Abstract

一种对在管道运输、储存及装卸过程中的管道坡口进行保护的保护装置，包括保护罩和快开连接件，所述保护罩将所需保护管道的端部坡口包围，且通过快开连接件与管道密封连接。所述保护罩包括盖板(1)和保护罩上的连接端，所述快开连接件包括固定在管道外壁的连接端、垫片(4)和密封部件。保护罩上的连接端包括上卡盘(2)，固定在管道外壁的连接端包括下卡盘(5)，密封部件包括卡箍(3)。将管道充入氮气可保持内部干燥，并通过连接管道内部的压力表调节充氮压力。该装置保护待焊管道的坡口在运输、储存及装卸过程中不受碰撞和磨损，也避免了杂质进入管道内部污染管道；方便拆卸，减少了安装工作量；可重复拆卸，针对同一管径的管道可以反复利用，节省材料。
