Abstract

本发明揭示了一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体的若干导电端子及枢接于绝缘本体的锁卡件,绝缘本体设有沿其纵长方向延伸的两个侧壁、位于两个侧壁之间的中央插槽及位于中央插槽两端的塔形部,所述中央插槽用于插接一个卡片模组,所述锁卡件可旋转式地安装于所述塔形部,所述锁卡件具有一个用于抬起所述卡片模组的钩状部,所述若干导电端子包括位于塔形部旁的两个第一导电端子,所述锁卡件从锁紧卡片模组的锁紧位置转动至释放卡片模组的释放位置的过程中,所述钩状部未接触所述第一导电端子也未进入两个第一导电端子之间的空间。这样设计,防止钩状部对第一导电端子造成损伤。

Description

卡缘连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种卡缘连接器。
【背景技术】
现有技术请参考2015年5月27日公告的中国发明专利第CN102882030B号,其公开了一种卡连接器,其包括一个绝缘本体,其上设有一个插槽,用于插接存储卡。所述卡连接器还包括分别位于插槽的两个端部的锁紧件。所述锁紧件适于在锁紧存储卡的锁紧位置与释放存储卡的释放位置之间移动。每一锁紧件具有一个卡钩,所述卡钩在将所述锁紧件从所述锁紧位置移动到所述释放位置时驱动所述存储卡脱离所述插槽。所述插槽中设置有一组第一连接端子。所述插槽的至少一个端部附近设置有至少一个第二连接端子对,第二连接端子对中的连接端子在插槽中彼此对置。处于所述释放位置的一个锁紧件的卡钩越过所述第二连接端子对所限定的平面P,且所述卡钩位于所述第二连接端子对的连接端子之间。所述卡钩容易碰到第二连接端子对,从而对第二连接端子对造成损伤。
有必要提供一种结构更稳定的卡缘连接器。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种卡缘连接器,其插入的卡片模组不会对导电端子造成伤害。
为解决上述问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案:
一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体的若干导电端子及枢接于绝缘本体的锁卡件,所述绝缘本体设有沿其纵长方向延伸的两个侧壁、位于两个侧壁之间的中央插槽及位于中央插槽两端的塔形部,所述中央插槽用于插接一个卡片模组,所述锁卡件可旋转式地安装于所述塔形部,所述锁卡件具有一个用于抬起所述卡片模组的钩状部,所述若干导电端子包括位于塔形部旁的两个第一导电端子,所述锁卡件从锁紧卡片模组的锁紧位置转动至释放卡片模组的释放位置的过程中,所述钩状部未接触所述第一导电端子也未进入两个第一导电端子之间的空间,所述锁卡件具有前侧面且所述钩状部向前延伸出所述前侧面,所述钩状部定义有自由最前端,定义所述钩状部位于锁扣件的前侧面与其自由最前端之间在纵长方向上的距离为延伸长度,所述延伸长度不大于2毫米。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:所述钩状部未接触所述第一导电端子也未进入两个第一导电端子之间的空间,从而避免钩状部对第一导电端子造成损伤。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
参阅图1至图2,其公开了本发明的一种卡缘连接器100,其包括纵长的绝缘本体10、固定于绝缘本体10的若干导电端子20及枢接于绝缘本体10的锁卡件30。所述绝缘本体10设有沿纵长方向延伸的两个侧壁11、位于两个侧壁11之间的中央插槽12及位于中央插槽12两端的塔形部13。所述中央插槽12用于插接一个卡片模组(未图示)。所述绝缘本体10包括设于中央插槽12内的防呆部120,所述防呆部将中央插槽12分成第一部分121与第二部分122,所述第一部分121与所述第二部分122的占比为72.85:65.10或74.55:63.40,其分别为DDR5DIMM与DDR4DIMM的比例。所述锁卡件30可旋转式地安装于所述塔形部13,所述锁卡件30适于在锁紧所述卡片模组的锁紧位置与释放所述卡片模组的释放位置之间移动。所述若干导电端子20分别排列在两侧壁11。所述若干导电端子包括分别位于两个塔形部13旁的两对第一导电端子21。
参阅图3至图7,所述锁卡件30包括主体部31及设置于主体部31一端且可延伸入中央插槽12的钩状部32。所述钩状部32的宽度小于所述中央插槽12的宽度。所述钩状部32用于抬起所述卡片模组。所述锁卡件30从锁紧卡片模组的锁紧位置转动至释放卡片模组的释放位置的过程中,所述钩状部32未接触所述第一导电端子21也未进入一对第一导电端子21之间的空间。所述主体部31包括第一主体部311及位于第一主体部311下侧的第二主体部313,所述第一主体部311宽于所述第二主体部313以在交接处形成一台阶部315。所述锁卡件30具有第一前侧面33且所述钩状部32向前延伸出所述第一前侧面33。所述第一前侧面33为所述锁卡件30在锁紧状态时所述第二主体部313最靠近所述中央插槽12的一个竖直平面。所述钩状部32定义有自由最前端320,定义所述钩状部32位于锁扣件30的第一前侧面33与其自由最前端320之间在纵长方向上的距离为延伸长度L1,所述延伸长度L1为1.17毫米。所述塔形部13具有第二前侧面130,所述第一导电端子21与所述塔形部13的第二前侧面130之间的距离L2为0.84毫米。所述锁卡件30在所述释放位置时,所述钩状部32的自由最前端320与所述第一导电端子21之间的距离L3为0.06毫米。所述锁卡件30在锁紧状态时所述钩状部32向前延伸但未超过塔形部13的第二前侧面130。所述锁卡件30自其第一主体部311设有与所述塔形部13干涉配合的卡持凸部312。所述卡持凸部312呈楔形。所述锁卡件30自其第二主体部313设有与所述塔形部13配合的转轴部314。所述锁卡件30绕着所述转轴部314转动。
本发明中卡缘连接器100的锁卡件30具有用于抬起卡片模组的钩状部32,所述锁卡件30从锁紧卡片模组的锁紧位置转动至释放卡片模组的释放位置的过程中,所述钩状部32未接触所述第一导电端子21也未进入一对第一导电端子21之间的空间。这样设计,有效避免钩状部32对第一导电端子21造成损伤。
综上所述,以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,不应以此限制本发明的范围,即凡是依本发明权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体的若干导电端子及枢接于绝缘本体的锁卡件,所述绝缘本体设有沿其纵长方向延伸的两个侧壁、位于两个侧壁之间的中央插槽及位于中央插槽两端的塔形部,所述中央插槽用于插接一个卡片模组,所述锁卡件可旋转式地安装于所述塔形部,所述锁卡件具有一个用于抬起所述卡片模组的钩状部,其特征在于:所述若干导电端子包括位于塔形部旁的两个第一导电端子,所述锁卡件从锁紧卡片模组的锁紧位置转动至释放卡片模组的释放位置的过程中,所述钩状部未接触所述第一导电端子也未进入两个第一导电端子之间的空间,所述锁卡件具有前侧面且所述钩状部向前延伸出所述前侧面,所述钩状部定义有自由最前端,定义所述钩状部位于锁扣件的前侧面与其自由最前端之间在纵长方向上的距离为延伸长度,所述延伸长度不大于2毫米。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述钩状部的延伸长度为1.17毫米。
3.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述锁卡件在所述释放位置时,所述钩状部的自由最前端与所述第一导电端子之间的距离为0~0.5毫米。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述锁卡件在所述释放位置时,所述钩状部的自由最前端与所述第一导电端子之间的距离为0.06毫米。
5.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括设于中央插槽内的防呆部,所述防呆部将中央插槽分成第一部分与第二部分,所述第一部分与所述第二部分的占比为72.85:65.10或74.55:63.40。
6.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述锁卡件包括主体部,所述钩状部设置于主体部一端且可延伸入中央插槽,所述钩状部的宽度小于所述中央插槽的宽度。
7.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述塔形部具有前侧面,在锁紧状态时所述钩状部向前延伸但未超过塔形部的前侧面。
8.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述主体部包括第一主体部及位于第一主体部下侧的第二主体部,所述第一主体部宽于所述第二主体部以在交接处形成一台阶部,所述锁卡件自其第二主体部设有与所述塔形部配合的转轴部。
9.如权利要求8所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述锁卡件自其第一主体部设有与所述塔形部干涉配合的卡持凸部。
10.如权利要求9所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述卡持凸部呈楔形。
