采用柔性显示屏的电子设备譬如折叠手机,能够实现弯曲、折叠、甚至卷绕等形态变化。为方便柔性显示屏的实现弯曲等变化形态并尽可能地减小所述柔性显示屏的厚度,柔性显示屏尤其是屏下支撑板的厚度需要做的很薄,但是屏显支撑板的厚度过薄则使柔性显示屏中反向弯折的柔性电路板易受外力冲击而影响柔性显示屏的可靠性。
发明内容
本申请提供一种支撑片、柔性显示屏及电子设备。
本申请提供了一种支撑片,包括:
碳纤维基体,所述碳纤维基体由碳纤维材质的经线与纬线编制而成,所述经线与所述纬线组成网格结构;以及
环氧树脂胶粘剂,所述环氧树脂胶粘剂位于所述网格结构及所述碳纤维基体的表面,用于粘接所述碳纤维基体并使所述碳纤维基体表面具有粘性。
本申请实施例还提供一种柔性显示屏,包括:
柔性屏面板;
屏下支撑板,所述屏下支撑板与所述柔性屏面板层叠设置并位于柔性屏面板的非显示面;
柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包括第一连接部,所述第一连接部贴设于所述屏下支撑板背离所述柔性屏面板的表面;以及
支撑片,所述支撑片位于所述屏下支撑板与所述第一连接部之间。

本身请提供的支撑片,通过将环氧树脂胶粘剂涂布于所述碳纤维基体上,一方面使所述支撑片具有高抗拉模量、高抗拉强度的优点,又使所述支撑片具有粘性,方便与其他结构粘接固定。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本申请作进一步的详细描述。特别指出的是,以下实施例仅用于说明本申请,但不对本申请的范围进行限定。同样的,以下实施例仅为本申请的部分实施例而非全部实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参照图1,图1是本申请实施例提供的电子设备的立体示意图。本申请提供一种电子设备1000。具体地,该电子设备1000可以为移动或便携式并执行无线通信的各种类型的计算机系统设备中的任何一种(图1中只示例性的示出了一种形态)。具体地,电子设备1000可以为移动电话或智能电话(例如,基于iPhone TM,基于Android TM的电话),便携式游戏设备(例如Nintendo DS TM,PlayStation Portable TM,Gameboy Advance TM,iPhoneTM)、膝上型电脑、PDA、便携式互联网设备、音乐播放器以及数据存储设备,其他手持设备以及诸如头戴式耳机等,电子设备1000还可以为其他的需要充电的可穿戴设备。
电子设备1000还可以是多个电子设备中的任何一个,多个电子设备包括但不限于蜂窝电话、智能电话、其他无线通信设备、个人数字助理、音频播放器、其他媒体播放器、音乐记录器、录像机、其他媒体记录器、收音机、医疗设备、车辆运输仪器、计算器、可编程遥控器、寻呼机、膝上型计算机、台式计算机、打印机、上网本电脑、个人数字助理(PDA)、便携式多媒体播放器(PMP)、运动图像专家组(MPEG-1或MPEG-2)音频层3(MP3)播放器,便携式医疗设备以及数码相机及其组合等设备。
在一些情况下,电子设备1000可以执行多种功能(例如,播放音乐,显示视频,存储图片以及接收和发送电话呼叫)。如果需要,电子设备1000可以是诸如蜂窝电话、媒体播放器、其他手持设备、腕表设备、吊坠设备、听筒设备或其他紧凑型便携式的设备。
请参照图2,图2是图1所示的电子设备的截面示意图。本申请实施例提供一种电子设备1000,可包括但不限于:柔性显示屏100和壳体200,柔性显示屏100与壳体200固定连接并与壳体200围成用于收容电池、主板等器件的容置空间101。
需要说明的是,本申请中的术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”、“第三”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
请参照图3至图5,图3是相关技术中电子设备的柔性显示屏的仰视示意图,图4是图3所示的柔性显示屏的截面示意图,图5是图4所示的区域A的局部放大示意图。
相关技术中,柔性显示屏600可包括柔性屏面板601、屏下支撑板602、柔性电路板603和散热片604。其中,柔性屏面板601、屏下支撑板602与散热片604依次层叠设置。柔性电路板603包括平行间隔设置的第一连接部6031与第二连接部6032,第一连接部6031贴设于屏下支撑板602背离柔性屏面板601的表面,用于使第一连接部6031与电子设备1000的主板电性连接;第二连接部6032位于柔性屏面板601与屏下支撑板602之间,且第二连接部6032与柔性屏面板601电性连接,用于向柔性屏面板601供电。
可以理解地,屏下支撑板602位于柔性屏面板601之间,一方面用于支撑柔性屏面板601,使柔性屏面板601受力均匀,另一方面用于保护贴设于屏下支撑板602表面的柔性电路板603。柔性电路板603用于连接柔性屏面板601与电子设备1000的主板,以用于主板向柔性屏面板601传输信号或者接收柔性屏面板601反馈的信号。散热片604用于传导屏下支撑板602吸收的热量,以提高柔性显示屏600的散热性能。
可以理解地,为使柔性显示屏600乃至电子设备1000的厚度足够薄且方便屏下支撑板602能够随柔性屏面板601发生弯曲等变化状态,屏下支撑板602的厚度需要做的很薄。但是由于柔性电路板603中的电路排布密集,当柔性电路板603受到过大的按压时,极易发生故障,因此需要增大屏下支撑板602的厚度进而确保其强度,因此需要在屏下支撑板602的厚度与柔性显示屏600的厚度之间做出取舍。现有技术中,屏下支撑板602通常采用不锈钢片或钛合金片,为满足保护柔性电路板603的强度需求,屏下支撑板602的厚度通常在0.15mm以上,也即增加屏下支撑板602的厚度以确保柔性显示屏600的可靠性。但是,屏下支撑板602的厚度过厚,不仅仅增加了柔性显示屏600的厚度,还大大地增加了柔性显示屏600的重量,另外,过厚的屏下支撑板602还影响其自身的弯曲强度,使其弯折变形变得较为困难。鉴于此,实有必要提供一种新的柔性显示屏100。
在本文中提及“实施例”意味着,结合实施例描述的特定特征、结构或特性可以包含在本申请的至少一个实施例中。在说明书中的各个位置出现该短语并不一定均是指相同的实施例,也不是与其它实施例互斥的独立的或备选的实施例。本领域技术人员显式地和隐式地理解的是,本文所描述的实施例可以与其它实施例相结合。

本申请实施例提供一种柔性显示屏100,可包括柔性屏面板10、屏下支撑板20、支撑片30、柔性电路板40和散热片50。其中,柔性屏面板10设置于屏下支撑板20的一侧表面,支撑片30、散热片50分别设置于屏下支撑板20背离柔性屏面板10的表面。柔性电路板40包括平行间隔设置的第一连接部41与第二连接部42,第一连接部41贴设于支撑片30背离屏下支撑板20的表面,用于使第一连接部41与电子设备100的主板电性连接;第二连接部42位于柔性屏面板10与屏下支撑板20之间,且第二连接部42与柔性屏面板10电性连接。
支撑片30贴设于屏下支撑板20背离柔性屏面板10的表面,用于增强支撑片对应位置的屏下支撑板20的强度。支撑片30对应于第二连接部42设置,以充分保护柔性电路板40的第二连接部42,以减小柔性电路板40被损坏的可能。
可以理解地,支撑片30与散热片50分别位于屏下支撑板20背离柔性显示屏100的表面,相对现有技术仅增设了支撑片30,在不增加屏下支撑板40的厚度的前体下,既提高了屏下支撑板20对应第二连接部42位置的强度,也不增加柔性显示屏100的整体厚度,并且减轻了柔性显示屏100的重量。也即,在未增加柔性显示屏100的厚度的情况下,极大地提高了屏下支撑板20的强度,提高了柔性电路板40的可靠性。
柔性屏面板10可包括电路连接区11,电路连接区11设置于柔性屏面板10朝向屏下支撑板20的一侧并位于柔性屏面板10的边缘。电路连接区11与柔性电路板40的第一连接部41电性连接,用于实现柔性屏面板10与电子设备100的主板之间的电信号的传输。
本实施例中,由于支撑片30能够提高对应位置的屏下支撑板20的结构强度,故可适当减小屏下支撑板20的厚度。具体地,屏下支撑板20的厚度可为0.10-012mm。相对于现有技术,屏下支撑板20的厚度大致减小了0.03-0.05mm,对应地,屏下支撑板20的重量减小了20-33%之间。另外,由于屏下支撑板20的厚度变小,使得屏下支撑板20的更易发生弯折,进而使得柔性显示屏100的弯折更加省力。本实施例中,屏下支撑板20的材质可以为不锈钢,还可以为钛合金,在此不做具体限制。
可选地,屏下支撑板20可包括弯折区21以及分别位于弯折区21两侧并与弯折区21的非弯折区22。弯折区21可沿折线L弯折,进而能够带动非弯折区22相互靠近,以实现柔性显示屏100的弯折。弯折区21上开设有多个通孔211,或弯折区21可呈网格结构,以增强弯折区21的可弯折性能。其中支撑片30设置于屏下支撑板20的非弯折区22。
请参照图9至图11,图9是图6所示的柔性显示屏中支撑片一实施例的截面示意图,图10是图6所示的柔性显示屏中支撑片另一实施例的截面示意图,图11是图6所示的柔性显示屏中支撑片又一实施例的截面示意图。
本申请实施例还提供一种支撑片30,可包括但不限于:碳纤维基体31以及涂布于碳纤维基体31上的环氧树脂胶粘剂32。碳纤维基体31,又称碳素纤维布、碳纤布、碳纤维编织布、碳纤维预浸布、碳纤维加固布、碳布、碳纤维织物、碳纤维带、碳纤维片材,具有强度高,密度小,厚度薄等优点。环氧树脂胶粘剂32的主要材料是环氧树脂,环氧树脂具有优良的物理机械、电绝缘性能以及与各种材料的粘接性能尤其是与金属的附着性能。
可以理解地,碳纤维基体31,由碳纤维材质的经线与纬线编制而成,经线与纬线组成网格结构,环氧树脂胶粘剂32位于碳纤维基体31的网格结构中及碳纤维基体31的表面,用于粘接碳纤维基体并使碳纤维基体具有粘性。环氧树脂胶粘剂,其中,碳纤维基体31用于提高支撑片30的抗拉模量、抗弯模量、弯曲强度,环氧树脂胶粘剂32能够用于使碳纤维基体31与屏下支撑板20贴合,防止碳纤维基体31脱离屏显支撑片30,影响支撑片30的可靠性。
具体地,环氧树脂胶粘剂32可通过涂布工艺涂覆于碳纤维基体31的表面并渗透至碳纤维基体31的网格中,使环氧树脂胶粘剂32与碳纤维基体31的结合,既可实现碳纤维基体31内部结构的粘结,又能实现使碳纤维基体31的表面具有粘性。可以理解地,环氧树脂胶粘剂32还可通过沉积工艺渗透至碳纤维基体31的网格结构中并与碳纤维基体31充分结合,既可实现碳纤维基体31内部结构的粘结,又能实现使碳纤维基体31的表面具有粘性。此外,环氧树脂胶粘剂32与碳纤维基体31还可通过注塑工艺实现粘结,具体地,可将碳纤维基体31剪切成短纤维并放入指定模具中,然后向指定磨具中注入环氧树脂胶粘剂32,通过挤压注塑可使碳纤维基体31与环氧树脂胶粘剂32的充分结合。
其中,也即支撑片30位于第一连接部41与屏下支撑板20之间并分别与第一连接部41、屏下支撑板20粘接固定。具体地,支撑片30与第一连接部41、屏下支撑板20采用双面压敏胶粘接。更进一步地,支撑片30与屏下支撑板20采用3M 9750压敏胶,支撑片30与第一连接部41采用Tesa 61350胶。
可选地,支撑片30的厚度大致在0.10-0.15mm之间,譬如0.10mm、0.12mm或0.15mm,在此不做具体限制。具体地,散热片50的厚度大致在0.20-0.30mm之间,当柔性电路板40的第二连接部42与支撑片30层叠设置时,支撑片30与第二连接部42的厚度纸盒与散热片50的厚度相一致,不仅能够使屏下支撑板20的受力均匀,而且还不额外增加柔性显示屏100的厚度,充分利用柔性显示屏100的现有空间。
可选地,支撑片30可包括至少三层碳纤维基体31。具体地,由于单层碳纤维基体31的厚度在0.025-0.05mm之间,若支撑片30仅有一层或两层碳纤维基体31,则支撑片30极易发生弯曲变形,不具备支撑性。至少三层碳纤维基体31可均为第一碳纤维基体311(如图9所示),也可均为第二碳纤维基体312(如图10所示),在此不做具体限制。其中,第一碳纤维基体311采用M40碳纤维,单层第一碳纤维基体311的厚度为0.05mm;第二碳纤维基体312采用T700碳纤维,单层第二碳纤维基体312的厚度为0.025mm。可以理解地,本实施例中的M40碳纤维指的是M40等级的碳纤维,T700碳纤维指的是T700等级的碳纤维,具体地请参照下文表1中的具体参数。
本实施例中,至少三层碳纤维基体31可包括依次层叠设置的第一碳纤维基体311和第二碳纤维基体312,其中任一第一碳纤维基体311位于相邻两层第二碳纤维基体312之间(如图11所示)。也即,支撑片30相背两侧的碳纤维基体31均为第二碳纤维基体312。

由表1可知,在抗拉模量(弹性变形与塑性变形)方面,第一碳纤维基体311>第二碳纤维基体312;在抗拉强度(硬度)方面,第一碳纤维基体311<第二碳纤维基体312;在厚度方面,第一碳纤维基体311>第二碳纤维基体312;在密度方面,第一碳纤维基体311与第二碳纤维基体312相差不大。
可选地,支撑片30中环氧树脂胶粘剂32的质量分数大致在30%-40%之间。具体地,由于碳纤维基体31是网格结构且自身不具备粘性,因此需要在碳纤维基体31上涂布环氧树脂胶粘剂32以增加碳纤维基体31的粘性。
支撑片30可为第一支撑片、第二支撑片和第三支撑片,其中第一支撑片包括三层第一碳纤维基体311和40%质量分数的环氧树脂胶粘剂32,第二支撑片包括第二碳纤维基体312和40%质量分数的环氧树脂胶粘剂32,第三支撑片包括一层第一碳纤维基体311、两层第二碳纤维基体312和40%质量分数的环氧树脂胶粘剂32。

由表2可以看出:在抗拉模量(弹性变形与塑性变形)方面,第一支撑片>第三支撑片>第二支撑片,也即第一支撑片在抗拉模量方面较弱;在抗拉强度(硬度)方面,第一支撑片<第三支撑片<第二支撑片,也即第二支撑片在抗拉强度方面较弱;在厚度方面,第一支撑片>第三支撑片>第二支撑片,也即第二支撑片的厚度最大;在密度方面,第一支撑片、第二支撑片和第三支撑片相差不大。综合考虑,第三支撑片在抗拉模量、抗拉强度和厚度多个方面存在较大优势。
请综合对比表1与表2,由表1和表2可以清楚看出,无论是第一碳纤维基体311还是第二碳纤维基体312,当碳纤维的表层涂覆环氧树脂胶粘剂32后,碳纤维的抗拉模量、抗拉强度均出现明显下降,因此需要适当控制支撑片30中环氧树脂胶粘剂32的质量分数。
若环氧树脂胶粘剂32的质量分数过大,譬如环氧树脂胶粘剂32的质量分数超过40%,则影响支撑片30整体的抗拉模量、抗弯模量以及弯曲强度等,但是若环氧树脂胶粘剂32的质量分数过小,譬如环氧树脂胶粘剂32的质量分数小于30%,则支撑片30的粘性不足,影响支撑片30的可靠性。因此,支撑片30中环氧树脂胶粘剂32的质量分数在30%-40%之间较为适宜,譬如支撑片30中环氧树脂胶粘剂32的质量分数可为30%、32%、33%、34%、35%、37%、39%或40%,在此不一一列举。
进一步地,支撑片30中环氧树脂胶粘剂32的质量分数在32%-34%之间,优选支撑片30中环氧树脂胶粘剂32的质量分数为33%。通过上述方式,既可以使支撑片30的抗拉模量、抗弯模量以及弯曲强度满足设计需要,又能够满足使支撑片30与屏下支撑板20粘接连接,保证支撑片30的可靠性。
可选地,支撑片的材质可以为不锈钢、钛合金等材质。为保证支撑片的强度,支撑片30的厚度在0.10-0.15mm之间。具体地,请参照表3:

请结合表2并同时参照表3,碳纤维支撑片中的第一支撑片抗拉模量为240Gpa、第三支撑片抗拉模量为180Gpa,与不锈钢支撑片的抗拉模量190-210Gpa相近,并远大于钛合金支撑片的抗拉模量110-120Gpa;碳纤维支撑片中第一支撑片、第二支撑片和地三支撑片30抗拉强度的下限为1470Mpa,与不锈钢支撑片的抗拉强度上限1500Mpa相近,并远大于钛合金支撑片的抗拉强度1000Mpa。由此可以得出,碳纤维支撑片在抗拉模量、抗拉强度方面不弱于甚至优于钛合金支撑片。
进一步地,由表3可以看出,碳纤维支撑片的密度明显小于不锈钢支撑片、钛合金支撑片的密度。以体积为138.78mm3的不锈钢支撑片与碳纤维支撑片为例,不锈钢支撑片的重量为1.08g,而碳纤维的重量为0.22g,相对不锈钢支撑片重量减少0.86g。也即碳纤维支撑片相对相同体积的不锈钢支撑片重量减少79%。同样的,碳纤维支撑片相对相同体积的钛合金支撑片重量减少60%。
更进一步地,由于碳纤维支撑片没有磁性,因此无需做消磁处理,能够减少加工工艺。而不锈钢支撑片具有磁性,为减少不锈钢磁性对电子设备100内元器件(譬如摄像头中的磁铁)精度的影响需对不锈钢支撑片做消磁处理。但即使不锈钢支撑片做了消磁处理,依旧具有弱磁性。而钛合金的价格较贵,大量应用成本较高,不适宜于大规模生产。
请参照图12,图12是图6所示的柔性显示屏中支撑片还一实施例的截面示意图。
可选地,支撑片30还可包括导电层33,导电层33设置于环氧树脂胶粘剂32的表面。导电层33用于将屏下支撑板20、支撑片30上的静电接地,防止静电击上柔性屏面板10电路或柔性电路板40。
其中,导电层33通过物理气相沉积或者水镀的方法沉积至环氧树脂胶粘剂32表面,以使导电层33均匀涂覆于环氧树脂胶粘剂32的表面。
具体地,支撑片30的制作工艺可包括以下步骤:
S01,将至少三层碳纤维基体31层叠设置,并均匀涂布环氧树脂胶粘剂32至碳纤维基体31表面。
S02,将涂布环氧树脂胶粘剂32的碳纤维基体31热压成型,得到半成品;
S03,将半成品裁剪、修边得到支撑片30。
本申请实施例提供的支撑片30,通过将环氧树脂胶粘剂32涂布于碳纤维基体31上,一方面使支撑片30具有高抗拉模量、高抗拉强度的优点,又使支撑片30具有粘性;另外,支撑片30的厚度为0.10-0.15mm,使得支撑片30厚度较薄。
柔性电路板40可呈“U”形,柔性电路板40还可包括连接第一连接部41与第二连接部42的第三连接部43,第三连接部43抵靠于屏下支撑板20和支撑片30的边缘,用于使柔性电路板40充分与支撑片30贴合,提高空间的利用率。
散热片50可包括第一散热片51与第二散热片52,第一散热片51与第二散热片52分别设置于两个非弯折区22上,其中第一散热片51与支撑片30相邻设置。具体地,散热片50可为石墨、铜片导热性能良好的材料。
本申请实施例提供的柔性显示屏100,通过在屏下支撑板20与柔性显示屏100的第一连接部41之间设置支撑片30,以提高第一连接部41对应的平直支撑片30位置的结构强度,进而提高第一连接部41的可靠性;同时由于支撑片30的存在,可适当得减少屏下支撑板20的厚度,进而减小柔性显示屏100的厚度与重量。
请参照图13和图14,图13是本申请又一实施例提供的柔性显示屏的截面示意图,图14是图13所示的区域C的局部放大示意图。
本申请实施例还提供一种柔性显示屏300,柔性显示屏300可包括柔性屏面板301、支撑片30、柔性电路板302和散热片303。柔性屏面板301、支撑片30与散热片303依次层叠设置,其中支撑片30形状对应于柔性屏面板301形状,以使支撑片30充分与柔性屏面板301接触并支撑保护柔性屏面板301。其中,支撑片30为碳纤维支撑片30。
支撑片30可包括弯折区31和以及分别位于弯折区31两侧并与弯折区31的非弯折区32。弯折区31可沿折线L弯折,进而能够带动非弯折区32相互靠近,以实现柔性显示屏300的弯折。弯折区31可呈网格结构,或弯折区31上开设有多个通孔(图未示),以增强弯折区31的可弯折性能。其中散热片303的数量为两个并分别对应于两个非弯折区32。
柔性电路板302可呈“U”形并包括平行间隔设置的第一连接部3021和第二连接部3022以及连接第一连接部3021、第二连接部3022的第三连接部433023,第一连接部3021贴设于支撑片30背离柔性屏面板301的表面,用于使第一连接部3021与电子设备100的主板电性连接;第二连接部3022位于柔性屏面板301与支撑片30之间,且第二连接部3022与柔性屏面板301电性连接。
散热片303可包括第一散热片303与第二散热片303,第一散热片303与第二散热片303分别设置于两个非弯折区32上,其中第一散热片303与支撑片30相邻设置。具体地,散热片303可为石墨、铜片导热性能良好的材料。
请参照图15,图15是本申请实施例提供的电子设备的结构示意图。
当然,本申请还可以提供一种电子设备800,所述电子设备800包括RF电路810、存储器820、输入单元830、显示单元840、传感器850、音频电路860、WiFi模块870、处理器880以及电源880等。其中,RF电路810、存储器820、输入单元830、显示单元840、传感器850、音频电路860以及WiFi模块870分别与处理器880连接;电源880用于为整个电子设备100提供电能。
具体而言,RF电路810用于接发信号;存储器820用于存储数据指令信息;输入单元830用于输入信息,具体可以包括触控面板831以及操作按键等其他输入设备832;显示单元840则可以包括显示面板841等;传感器850包括红外传感器、激光传感器等,用于检测用户接近信号、距离信号等;扬声器861以及传声器(或者麦克风)862通过音频电路860与处理器880连接,用于接发声音信号;WiFi模块870则用于接收和发射WiFi信号,处理器880用于处理电子设备的数据信息。

Claims (12)
1.一种支撑片,其特征在于,包括:
碳纤维基体,所述碳纤维基体由碳纤维材质的经线与纬线编制而成,所述经线与所述纬线组成网格结构;以及
环氧树脂胶粘剂,所述环氧树脂胶粘剂位于所述网格结构及所述碳纤维基体的表面,用于粘接所述碳纤维基体并使所述碳纤维基体表面具有粘性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的支撑片,其特征在于,所述支撑片包括至少三层碳纤维基体;所述至少三层碳纤维基体包括依次层叠设置的第一碳纤维基体和第二碳纤维基体,其中任一所述第一碳纤维基体位于相邻两层所述第二碳纤维基体之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的支撑片,其特征在于,所述第一碳纤维基体的厚度为0.5mm,所述第二碳纤维基体的厚度为0.025mm;其中第一碳纤维基体的抗拉模量大于第二碳纤维基体的抗拉模,第一碳纤维基体的抗拉强度小于第二碳纤维基体的抗拉强度。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的支撑片,其特征在于,所述支撑片的厚度在0.10-0.15mm之间。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的支撑片,其特征在于,所述支撑片中所述环氧树脂胶粘剂的质量分数为30%-40%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的支撑片,其特征在于,所述支撑片还包括导电层,所述导电层设置于所述环氧树脂胶粘剂表面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的支撑片,其特征在于,所述导电层通过物理气相沉积工艺或者水镀工艺沉积至所述环氧树脂胶粘剂表面。
8.一种柔性显示屏,其特征在于,包括:
柔性屏面板;
屏下支撑板,所述屏下支撑板与所述柔性屏面板层叠设置并位于柔性屏面板的非显示面;
柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包括第一连接部,所述第一连接部贴设于所述屏下支撑板背离所述柔性屏面板的表面;以及
根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的支撑片,所述支撑片位于所述屏下支撑板与所述第一连接部之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述屏下支撑板的材料为不锈钢,厚度在0.10-0.12mm之间。
10.根据权利要求9所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述柔性显示屏还包括散热片,所述散热片贴设于所述屏下支撑板背离所述柔性屏面板的表面;所述支撑片与第一连接部的厚度之和与所述散热片的厚度相一致。
11.一种柔性显示屏,其特征在于,包括:
柔性屏面板;以及
根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的支撑片,所述支撑片与所述柔性屏面板层叠设置并位于所述柔性屏面板的非显示面。
12.一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
壳体;以及
根据权利要求8-11任一项所述的柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏与所述壳体固定连接。
