Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a moisturizing and repairing composition, a skin care product and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The normal stratum corneum has a water content of 10-20%, the stratum granulosum is 50-60%, the stratum spinosum is about 65%, the stratum basale is about 70%, and the dermis is 80%. A large amount of water is filled in epidermal cells, and the water of the skin and other tissues together ensure that the skin is moist, full and elastic. If the skin contains insufficient water, cells supporting the skin will "dry out", with the attendant problems of aging such as wrinkles and sagging, and dry skin is more prone to melanin production, and the aged stratum corneum will also affect the renewal of the skin, causing the skin to lose its luster and dull. Preferably, the moisturizing repair composition comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 1 part by weight of schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation lysate, 2 parts by weight of lactobacillus fermentation lysate and 3 parts by weight of vitamin E ester derivatives.

More preferably, the vitamin E ester derivative is a mixture of vitamin E acetate, vitamin E palmitate and vitamin E linoleate in a mass ratio of 1-2:0.5-1.5: 0.5-1.

Preferably, the raw material components also comprise 0.5-2 parts by weight of sparassis crispa extract. Sparassis crispa contains abundant beta glucan, and has multiple functions of promoting fibroblast proliferation and collagen synthesis, scavenging free radicals, resisting ultraviolet injury, promoting immune protection, moisturizing skin and the like.

Preferably, the raw material components also comprise 1-3 parts by weight of pullulanase polysaccharide, 0.02-0.06 part by weight of poly gamma-sodium glutamate and 2-5 parts by weight of linden flower extract. The pullulanase is extracellular polysaccharide produced by pullulan under certain culture conditions, and can provide multiple functions of moisture preservation, oxidation resistance and the like for skin. The poly-gamma-sodium glutamate is a microbial source anionic high molecular compound formed by combining L-glutamic acid and D-glutamic acid through alpha-amino and gamma-carboxyl by amido bonds, has extremely strong moisturizing capability, can effectively increase the moisturizing capability of skin and promote the health of the skin, and is a new-generation biotechnology moisturizing component. The linden flower extract can enhance the metabolism of skin cells, help the skin resist aging, and simultaneously has the moisturizing performance, can moisten dry skin and make the skin smooth and elastic.

Preferably, the raw material composition also comprises 0.1-0.3 weight part of lithospermum extract, 0.3-1 weight part of centella asiatica extract, 0.1-0.5 weight part of polygonum cuspidatum root extract and 0.05-0.2 weight part of scutellaria baicalensis root extract. Wherein, the lithospermum contains chemical components such as acetylshikonin, beta-hydroxyisovalerylshikonin, shikonin, beta' -dimethylacrylshikonin and the like, has the effects of diminishing inflammation, promoting skin regeneration, metabolizing old damaged cells, can permeate into the skin, astringe the skin, tighten pores and enable the skin to be fine and smooth. The centella asiatica extract contains various triterpenes, which contain alpha-amyrin structure, and mainly comprise asiaticoside and madecassoside, and can tighten the connection part of epidermis and dermis, soften skin, relieve cutis laxa, and make skin smooth and elastic. Meanwhile, the collagen in the dermis is promoted to be formed, the fibrin is regenerated and is connected again, and the skin can be firmed and smooth. The rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati extract has good inhibitory effect on B-16 melanocyte activity, and has effects of promoting macrophage activity, reducing melanin content, inhibiting elastase, resisting oxidation and removing wrinkle. The radix Scutellariae extract has effects in inhibiting elastase, interfering secretion, and scavenging free radicals, thus improving skin metabolism, skin elasticity and wrinkle resistance, and resisting aging; promoting cerebral amide, improving sebum and softening skin; has effects in inhibiting dermatitis, enhancing skin resistance, and resisting inflammation; can neutralize released histamine, and has effect in preventing allergy.

The invention also provides body lotion comprising the moisturizing and repairing composition, and the body lotion also comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 35-52 parts of water, 5-7 parts of butanediol, 4-6 parts of glycerol, 263-6 parts of glyceryl polyether, 3-7 parts of liquid paraffin, 3-6 parts of petrolatum, 2-4 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate, 2-5 parts of white chinlon oil, 1-3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1-2.5 parts of PEG-20 stearate, 0.8-2 parts of PEG-100 stearate, 0.5-2 parts of glyceryl stearate, 0.5-2 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.5-1.5 parts of trehalose, 0.5-1.5 parts of saccharide isomerate, 0.1-0.5 part of bacillus subtilis enzyme, 0.15-0.25 part of sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 0.05 to 0.2 portion of isohexadecane, 0. 800.05 to 0.2 portion of polysorbate, 0.06 to 0.12 portion of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1 to 0.2 portion of triethanolamine, 0.06 to 0.12 portion of carbomer, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of octanoyl hydroximic acid, 0.1 to 0.2 portion of glyceryl caprylate and 0.1 to 0.2 portion of 1, 2-pentanediol.

The preparation method of the body milk comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing water, butanediol, glycerol, glyceryl polyether-26, sodium hyaluronate and carbomer under stirring, and heating to 80-85 deg.C to obtain phase A;

(2) stirring and mixing liquid paraffin, petrolatum, ethylhexyl palmitate, meadowfoam seed oil, polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-20 stearate, PEG-100 stearate, glyceryl stearate, cetearyl alcohol, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, isohexadecane and polysorbate-80, and heating to 80-85 deg.C to obtain phase B;

(3) adding phase B into phase A, homogenizing, preferably at 2500-.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the moisturizing and repairing composition disclosed by the invention contains various functional components including the yeast dehiscent lysate, the lactobacillus fermentation lysate and the vitamin E ester derivatives, can be used for remarkably improving the dryness of the skin, enabling the skin to be durable in moisture, soft and elastic, has the effects of repairing fine wrinkles and tightening the skin, and is particularly suitable for people with over-dry skin and skin with skin surface grease secretion function defect.

2. The moisturizing repair composition provided by the invention is easy to obtain raw materials, and can be easily added into skin care products in various forms to provide multiple functions of moisturizing, tightening, repairing and the like.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.

Examples 1-9 and comparative examples the following raw material formulations were used:

(2) stirring and mixing liquid paraffin, petrolatum, ethylhexyl palmitate, meadowfoam seed oil, polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-20 stearate, PEG-100 stearate, glyceryl stearate, cetearyl alcohol, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, isohexadecane and polysorbate-80, and heating to 80 deg.C to obtain phase B;

(3) adding phase B into phase A, homogenizing at 3000r/min for 5min, cooling to 40 deg.C, sequentially adding phase C materials, and stirring.

Moisture retention efficacy test

1. Moisturizing effect on young skin

Selecting 180 subjects of 20-35 years of age for participationTest, all subjects were randomly divided into 9 groups of # 1-9, 20, each of which was tested for moisturizing effect on 9 products of examples 1, 4-9, comparative example, and commercial moisturizing body lotion, and before the test, all subjects washed the inner side of the anterior segment of both arms and carefully wiped with dry facial tissue without leaving moisture, and then marked with a 3X 3cm mark²The test area of (a). From the results, the body lotion disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has a good moisturizing effect, the average moisture content of the skin is still maintained at a high level after 12 hours, and the body lotion has obvious advantages compared with similar products sold in the market; the comparison results of the samples of the examples and the comparative examples show that the sample of the example 1 has the best moisturizing effect, and the moisturizing effect of the other examples and the comparative examples is reduced to different degrees due to the fact that one or more components are removed on the basis of the sample of the example 1, which shows that the moisturizing body lotion disclosed by the invention is reasonable in raw material compatibility, and the components are matched with each other to achieve the good skin moisturizing effect.

2. Moisturizing effect on aged skin

50 subjects aged between 60 and 80 years were selected to participate in the test, all subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups of 25 subjects, and each group was subjected to the moisturizing effect test on example 1 and the commercially available moisturizing body milks, the test methods were the same as above, and the results are shown in table 3.

From the above results, it can be seen that the body lotion of the present invention is more effective in improving the skin dryness of aged skin than the same products on the market.

Evaluation of human body use effect

The body lotion prepared in example 1 and the commercially available moisturizing body lotions are respectively numbered as sample A and sample B, 25 dry-heeled volunteers are selected for each sample to evaluate the use effect, about 2-3g of the sample is uniformly coated on heels for 1 time every day and is continuously used for 3 days, all the volunteers score the satisfaction degrees of the moisturizing effect and the skin repairing effect of the used sample, the moisturizing effect is mainly from the aspects of skin wettability and softness after use, the skin repairing effect is mainly from the aspects of fine wrinkles improvement and skin smoothness. The score of 5 is very satisfactory, the score of 4 is satisfactory, the score of 3 is relatively satisfactory, the score of 2 is basically satisfactory, the score of 1 is unsatisfactory, and the score of 0 is very unsatisfactory. The average value of the using effect scores of the samples is counted, and the result is shown in the table 4.

From the results, the sample of the invention can effectively improve the dryness of the heels, make the dried heels moist and soft, and obviously improve the fine lines.

the vitamin E ester derivative is a mixture of vitamin E acetate, vitamin E palmitate and vitamin E linoleate in a mass ratio of 1-2:0.5-1.5: 0.5-1.

2. A skin care product comprising the moisturizing repair composition of claim 1, wherein the skin care product is any one of body lotion, face cream, face wash, facial mask and essence.

A body lotion comprising the moisturizing repair composition of claim 1, wherein the body lotion further comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 35-52 parts of water, 5-7 parts of butanediol, 4-6 parts of glycerol, 263-6 parts of glyceryl polyether, 3-7 parts of liquid paraffin, 3-6 parts of petrolatum, 2-4 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate, 2-5 parts of white chinlon oil, 1-3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1-2.5 parts of PEG-20 stearate, 0.8-2 parts of PEG-100 stearate, 0.5-2 parts of glyceryl stearate, 0.5-2 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.5-1.5 parts of trehalose, 0.5-1.5 parts of saccharide isomerate, 0.1-0.5 part of bacillus subtilis enzyme, 0.15-0.25 part of sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 0.05 to 0.2 portion of isohexadecane, 0. 800.05 to 0.2 portion of polysorbate, 0.06 to 0.12 portion of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1 to 0.2 portion of triethanolamine, 0.06 to 0.12 portion of carbomer, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of octanoyl hydroximic acid, 0.1 to 0.2 portion of glyceryl caprylate and 0.1 to 0.2 portion of 1, 2-pentanediol.

4. A method for preparing a body lotion according to claim 3, comprising the steps of:

(1) mixing water, butanediol, glycerol, glyceryl polyether-26, sodium hyaluronate and carbomer under stirring, and heating to 80-85 deg.C to obtain phase A;

(2) stirring and mixing liquid paraffin, petrolatum, ethylhexyl palmitate, meadowfoam seed oil, polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-20 stearate, PEG-100 stearate, glyceryl stearate, cetearyl alcohol, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, isohexadecane and polysorbate-80, and heating to 80-85 deg.C to obtain phase B;

(3) adding phase B into phase A, homogenizing, cooling to 40 deg.C, sequentially adding the rest materials, and stirring.

5. The preparation method as claimed in claim 4, wherein in step (3), the homogenization speed is 2500-3000r/min, and the homogenization time is 4-6 min.
