Abstract
一种按键结构,包括一键帽、一剪刀脚组件,包含一第一支撑件、一第二支撑件,一弹性体、一光学开关、一遮光部以及一电路板。电路板上设有一第一限位单元以及一第二限位单元。键帽设有一第三限位单元以及一第四限位单元。剪刀脚组件的第一支撑件可转动或滑动地连接于电路板上的第一限位单元与键帽上的第三限位单元。剪刀脚组件的第二支撑件可转动或滑动地连接于电路板上的第二限位单元与键帽上的第四限位单元。键帽可通过剪刀脚组件连接并设置于电路板上,而弹性体则支撑于电路板与键帽之间。光学开关设置于电路板上,光学开关包括一发射器以及一接收器。遮光部可设置于第一支撑件或第二支撑件上,用以遮挡发射器与接收器之间传送的一光信号。

技术领域
本发明是有关于一种按键结构及实施该结构的键盘,且特别是有关于一种具有光学开关的简化按键结构。
背景技术
一般来说,键盘已成为电脑不可或缺的输入装置,特别是为了提供轻薄短小同时又兼顾使用寿命的笔记本电脑,如何开发出轻薄又耐用的按键结构就成为键盘制造商努力的目标。传统的光轴键盘因结构较复杂且按键结构堆叠后所需的总高度较高,而无法达到薄型化要求,使得使用者无法在超薄型电脑上使用到操作优化的光轴键盘,有待进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种按键结构及实施该结构的电脑输入装置,例如是键盘,用以改善传统光轴键盘高度过高的问题,并使其具有良好的强度与可靠度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种按键结构及实施该结构的电脑输入装置,包括一键帽、一剪刀脚组件,包含一第一支撑件、一第二支撑件,一弹性体、一光学开关、一遮光部以及一电路板。电路板上设有两个第一限位单元以及两个第二限位单元。键帽设有两个第三限位单元以及两个第四限位单元。剪刀脚组件的第一支撑件可转动或滑动地连接于电路板上的第一限位单元与键帽上的第三限位单元。剪刀脚组件的第二支撑件可转动或滑动地连接于电路板上的第二限位单元与键帽上的第四限位单元。据此,键帽通过剪刀脚组件连接及设置于电路板上,而弹性体则支撑于电路板与键帽之间。光学开关设置于电路板上,光学开关包括一发射器以及一接收器。遮光部设置于第一支撑件或第二支撑件上,遮光部用以切断发射器与接收器之间传送的一光信号,以达成使用按键控制信号开关的效果。
此外,根据本发明的另一实施例,第一限位单元以及第二限位单元亦可设置于柔性电路板(FPC)、聚酯薄膜(Mylar)等其他结构上,并不限定一定要跟光学开关一起设置于电路板上。
本发明的有益功效在于:借由将第一限位单元以及第二限位单元设置于电路板或聚酯薄膜(Mylar)上,本发明的按键结构可以省略传统的金属底板,以达到降低整体按键高度并减少工序与成本的功效。

电路板110位于按键结构100的最下方,用以传输光学开关120的电信号至外部处理器(图未示)。电路板110例如为柔性电路板或其他类型的电路板,光学开关120设置于电路板110上,其包括一发射器121以及一接收器122。发射器121例如为红外光发射器、可见光发射器等,接收器122例如为红外光接收器、可见光接收器等。发射器121用以发射一光信号,接收器122用以接收发射器121所传送的光信号。当光信号被遮光部124切断或遮挡时,光学开关120对应产生一电信号并通过电路板110传输至外部处理器(图未示),以取得按键结构100的一按压信号。
在本实施例中,遮光部124可设置于第一支撑件114或第二支撑件116上,用以遮挡发射器121与接收器122之间传送的一光信号。如图1所示,遮光部124设置于第一支撑件114上,且遮光部124可与第一支撑件114一体成形,例如以塑胶材料射出成型。
由于遮光部124设置于第一支撑件114上,因此当第一支撑件114受压而往下移动时,遮光部124也会由第一位置(较高位置)移动至第二位置(较低位置)而切断或遮挡发射器121发出的光信号。因此,不需额外设置一金属元件来遮挡发射器121与接收器122之间传送的一光信号,以减少元件数量。
在本实施例中,遮光部124较佳为非金属材质,例如不透光的塑胶,以方便制作遮光部124于第一支撑件114且减少元件的成本。
在另一实施例(图未示)中,遮光部124例如设置于键帽112的底面,与键帽112一体化成形。因此,当键帽112受压而往下移动时,遮光部124也会由第一位置移动至第二位置而切断光信号。因此,不需额外设置一金属元件来切断发射器121与接收器122之间传送的一光信号,以减少元件数量。
此外,在图1中,电路板110例如具有一开口1102,位于遮光部124下方。此开口1102位于发射器121与接收器122之间。当遮光部124由第一位置移动至第二位置而切断光信号时,遮光部124的一部分可落入开口1102中,以降低按键结构100的整体高度,同时,开口1102亦可避免遮光部124压迫或敲击到电路板110而产生噪音。
请参照图1及图2,电路板110上例如设有两个第一限位单元111A以及两个第二限位单元111B,用以连接剪刀脚组件111的第一支撑件114以及第二支撑件116。第一限位单元111A以及第二限位单元111B例如以塑胶材料射出成型。如图1及图2所示,在电路板110上预先形成多个定位孔1104,再以模内射出的方式注入塑胶于模具中,以形成两个第一限位单元111A以及两个第二限位单元111B在电路板110上,且第一限位单元111A以及第二限位单元111B嵌合于定位孔1104中而固定。因此,不需使用粘胶、螺丝或其他组装元件将第一限位单元111A以及第二限位单元111B固定在电路板110上,而借由将第一限位单元以及第二限位单元设置于电路板或聚酯薄膜(Mylar)上,本发明的按键结构可以省略传统的金属底板,以减少组装制程,且能降低组装后的按键结构100的整体高度。
在另一实施例中,即使电路板110未设有定位孔1104,第一限位单元111A以及第二限位单元111B亦可通过其他方式直接固定于电路板110上。因此,本发明不限定以电路板110具有多个定位孔1104的方式实施。
请参照图2,键帽112的底面(下方)设有两个第三限位单元113A以及两个第四限位单元113B。第三限位单元113A以及第四限位单元113B例如以塑胶材料和帽体本身一起射出成型,用以连接第一支撑件114以及第二支撑件116。
请参照图1及图2,第一支撑件114的一端具有一第一固定轴115A,第一支撑件114的另一端具有一第一滑动轴115B。此外,第二支撑件116的一端具有一第二固定轴117A,第二支撑件116的另一端具有一第二滑动轴117B。在一实施例中,第一固定轴115A可转动地枢接第一限位单元111A,第一滑动轴115B可滑动地连接第四限位单元113B,第二固定轴117A可转动地枢接第三限位单元113A,第二滑动轴117B可滑动地连接第二限位单元111B。然而,第一固定轴115A与第一滑动轴115B的位置可交换,第二固定轴117A与第二滑动轴117B的位置可交换,本发明的第一支撑件114与第二支撑件116不限定以单边固定、单边滑动的方式实施。
另外,第一支撑件114与第二支撑件116以一转轴117C相互枢接以形成一剪刀脚组件111,使第一支撑件114与第二支撑件116以转轴117C为中心相对转动。然而,第一支撑件114与第二支撑件116亦可为各自独立的支撑件,本发明不限定以转轴117C相连接的方式实施。
在一实施例中,第一支撑件114与第二支撑件116可组成一超薄扁平化的剪刀脚结构,其中第一支撑件114例如为外框件,第二支撑件116例如为内框件,第二支撑件116容置于第一支撑件114中,节省按键内部空间,以使按键结构100受压后的整体高度减少。
此外,弹性体118支撑于电路板110与键帽112之间。弹性体118可垂直地活动于第一支撑件114与第二支撑件116所围成的中空区域内,以提供键帽112受压后所需的弹性回复力。在一实施例中,弹性体118例如为橡胶或金属弹片,其设置于一膜片119上,例如是Mylar等聚酯薄膜。弹性体118例如以粘胶定位在膜片119上,此膜片119可具有图案化开口1192,以让出空间给设置于电路板110上的第一限位单元111A、第二限位单元111B以及光学开关120等元件。此外,第一限位单元111A、第二限位单元111B也可设置于膜片119而非电路板110上。也就是说,膜片119(聚酯薄膜)例如具有多个定位孔(图未示),第一限位单元111A以及第二限位单元111B例如以模内射出的方式固定在聚酯薄膜上,并嵌合于定位孔中。此外,当遮光部124由第一位置移动至第二位置而遮挡光信号时,遮光部124的一部分可落入于膜片119的图案化开口1192及电路板110的开口1102中。
上述实施例所述的按键结构,以超薄扁平化的剪刀脚结构及弹性体来支撑键帽,以使键帽下压时带动遮光部遮挡光信号,以取得按压结构的一按压信号。相对于传统的光轴键盘使用的按键,上述实施例的按键结构可应用于光轴键盘中并省略传统的金属底板,用以改善传统光轴键盘高度及成本过高的问题,让使用者可在超薄型电脑上使用到操作优化的光轴键盘。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种按键结构,其特征在于,包括:
一电路板,该电路板上设有两个第一限位单元以及两个第二限位单元;
一键帽,该键帽下方设有两个第三限位单元以及两个第四限位单元;
一剪刀脚组件,包括一第一支撑件,连接于该第一限位单元与该第三限位单元,及一第二支撑件,连接于该第二限位单元与该第四限位单元;其中该键帽可通过该剪刀脚组件的该第一支撑件与该第二支撑件连接于该电路板上;
一弹性体,支撑于该电路板与该键帽之间;
一光学开关,设置于该电路板上,该光学开关包括一发射器以及一接收器;以及
一遮光部,设置于该第一支撑件或该第二支撑件上,该遮光部可用以遮挡该发射器与该接收器之间传送的一光信号。
2.如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于,该遮光部由一第一位置移动至一第二位置而遮挡该光信号时,该光学开关对应产生一电信号至该电路板。
3.如权利要求2所述的按键结构,其特征在于,该电路板具有一开口,位于该遮光部下方,且该遮光部移动至该第二位置而遮挡该光信号时,该遮光部至少有一部分可落入该电路板的该开口中。
4.如权利要求3所述的按键结构,其特征在于,该电路板具有多个定位孔,该第一限位单元以及该第二限位单元以模内射出的方式固定在该电路板上,并嵌合于该些定位孔中。
5.如权利要求4所述的按键结构,其特征在于,该遮光部与该第一支撑件或该第二支撑件一体成形。
6.如权利要求5所述的按键结构,其特征在于,该第一支撑件及该第二支撑件的一端具有一固定轴,另一端具有一滑动轴,使得该第一支撑件及该第二支撑件可在相对应的限位单元中转动或滑动。
7.一种按键结构,其特征在于,包括:
一聚酯薄膜,该聚酯薄膜上设有两个第一限位单元以及两个第二限位单元;
一键帽,该键帽下方设有两个第三限位单元以及两个第四限位单元;
一剪刀脚组件,包括一第一支撑件,连接于该第一限位单元与该第三限位单元,及一第二支撑件,连接于该第二限位单元与该第四限位单元;其中该键帽可通过该剪刀脚组件的该第一支撑件与该第二支撑件连接于该聚酯薄膜上;
一弹性体,设置于该聚酯薄膜上,并顶住该键帽;
一电路板,设置于该聚酯薄膜下方;
一光学开关,设置于该电路板上,该光学开关包括一发射器以及一接收器;以及
一遮光部,设置于该第一支撑件或该第二支撑件上,该遮光部可用以遮挡该发射器与该接收器之间传送的一光信号。
8.如权利要求7所述的按键结构,其特征在于,该遮光部由一第一位置移动至一第二位置而遮挡该光信号时,该光学开关对应产生一电信号至该电路板。
9.如权利要求8所述的按键结构,其特征在于,该聚酯薄膜上具有一第一开口,该电路板具有一第二开口,该第一开口及该第二开口皆位于该遮光部下方,且该遮光部移动至该第二位置而遮挡该光信号时,该遮光部至少有一部分落入该第一及该第二开口中。
10.如权利要求9所述的按键结构,其特征在于,该聚酯薄膜具有多个定位孔,该第一限位单元以及该第二限位单元以模内射出的方式固定在该聚酯薄膜板上,并嵌合于该些定位孔中。
