Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the opening and limiting structure for the rear door of the wheeled armored vehicle comprises a vehicle body 5, a vehicle door 6 and a vehicle door hinge 7, and is characterized in that:
the limiting hinge 1 consists of a fixed hinge 11, a rotating hinge 12 and a rotating shaft 13, and the plane of the fixed hinge 11 is connected to the vehicle body 5; the end of the vertical face of the rotating hinge 12 is provided with a through hole 15; the end part of the plane of the rotating hinge 12 is provided with a threaded hole 16;

The nylon sliding sleeve 32 is of a boss type structure. The hinge and the nylon sliding sleeve can not slide out of the sliding groove of the limiting component, and the sliding track of the hinge can be guaranteed to be rotated, so that the hinge is not in contact with the limiting component, and the reliability is improved.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the vehicle door is opened or closed, the limiting component 2 moves along with the vehicle door; at this time, the rotation hinge 12 of the limit hinge 1 is driven to move under the limit of the sliding groove 21 of the nylon sliding sleeve 32. When the opening angle of the vehicle door 6 is about 90 degrees, the rotating hinge 12 of the limiting hinge 1 does not move outwards any more under the limitation of the nylon sliding sleeve 32 and the sliding groove 21, and finally the vehicle door is ensured not to be opened outwards any more; meanwhile, the stopper 22 at the bottom of the stop member 2 blocks the lock pin 42 of the locking member 4, so that the vehicle door 6 is prevented from rebounding, namely, the vehicle door 6 is always kept in a 90-degree opening state. When the door needs to be closed, the pull ring 44 of the lock pin 42 is slightly pulled up, the compression spring 43 is compressed, the lock pin 42 of the locking member 4 passes over the stop 22 at the bottom of the stop member 2, and the door returns to the free rotation state, so that the door can be closed.
The fixed hinge 11, the rotating hinge 12 and the rotating shaft 13 in the limiting hinge 1 are all made of No. 45 steel, and the hardness of the limiting hinge after heat treatment is 30-35 HRC; the cross section of the fixed hinge 11 is 50mm multiplied by 14mm, the cross section of the rotating hinge 12 is 27mm multiplied by 8mm, and the diameter phi of the rotating shaft 13 is 10mm, so that the overall structural strength of the limiting hinge 1 is ensured.
