背景技术

参看图5和6，展示处于静止或初始位置的手术器械100的细长管组合件200。如上文所描述，在静止或初始位置，路厄连接器组合件210的轴215安置在反馈轴202的反馈表面203的平坦表面203a上。在此位置，展示处于默认的打开位置的夹钳构件250a、250b，其中轭251的棘爪253安置于夹钳构件250b的凸轮槽255(图6)的最近侧部分内且棘爪252安置于夹钳构件250a的凸轮槽254的最近侧部分内(未明确展示)。
现参看图7和8，如上文所描述，临床医生部分地下压或致动触发器114，这使得致动轴260向远侧将反馈轴202推动通过路厄外壳201而进入部分受致动位置。如上文所描述，在部分受致动位置，向远侧推动反馈轴202使得其反馈表面203的斜升表面203b使路厄连接器组合件210的轴215在方向“Y”上向上或竖直地移动，且压缩弹簧214使得弹簧214负载有势能或在势能上增加。反馈轴202的远侧移动向远侧推动驱动杆240，随后向远侧推动轭251。当向远侧推动轭251时，其棘爪252、253分别在夹钳构件250a、250b的凸轮槽254、255内向远侧移动。夹钳构件250a、250b的凸轮槽254、255分别具有近侧倾斜部分254a、255a。在使用中，当轭251的棘爪252、253行进通过夹钳构件250a、250b的凸轮槽254、255的近侧倾斜部分254a、255a时，将夹钳构件250a、250b从如图6中所展示的其默认打开位置推动到如图8中所展示的几乎闭合位置。
参看图9和10，在完全致动手柄组合件110的触发器114(例如到完全受致动位置)后，轭251的棘爪252、253分别被进一步向远侧推动到夹钳构件250a、250b的凸轮槽254、255的远侧倾斜部分254b、255b中。轭251的棘爪252、253在凸轮槽254、255的远侧倾斜部分254b、255b内的行进使得夹钳构件250a、250b完全闭合且形成夹具。同时，致动轴260进一步向远侧推动反馈轴202，直到路厄连接器组合件210的轴215横穿阶梯表面203b到反馈轴202的下降表面203c上为止，这如上文所描述将已经发射且形成夹具的听觉和触觉反馈提供给临床医生。因而，当弹簧214的能量释放到路厄连接器组合件210的轴215上时提醒临床医生，所述能量还释放到反馈轴202的下降表面203c上。能量的释放和轴215在方向“Y'”上的向下移动诱发反馈轴202、细长管组合件200和手柄组合件110内的振动，所述振动接着例如通过临床医师的手被临床医生注意且感受到。另外，临床医生听到可听到的“咔哒声”且提醒夹具已经从手术夹具施用器100发射。在完全致动触发器114后，压缩细长管组合件200的偏置构件204。更确切地说，在致动触发器114后，致动轴260向远侧推动反馈轴202且使得弹簧204在反馈轴202的凸缘202a与路厄外壳201的壁201d之间压缩。
在夹具已经从手术夹具施用器100释放之后，临床医生释放触发器114，之后，细长管组合件200的偏置构件204使反馈轴202扩展且使得所述反馈轴“复位”到静止或初始位置(图5)，使得轴215再次安置于反馈轴202的反馈表面203的平坦表面203a上方。因此，每当手术夹具施用器100射出夹具且完成发射周期(例如从静止或初始位置转变到完全受致动位置)时，将在路厄连接器210的轴215必须再次横穿反馈轴202的反馈表面203时向临床医生提醒对应的振动或听到的“咔哒声”。
应理解，前面的描述仅是对本公开的说明。所属领域的技术人员可在不脱离本公开的情况下设计各种替代方案和修改。因此，本公开旨在涵盖所有此类替代方案、修改和变化。呈现参看附图所描述的实施例仅为了展现本公开的某些实例。与上文所描述和/或所附权利要求书中的元件、步骤、方法和技术无实质不同的其它元件、步骤、方法和技术也旨在在本公开的范围内。
Claims (24)
1.一种手术夹具施用器，其包括：
手柄组合件，其包含外壳、触发器和支撑在所述外壳中且可由所述触发器致动的推进机构；
细长管组合件，其从所述外壳延伸；
第一轴，其能够滑动地安置于所述细长管组合件内，所述第一轴限定表面部分；以及
第二轴，其穿过所述细长管组合件的外表面安置且与所述第一轴的所述表面部分操作性接合，
其中，在致动所述触发器后，所述推进机构相对于所述第二轴在所述细长管组合件内向远侧移动所述第一轴，使得所述第一轴的所述表面部分横穿所述第二轴以产生听觉或触觉反馈中的至少一个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手术夹具施用器，其进一步包括安置在所述细长管组合件的所述外表面上的路厄连接器组合件，所述路厄连接器组合件包含操作性地连接到所述第二轴的偏置构件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的手术夹具施用器，其中所述第一轴的所述表面部分包含平整的远侧表面、平整的近侧表面以及安置在其间的斜升表面，其中所述斜升表面比所述平整的远侧表面和所述平整的近侧表面具有更大的最大高度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的手术夹具施用器，其中，当所述触发器处于未致动位置时，所述路厄连接器组合件的所述第二轴安置于所述第一轴的所述平整的远侧表面上方。
5.根据权利要求4所述的手术夹具施用器，其中，在部分致动所述触发器后，所述手柄组合件的所述推进机构向远侧推动所述细长管组合件的所述第一轴，使得所述第一轴的所述斜升表面推动所述第二轴以在所述路厄连接器组合件内移动，其中所述第二轴的移动使得所述偏置构件压缩且使所述第二轴负载有势能。
6.根据权利要求5所述的手术夹具施用器，其中，在完全致动所述触发器后，所述手柄组合件的所述推进机构进一步向远侧推动所述细长管组合件的所述第一轴，直到所述第一轴的所述斜升表面移动到所述第二轴的远侧为止，之后，所述偏置构件扩展且释放所述势能并使得所述第二轴碰撞所述第一轴的所述平整的近侧表面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的手术夹具施用器，其中当所述偏置构件释放所述势能且使得所述第二轴碰撞所述第一轴的所述平整的近侧表面时，会产生所述听觉或触觉反馈中的至少一个。
8.根据权利要求7所述的手术夹具施用器，其进一步包括：
驱动杆，其安置于所述细长管组合件内，所述驱动杆具有连接到所述第一轴的远端的近端；
轭，其连接到所述驱动杆的远端；以及
一对夹钳构件，其支撑在所述细长管组合件的远端处，所述一对夹钳构件中的至少一个夹钳构件连接到所述轭。
9.根据权利要求8所述的手术夹具施用器，其中所述轭包含凸轮特征，其中所述一对夹钳构件中的所述至少一个夹钳构件限定凸轮特征，且其中所述轭的所述凸轮特征与所述一对夹钳构件中的所述至少一个夹钳构件的所述凸轮特征操作性相关联。
10.根据权利要求9所述的手术夹具施用器，其中,在致动所述触发器后，所述轭的所述凸轮特征接合所述一对夹钳构件中的所述至少一个夹钳构件的所述凸轮特征，以使所述一对夹钳构件相对于彼此接近。
11.根据权利要求10所述的手术夹具施用器，其中所述一对夹钳构件的完全接近与所述听觉或触觉反馈中的至少一个同时发生。
12.根据权利要求1所述的手术夹具施用器，其中所述第一轴包含：
其近端处的凸缘部分；及
安置于所述凸缘部分与所述表面部分之间的管状部分。
13.根据权利要求12所述的手术夹具施用器，其中所述第一轴安置于所述细长管组合件的近侧轴部分中。
14.根据权利要求13所述的手术夹具施用器，其中所述细长管组合件的所述近侧轴部分包含支撑在其近端处的止动件和位于其远侧部分处的内壁。
15.根据权利要求14所述的手术夹具施用器，所述细长管组合件进一步包括弹簧，其在所述第一轴的所述凸缘部分与所述近侧轴部分的所述内壁之间安置于所述第一轴上方。
16.根据权利要求15所述的手术夹具施用器，其中，在致动所述触发器后，所述推进机构向远侧推动所述第一轴且使得所述弹簧在所述第一轴的所述凸缘部分与所述近侧轴部分的所述内壁之间压缩。
17.根据权利要求16所述的手术夹具施用器，其中，在完全释放所述触发器后，所述弹簧使所述第一轴向近侧偏置，使得所述第一轴的所述凸缘部分接合所述近侧轴部分的所述止动件。
18.根据权利要求2所述的手术夹具施用器，其中所述路厄连接器组合件进一步包含路厄锥形物、主体和盖，所述盖被配置成用于从路厄连接器组合件的所述主体去除。
19.根据权利要求18所述的手术夹具施用器，其中所述路厄连接器组合件被配置成用于从所述细长管组合件去除以用于维护所述细长管组合件。
20.一种细长管组合件，其被配置成与手术器械的手柄组合件一起使用且与所述手柄组合件选择性连接，所述细长管组合件包括：
近侧轴部分；
细长外管，其从所述近侧轴部分向远侧延伸；
第一轴，其能够滑动地安置于所述近侧轴部分内，所述第一轴包含表面部分，所述表面部分具有平整的远侧表面、平整的近侧表面和安置在其间的斜升表面，其中所述斜升表面比所述平整的远侧表面和所述平整的近侧表面具有更大的最大高度；以及
路厄连接器组合件，其安置在所述近侧轴部分的外表面上，所述路厄连接器组合件包含第二轴，所述第二轴延伸到所述近侧轴部分中且与所述第一轴的所述表面部分操作性接合，
其中所述第一轴的远侧移动使得所述第一轴的所述表面部分横穿所述路厄连接器组合件的所述第二轴以产生听觉或触觉反馈中的至少一个。
21.根据权利要求20所述的细长管组合件，其中所述路厄连接器组合件包含操作性地连接到所述第二轴的偏置构件。
22.根据权利要求21所述的细长管组合件，其中所述第一轴的远侧移动使得所述第一轴的所述表面部分的所述斜升表面在所述路厄连接器组合件内移动所述第二轴，其中所述第二轴的移动使得所述偏置构件压缩且使所述第二轴负载有势能。
23.根据权利要求22所述的细长管组合件，其中所述第一轴的进一步远侧移动使得所述第一轴的所述表面部分的所述斜升表面向所述第二轴的远侧移动，之后，所述偏置构件扩展且释放所述势能并使得所述第二轴碰撞所述第一轴的所述平整的近侧表面。
24.根据权利要求23所述的细长管组合件，其中当所述偏置构件释放所述势能且使得所述第二轴碰撞所述第一轴的所述平整的近侧表面时，会产生所述听觉或触觉反馈中的至少一个。
