Abstract
The invention relates to a wash-free bacteriostatic hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof, wherein the wash-free bacteriostatic hand sanitizer is prepared from the following raw materials in volume ratio: 1-6% of glycerol, 50-65% of ethanol, 5-10% of aloe extract, 3-8% of surfactant, 1-4% of composite bacteriostatic agent and the balance of deionized water. Ethanol with the disinfection and sterilization effects breaks the cell wall of bacteria and acts on the inside of the bacteria to enable the protein of the bacteria to be coagulated and denatured, so that the metabolic function of the bacteria is blocked, the quick-drying effect can be met, and the ethanol can be volatilized as soon as possible after a user uses the bacteria and does not need to be cleaned by clear water. In addition, glycerin is added as a humectant, so that the cost is low, the moisturizing effect is good, the moisture in skin cutin can be kept, and the evaporation of the moisture in the cutin can be delayed and prevented. The antibacterial effect is achieved by simultaneously playing a role of the composite bacteriostatic agent and benzalkonium chloride, and the antibacterial agent has a synergistic bactericidal effect, improves the bactericidal efficiency, influences the metabolism of bacteria, changes the permeability of bacterial cells, enables thalli to be broken, and denaturalizes protein.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hand sanitizer, in particular to a no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As a quick hand cleanser, the hand cleanser is more convenient for users compared with the traditional solid soap, avoids the defect that solid substances such as soap and the like are easy to contaminate dirt and bacteria on hands, reduces the probability of cross infection, and is widely applied to various entertainment places and medical places. However, the existing hand sanitizer in the market usually only focuses on decontamination and sterilization effects, but does not focus on damage to hand skin, chlorine salt is usually used as a thickening agent, the skin moistening effect and hand feeling of the hand sanitizer can be reduced in the actual use process, formaldehyde is also used as a sterilization preservative in part of the hand sanitizer to achieve the effects of sterilization and bacteriostasis, the cleaning effect is good, but the hand sanitizer containing the formaldehyde component can damage a human body in the preparation process and the use process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof, and solves the technical problem that the existing hand sanitizer stimulates skin and is even easy to damage human bodies.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by volume: 1-6% of glycerol, 50-65% of ethanol, 5-10% of aloe extract, 3-8% of surfactant, 1-4% of composite bacteriostatic agent and the balance of deionized water.
Preferably, the raw materials for preparing the no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer also comprise 3-5% of folium artemisiae argyi extract.
Preferably, the composite bacteriostatic agent comprises p-chloro-m-dimethylphenol and chlorohexamethylene biguanide, wherein the volume ratio of the p-chloro-m-dimethylphenol to the chlorohexamethylene biguanide is 1: (1-2).
Preferably, the surfactant comprises at least one of sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate and alkyl sodium sulfonate.
Preferably, the raw materials for preparing the no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer further comprise 5-10% of a pH regulator, and the pH regulator is a citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution.
Preferably, the raw materials for preparing the no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer also comprise 0.3-1% of benzalkonium chloride.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the no-clean bacteriostatic hand sanitizer, which comprises the following steps:
mixing 3-5% of folium artemisiae argyi extract and 50-65% of ethanol with the concentration of 65% according to the volume ratio, and then carrying out ultrasonic leaching for 1-2 hours to obtain a first mixed solution;
mixing 3-8% of surfactant, 1-4% of composite bacteriostatic agent and 1-6% of glycerol according to the volume ratio, heating to 60-75 ℃, cooling, and stirring and mixing with the mixed solution to obtain a mixed solution;
adding 5-10% of a pH regulator into the mixed solution to regulate the pH to 5-6, mixing 5-10% of an aloe extract and 0.3-1% of benzalkonium chloride, adding deionized water, stirring for 1-2h, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-50min to obtain the no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer.
Preferably, the pH of the pH adjusting agent is 5 to 5.4.

The main components of the no-clean bacteriostatic hand sanitizer are ethanol and deionized water with disinfection and sterilization effects, the high-concentration ethanol can destroy cell walls of bacteria and act on the interior of the bacteria to solidify and denature proteins of the bacteria, so that the metabolic function of the bacteria is hindered, the addition amount of the ethanol is 50-65% less than that of the hand sanitizer on the market, the quick-drying effect can be met, the irritation is low, the hand sanitizer can volatilize as soon as possible after being used by a user and does not need to be cleaned by clear water, and the operation is convenient. In addition, 1-5% of glycerin is added into the no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer as a humectant, so that the cost is low, the moisturizing effect is good, after a user uses the hand sanitizer, a layer of protective film can be left on the surface of the skin, the moisture in skin cutin can be kept, the evaporation of the moisture in the cutin can be delayed and prevented, the addition amount of the glycerin is less and is not more than 5%, and the hand sanitizer has sticky feeling due to the addition of excessive glycerin, so that the using effect of the product is reduced. The amino acids and compound polysaccharides contained in the aloe extract constitute Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF), can supplement water lost in skin, recover collagen function, and keep skin soft, smooth, and has anti-inflammatory effect, and can not only clean skin, but also prevent bacteria growth, promote cell metabolism and skin regeneration. The surfactant in the no-clean bacteriostatic hand sanitizer mainly plays a role in resisting dirt and the composite bacteriostatic agent respectively plays a role in decontaminating and bacteriostasis.
Further, the raw materials for preparing the no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer also comprise 3-5% of folium artemisiae argyi extract. The folium artemisiae argyi extract has natural antibacterial components, has a strong inhibiting effect on bacteria and fungi when being added into the no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer, has an inhibiting effect on partial respiratory viruses, can replace essence and pigment, is wide in source and low in price, does not cause stimulation to skin due to the adoption of the natural components, and can reduce damage and allergy phenomena of the common hand sanitizer to the skin.
Further, the composite bacteriostatic agent comprises p-chloro-m-dimethylphenol and chlorohexamethylene biguanide, wherein the volume ratio of the p-chloro-m-dimethylphenol to the chlorohexamethylene biguanide is 1: (1-2).
The chlorohexamethylene biguanide is used as a main bactericidal component in the composite bacteriostatic agent, can effectively kill bacterial propagules, is easily adsorbed on bacterial cell membranes with negative charges to cause rupture and damage of the bacterial cell membranes, and enables cytoplasmic components in the cell membranes to flow out, so that the chlorohexamethylene biguanide has a bactericidal effect, and can inhibit synthesis of deoxygenase and oxidase in bacteria to cause metabolic disturbance, so that the bacteria die. The other component in the composite bacteriostatic agent has a good bactericidal effect on the chloroxylenol, has good irritation when the skin is directly used, has stable activity and good stability when stored, has a synergistic bactericidal effect when the chloroxylenol and the chlorohexamethylene biguanide are compounded for use, and improves the bactericidal efficiency.
Further, the surfactant comprises at least one of sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate and alkyl sodium sulfonate. The surfactant used in the no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer is at least one of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate and alkyl sodium sulfonate, has excellent decontamination and wetting effects, is used as an active decontamination component, has strong decontamination capability and has small irritation to human skin.
Further, the raw materials for preparing the no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer also comprise 5-10% of a pH regulator, and the pH regulator is a citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution. The citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution is adopted as the pH regulator, the pH value of the skin of a human body is about 5.7 and is weakly acidic, the surfactant is added into the washing-free bacteriostatic hand sanitizer without the surfactant, the washing-free bacteriostatic hand sanitizer is usually alkaline, and in order to avoid the stimulation of the alkaline washing-free bacteriostatic hand sanitizer on the weakly acidic skin, the weakly acidic citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution is added to regulate the pH value, and the citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution is also easy to biodegrade and cannot pollute the environment.
Furthermore, the raw materials for preparing the no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer also comprise 0.3-1% of benzalkonium chloride. Benzalkonium chloride also has the effects of disinfection and bacteriostasis, has good surface activity, can be highly gathered on the surface of thalli, influences the metabolism of bacteria, changes the permeability of bacterial cells, breaks the thalli and denatures protein. Meanwhile, 0.3-1% of benzalkonium chloride is added, so that the deodorizing and wetting effects of the wash-free antibacterial hand sanitizer can be improved, and the wash-free antibacterial hand sanitizer has no irritation to skin.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the no-clean bacteriostatic hand sanitizer, which comprises the following steps: mixing 3-5% of folium artemisiae argyi extract and 50-65% of ethanol with the concentration of 65% according to the volume ratio, and then carrying out ultrasonic leaching for 1-2 hours to obtain a first mixed solution; mixing 3-8% of surfactant, 1-4% of composite bacteriostatic agent and 1-6% of glycerol according to the volume ratio, heating to 60-75 ℃, cooling, and stirring and mixing with the mixed solution to obtain a mixed solution; adding 5-10% of a pH regulator into the mixed solution to regulate the pH to 5-6, mixing 5-10% of an aloe extract and 0.3-1% of benzalkonium chloride, adding deionized water, stirring for 1-2h, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-50min to obtain the no-clean antibacterial hand sanitizer.
Specifically, the folium artemisiae argyi extract and an ethanol solution are fully mixed to enable active ingredients of the folium artemisiae argyi extract to be fully dissolved in alcohol, a mixed solution I is obtained after mixing, then a composite bacteriostatic agent and a surfactant are fully dissolved under a heating condition, glycerin is further added, the mixture is fully mixed with the mixed solution I after dissolving, a pH regulator is added after stirring uniformly to regulate the pH to 6-7 to be approximate to the pH value of skin, then an aloe extract, benzalkonium chloride and deionized water are added and mixed uniformly, ultrasonic treatment is carried out for 30-50min to enable all the components to be fully dissolved, and the washing-free bacteriostatic hand sanitizer is prepared.
Further, the pH value of the pH regulator is 5-5.4. The citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution with the pH value of 5-5.4 is adopted to adjust the whole body to be alkaline hand sanitizer, so that the hand sanitizer has no stimulation effect on skin.
Further, the stirring speed in the stirring process is 500-700 r/min. Therefore, the stirring speed in the preparation process of the no-clean bacteriostatic hand sanitizer is within the proper range of 500-700r/min, so as to ensure that the components are fully mixed and reacted during preparation, the stirring speed is high, the reaction is more complete, but the stirring speed is not too high, otherwise, partial air enters into the components due to the too high stirring speed, and the product quality is influenced.
