内部结构。与传统的大质量电加热块中的连续加热器相反,这种连续加热器8的优点是能快速实现温度的变化。因此,连续加热器8不必预热,在准备状态不消耗能量。在一个优选实施例中,连续加热器8由一可流过水的内管23构成,该内管例如由铝、不锈钢或耐高温塑料制成。环绕着内管23至少是一由电绝缘的耐热材料如耐高温的塑料制成的内绝缘层24~26。环绕绝缘层24~26缠绕的是由高阻合金如NiCr合金制的加热丝27。围绕着加热丝27至少是一外绝缘层28~30,例如又是由耐高温的塑料制成。

连续加热器8是本发明的咖啡壶加热系统的主要组成部分,整个加热系统表示在图3中。连续加热器8的内部结构是表示在图3中的单一加热丝27。连续加热器8最好具有螺旋弹簧的形状并浮动安置。在连续加热器8的入口设有带有管7的泵5,在管7的出口是连接管9。泵5最好是活动悬挂并在运行中振动,如同例如一隔膜泵。振动将传递到连续加热器8上。这样强加在连续加热器8上的加速将阻止或减轻连续加热器内管23的沉钙作用或有利于管内壁钙的溶解。

制备温度对咖啡的味道有敏感的影响。尽管本发明能节省时间和能量,但咖啡仍保持很高的恒定质量而与沿着连续加热器8和咖啡10′之间水的途径的非加热部件9-12是冷的或通过前面的制备而是热的没有关系。在连续加热器8和咖啡10′之间只从热水中带走最小的热能。为此目的,必须要满足两个要求。第一,沿水的途径的非加热部件9~12必须具有小的热容量,即小的比热容量和小的质量。第二,非加热部件9~12相对于水具有小的导热系数,即小的传热系数。同时非加热部件9~12要承受如在压力制备中出现的约10巴的热水超压。部件9~12的材料和结构必须使热和机械标准,部分为相矛盾的标准最佳化。用作例子的实施例很好地解决了最佳化任务。连接管9短而机械固定的。制备室10的下部件11和盖12由热绝缘材料例如多孔的陶瓷材料如空心陶瓷或热绝缘塑料制成,其质量保持尽可能的小。

此外,通过杠杆33或制备室的盖12的运动可控制水的出口。只有当制备室的盖12处于下方位置时,制备室10才关闭,热水流入制备室并从那儿流入咖啡杯17中。相反,如果制备室的盖12位于上方位置,则制备室10打开,热水或也可选择为蒸汽经蒸汽管35从咖啡壶流出。从蒸汽管35来的热水例如能用于制备茶,蒸汽例如能加热牛奶。
在连接管9的入口有两条途径的转换点。连接管9位于管壳36内并相对于管壳36用两个密封环37、38密封而可与制备室的盖12一起移动。在上方位置,上密封环37位于水入口39之上,阻止热水或蒸汽流入连接管9内;热水或蒸汽然后流入蒸汽管35的入口40。在下方位置,上密封环37位于水的入口39之下,然后热水流入连接管9的入口41内。
为了选择所要的咖啡种类,在本发明的咖啡壶上装有一种类开关42。这一开关例如可以有“浓咖啡”、“穆哈咖啡”、“滤咖啡”、“乳脂咖啡”的位置或其它位置。通过种类开关42可选择微处理器32的不同程序,而可调节当时所需的水温T和正确的泵的功率PP。
对于不同的咖啡种类设有不同的制备室下部11,制备室下部11模块式地装入室座13中。浓咖啡或穆哈咖啡用的制备室下部11是由热绝缘材料制成的筛状穿孔板。为了制备滤咖啡,制备室下部11可以安装一过滤器并设有相应的出口。咖啡10′以当时所要的形式放入制备室内:未包装或包装在合适容器内例如袋内。
本发明的咖啡壶除了室座13、杠杆33和种类开关42外只有一个操作元件:一主开关43。该主开关有三个例如被称为“蒸汽”、“关”和“咖啡”的位置,并组合成两个功能。第一,主开关可以是使该咖啡壶处于工作和非工作状态的开关。在位置“关”,咖啡壶断电而不需要能量,这与传统的咖啡壶在准备状态不同。使用者通过从“关”转换到“咖啡”,然后再从“咖啡”转换到“关”来调节咖啡流量,从而确定流出的咖啡量。对于蒸汽量的情况亦类似。第二,主开关是从蒸汽管35中流出的介质的温度调节器。如果杠杆33处于上方位置,则在“蒸汽”的主开关位置,蒸汽从蒸汽管35流出,而在“咖啡”位置则流出热水。此外,在“蒸汽”主开关位置机械地阻止水的输入,此时杠杆33处于下方位置。表3总结了所有杠杆和主开关的位置。本发明的咖啡壶也可以选择地配备一种自动控制咖啡量的装置。
放咖啡杯17的栅状托架18设计成能转入插件19′内,这样可以调节出口和栅状托架1B之间的两个不同距离,从而能使咖啡杯17、17′位于咖啡壶下方完全不同的高度。因此,出口18和咖啡杯17之间的距离不应太大,否则在咖啡中不形成泡沫。图6表示小的咖啡杯17处于高位的栅状托架18上,图7表示大的咖啡杯17′处于低位的栅状托架18上。

4.按照权利要求1~3中之一的咖啡壶,其特征在于,连续加热器(8)的内管(23)由铝、不锈钢或耐高温的塑料制成,绝缘层(24~26,28~30)由耐高温的塑料制成,加热丝(27)由高阻合金制成。
5.按照权利要求1~3中之一的咖啡壶,其特征在于,为了避免管内部的钙沉积,连续加热器(8)是浮动支承的,泵(5)是活动或悬挂的并在运行时振动,连续加热器和泵连在一起,使连续加热器通过泵而振动。
6.按照权利要求1~3中之一的咖啡壶,其特征在于,它包括一微处理器(32),用监视和控制泵(5)的功率(PP)、连续加热器(8)的加热功率(PH)和加热时间(t)。
7.按照权利要求6的咖啡壶,其特征在于,在每次咖啡制备时,微处理器(32)从泵(5)的功率(PP)、连续加热器(8)的加热功率(PH)和加热时间计算出连续加热器(8)的内管(23)钙沉积的程度,如果钙沉积超过一定的临界值则发出声和/或光报警信号。
8.按照权利要求1~3之一的咖啡壶,其特征在于,制备室(10)基本上由一制备室下部(11)和一制备室盖(12)组成。
9.按照权利要求8的咖啡壶,其特征在于,为了制备不同种类的咖啡,使用者可以将不同的制备室下部(11)组件式地插入室座(13)中,而室座(13)本身可移入咖啡壶内。
10.按照权利要求8的咖啡壶,其特征在于,制备室锁紧机构(15)具有一个可由使用者移动的杠杆(33)、一个与该杠杆连接的偏心轮(34)和一个通过该偏心轮而可上下移动的制备室盖(12);当制备室下部(11)移入咖啡壶后,可由锁紧机构(15)关闭制备室(10)。
11.按照权利要求10的咖啡壶,其特征在于,杠杆(33)同时控制水的出口,在打开制备室(10)时,蒸汽或热水被导入蒸汽管(35)中,在关闭制备室时,热水被导入咖啡(10′)。
12.按照权利要求11的咖啡壶,其特征在于,两途径之一的转换点在连接管的入口,该连接管位于管壳(36)内,该管壳用两个密封环(37,38)密封并能与制备室盖(12)一起运动,这样,在打开制备室(10)时,上密封环(37)位于水入口(39)上方,阻止热水或蒸汽流入连接管(9),热水或蒸汽可以流向蒸汽管(35)的入口(40),在关闭制备室时,上密封环位于水入口下方,热水可以流向连接管的入口(41)。
