Description
The present invention relates to a novel cleansing composition, and more particularly to a skin cleansing agent having a eradication effect on gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria, which is a cleaning agent used for fingers and the like.
Washing, especially hand washing, not only removes dirt on the hands, but also reduces bacteria on the hands.
In the home, not to mention toilets and bathrooms, microorganisms such as bacteria are widely present in places related to cooking such as kitchen towels, cutting boards, and dishwashing sponges.
However, in daily life, it is not necessary to sterilize all bacteria in the home to prevent infection by bacteria, and in the case of general bacteria, it is generally sufficient to simply reduce the number of bacteria.
In addition, general bacteria exist as floating bacteria in daily life even if the number of bacteria temporarily decreases due to sterilization, so they grow again when certain growth conditions are met.
However, caution is required in the case of pathogenic bacteria, and pathogenic bacteria that have grown under certain conditions attach to food through human hands and cause infections when they enter the body through the mouth.
Therefore, it is important to wash the hands and fingers to prevent infectious diseases.
For hand washing for the purpose of cleaning and disinfecting, first use a cleaning component such as soap to remove stains on the fingers, then wash the cleaning component with running water, and then use a disinfectant such as inverted soap. It is common to sterilize and rinse again with running water.
In the above cleaning method, it is necessary to perform cleaning twice with a detergent and a disinfectant, which requires time and effort.
However, in order to save time and effort, for example, if soap and inverted soap are mixed into one liquid, the two react to each other and the cleaning effect and the sterilizing effect are attenuated.
As a method of obtaining a cleaning effect and a sterilizing effect with one liquid, there is a method of blending benzalkonium chloride having a sterilizing effect with a nonionic surfactant, but benzalkonium chloride is not so preferable because it has skin irritation. I can't wait.
In addition, when bacteria are mixed in a water-soluble product containing organic substances such as surfactants, water creates a growth environment for the bacteria, and the organic substances such as surfactants serve as a nutrient source for the bacteria, so that the bacteria grow and cause so-called putrefaction. there is a possibility.
Parabens are widely used as preservatives in cosmetics and the like as a method of preventing putrefaction.
However, parabens are also less preferred because of their skin irritation.
The present invention provides a skin cleanser that does not contain chemicals having skin irritation such as parabens and benzalkonium chloride, has excellent cleansing properties with a single solution, and has a sterilizing effect on gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. The challenge is to do.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an antibacterial phospholipid showing a bactericidal effect against gram-positive bacteria, a moisturizing effect, and an antibacterial action in alkaline electrolyzed water having a cleaning effect and a sterilizing effect against gram-negative bacteria. The polylysine to have was blended.
The alkaline electrolyzed water having a pH of 10 or more used in the present invention is an alkaline electrolyzed water obtained by electrolysis such as salt solution, and a cleaning effect can be obtained even if it does not contain an organic substance such as a surfactant which is a nutrient for bacteria.
Further, since the pH range of alkaline electrolyzed water having a pH of 10 or more exceeds the growth limit value of bacteria, it does not grow even if bacteria are mixed in the electrolyzed water.
Therefore, the detergent containing alkaline electrolyzed water can reduce the amount of the preservative to zero or significantly as compared with the detergent containing soap and a surfactant.
Next, it is known that antibacterial phospholipids, for example, alkyl PG dimonium sodium chloride, have a stronger antibacterial effect against gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus than gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli.
It is also known that an equivalent antibacterial effect can be obtained with a MIC value smaller than that of methylparaben against fungi such as Candida and molds such as Aspergillus.
In addition, coconut oil alkyl PG dimonium chloridrinate sodium is used as a raw material for cosmetics, and has the effect of a conditioning agent and an emollient agent in addition to being used as an antibacterial agent.
Polylysine is a polylysine in which the essential amino acid L-lysine is linearly linked and is used as a natural food additive.
Polylysine is also used as a raw material for cosmetics, and in addition to being used as a moisturizer, it also has an antibacterial effect, although its action is inferior to that of chemicals.
An object of the present invention is to provide a novel cleansing composition which is excellent in detergency with one liquid, has a sterilizing effect on gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria, and has less skin irritation.
Antibacterial phospholipids and polylysine do not reduce detergency even when blended with alkaline electrolyzed water.
In addition, by blending antibacterial phospholipids and polylysine with alkaline electrolyzed water, the eradication power of gram-positive bacteria, which has weak sterilization power by alkaline electrolyzed water alone, is improved.
Furthermore, antibacterial phospholipids and polylysine have no limitation on the amount of paraben and benzalkonium chloride, which are cosmetic standards, and are less irritating to the skin.
The product of the present invention can be used not only as a cleanser for skin but also as a general cleanser in the home such as around a table and a kitchen.
The cleaning composition according to the present invention comprises alkaline electrolyzed water having a pH of 10 or higher, an antibacterial phospholipid, and polylysine.
