Abstract
The invention relates to a heat-insulating waterproof coating, in particular to a building coating. The paint comprises sierozem powder, titanium dioxide, calcite powder, an adhesive, a modifier, heat-insulating and water-proofing powder and a film-forming additive, has high-efficiency heat-insulating and water-proofing functions, has good weather resistance and wear resistance, cheap raw materials and simple preparation process, has universality, and particularly has good effect when being used for heat-insulating and water-proofing coatings on the surfaces of buildings.
Description
The invention relates to a heat-insulating waterproof coating, in particular to a building coating for the building field.
The conventional coating materials are also useful for heat insulation or water resistance, but the thickness of the coating material is often too large (often exceeding 1 cm) for excellent heat insulation, and the heat insulation function of the coating material having a coating thickness of less than 1 cm is difficult to ensure. In the aspect of building coatings, because buildings are exposed all the year round, the requirement on the weather resistance of the coatings is very high, and the existing building coatings have no building coatings which have obvious heat insulation and waterproof functions, good weather resistance, thinness and good wear resistance.
The first object of the present invention is to: a coating material capable of forming a thin and highly effective heat-insulating waterproof coating on the surface of an object, particularly a building or a member thereof is provided.
A second object of the present invention is to: provides a thin building coating which has good anti-cracking and weather-proof performance, high-efficiency heat insulation and effective water resistance.
A third object of the present invention is to: provides a heat-insulating waterproof coating with high cold resistance, high temperature resistance and high hardness.
A fourth object of the present invention is to: provides a heat-insulating waterproof coating with low cost, good effect and long service life.
The first object of the present invention is achieved by: the heat-insulating waterproof paint comprises sierozem powder, titanium dioxide, calcite powder, an adhesive, a modifier, heat-insulating waterproof powder and a film-forming auxiliary agent. The gray calcium powder is the core component of the paint, the components are uniformly mixed and smeared, and after the paint is smeared, the gray calcium powder reacts with carbon dioxide in the atmosphere in the smearing forming and curing processes to be hardened to form a high-hardness skeleton (CaCO) of the paint3) Wherein, in the step (A), is the equation for the above reaction. The titanium dioxide and calcite powders are mixed with the sierozem powder, and under the participation of various compounds such as a modifier (for example, precipitated barium sulfate) and an adhesive, the excellent coating of the invention is formed in the reaction. The heat-insulating waterproof powder (such as the heat-insulating waterproof powder disclosed in Chinese patent ZL 91104534.1) in the coating enhances the heat-insulating and waterproof effects of the coating.
The heat-insulating waterproof coating comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
10 to 17 percent of sierozem powder
3.5 to 4.5 percent of titanium dioxide
6 to 8 percent of calcite powder
Adhesive 51-63%
8.65 to 13.8 percent of modifier
4.5 to 5.5 percent of heat-insulating and water-proofing powder
1.1 to 1.3 percent of film forming additive
The adhesive contains 45-55% of modified polyvinyl alcohol adhesive, 3.5-4.5% of polyvinyl acetate emulsion and 2.5-3.5% of styrene-acrylic emulsion, wherein the modifier contains 0.45-0.55% of urea, 0.05% of mildew preventive, 0.15-0.2% of sodiumhexametaphosphate, 4-7% of quartz powder or barite powder, 2.5-3.5% of precipitated barium sulfate powder and 1.5-2.5% of modified bentonite, and the film-forming aid consists of 0.55-0.65% of ethylene glycol and 0.55-0.65% of propylene glycol.
The adhesive may also contain penetrant 0.75-0.85% (such as JFC penetrant produced by Zhejiang and Hangzhou auxiliary factories).
The above modifier may also contain 0.05% of a fluorescent whitening agent.
The modifier may also contain tributyl phosphate 1.1-1.3%.
In the adhesive, the polyvinyl acetate emulsion has good adaptability for bonding and forming the sierozem powder, the titanium dioxide and the calcite powder; the styrene-acrylic emulsion is an adhesive with the function of enhancing the cold resistance of the coating, and the penetrant has the function of mutually fusing the coating components; the quartz powder in the modifier can improve the hardness of the formed coating, so that the wear resistance of the coating is enhanced by matching with the sierozem powder; the modified bentonite has the performance that all components can be uniformly suspended at the positions of stirring and full mixing in the process from the coating application to the coating forming and curing; the function of the precipitated barium sulfate powder is to improve the fluidity of the coating in the coating operation, so that the operation is easy and the coating quality is ensured; the urea has the functions of improving the anti-cracking performance of the coating at high temperature and enhancing the water resistance; the sodium hexametaphosphate is used for dispersing components in the preparation process of the coating and is beneficial to the uniform distribution of the components in the film forming process of the coating, the tributyl phosphate is a defoaming agent and is used in the later stage of the stirring process in the manufacturingof the coating to eliminate bubbles in the coating, and the film forming additive comprises the following components in percentage by weight: ethylene glycol and propylene glycol play an important role in film formation in the use of the coating.
The coating of the present invention may form a coating layer having a thickness of less than 1 cm and a thickness of greater than 0.8 mm. A thickness of less than 0.8 mm makes it difficult to ensure high thermal insulation performance, and in the case of multiple layers (one fixed layer and one applied layer), the thickness does not have to exceed 1 cm, otherwise the effect is not greatly improved and the material is wasted.
The thickness of the coating layer of the coating material of the present invention is preferably 0.8 to 1.2 mm.
The invention adopts the composition that the sierozem powder, the titanium pigment and the calcite powder are added into the coating to be matched with each other and the sierozem powder is taken as the core, so that the coating with high-efficiency heat insulation and long-acting water resistance is prepared; the addition of the heat-insulating waterproof powder effectively enhances the heat-insulating waterproof effect, and after other components are added, the coating which has obvious heat-insulating and waterproof effects, good weather resistance, thinness and good wear resistance is formed. Such coatings are not only versatile, but can be used, for example, for: pipeline outer wall coatings, outer wall coatings of various vessels, and the like. However, the coating of the invention has special use value in the building field, especially for the roof or platform at the top of a building, and because of the special heat-insulating property of the coating, the coating can greatly reduce the radiant heat of the sun on the appearance of the building, so that the coated house has obvious cool feeling under burning sun than the uncoated house, and the expansion and contraction effect of the heat of the covered building is greatly reduced, thereby being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the building and the waterproof service life of the coated film.
The invention is a heat-insulating and waterproof coating with low cost, good effect and long service life because the adopted materials are all cheaper common materials, the manufacturing process is simple, the coating is thin and efficient, and the materials are saved.

"Shenzhu" brand heat-insulating and water-proofing powder (produced by Guangdong Lianjiang building heat-insulating and water-proofing material factory) 50
Film-forming auxiliary agent: ethylene glycol 6, propylene glycol 6.
Adhesive: 500 parts of modified polyvinyl alcohol adhesive (20 g of borax, 10 kg of alum, 35 kg of polyvinyl alcohol and the balance of water), 40 parts of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 30 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, and 8 parts of penetrant (model: JFC penetrant, manufactured by Zhejiang and Hangzhou auxiliary agent factories).
The modifier comprises the following components: 5 parts of urea, 0.5 part of fluorescent whitening agent, 0.5 part of mildew preventive, 2 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 50 parts of quartz stone powder (common barite powder can also be used), 30 parts of precipitated barium sulfate powder, 20 parts of modified bentonite and 12 parts of tributyl phosphate.
The production method of the coating comprises the following steps:
(1) high-temperature reaction kettle
20 g of borax, 10 kg of alum, 35 kg of polyvinyl alcohol and 500 kg of water are put into a high-temperature reaction kettle to react to generate the modified polyvinyl alcohol adhesive.
(2) Adding the modified polyvinyl alcohol adhesive into a stirrer, adding ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, polyvinyl acetate emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, penetrant (JFC penetrant produced by Zhejiang and Hangzhou auxiliary agent factories, model number: JFC), urea, fluorescent whitening agent, mildew preventive and sodium hexametaphosphate, and stirring for 15 minutes;
adding quartz stone powder (or common barite powder), precipitated barium sulfate powder, modified bentonite, tributyl phosphate, sierozem powder, titanium dioxide, calcite powder, and SHENZHU brand heat-insulating and water-reducing powder, and stirring for 1 hr;
(3) grinding the materials in a grinder;
(4) filtering the ground material in a filter;
(5) subpackaging and packaging the product.
The above-mentioned processes are in the order of (1) - (2) - (3) - (4) - (5).
The parts of the components are the amounts of the components described above.
Claims (7)
1. A heat-insulating waterproof coating comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
10 to 17 percent of sierozem powder
3.5 to 4.5 percent of titanium dioxide
6 to 8 percent of calcite powder
51 to63 percent of adhesive
8.65 to 13.8 percent of modifier
4.5 to 5.5 percent of heat-insulating and water-proofing powder
1.1-1.3% of film-forming auxiliary agent, wherein the adhesive contains 45-55% of modified polyvinyl alcohol adhesive, 3.5-4.5% of polyvinyl acetate emulsion and 2.5-3.5% of styrene-acrylic emulsion, the modifier contains 0.45-0.55% of urea, 0.05% of mildew preventive, 0.15-0.2% of sodium hexametaphosphate, 4-7% of quartz powder or barite powder, 2.5-3.5% of precipitated barium sulfate powder and 1.5-2.5% of modified bentonite, and the film-forming auxiliary agent consists of 0.55-0.65% of ethylene glycol and 0.55-0.65% of propylene glycol.
2. The coating of claim 1, wherein the binder comprises 0.75 to 0.85% of a penetrating agent.
3. The coating of claim 1 or 2, wherein the modifier comprises 0.05% of an optical brightener.
4. The coating of claim 1 or 2, wherein the modifier comprises 1.1 to 1.3% tributyl phosphate.
5. The coating of claim 3 wherein the modifier comprises 1.1 to 1.3% tributyl phosphate.
6. The coating of claim 1 or 2, which forms a coating layer having a thickness of 0.8 mm to 1 cm.
7. The coating of claim 7, which forms a coating having a thickness of 0.8 to 1.2 mm.
