Abstract

It is prepared of hydrated lime, polyvinyl alcohol water solution, fiber, di-flying powder and cerement, and the main film former is white lime in stead of polyvinyl alcohol, it is uneasy to act with the water and does not swell, and can maintain the hardness and water resistance, improving the combining fastness between the surface paint and bottom-layer putty, after adding in fiber, its anticracking property is strengthened, its intensity is enhanced, so it is more suitable for the external wall.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building coatings, in particular to building wall decoration putty taking hydrated lime as a main film forming material and a preparation method of the putty.
Background
The putty is generally coated on a wall by using a double-flying-powder water-based glue, the double-flying-powder does not have any chemical reaction in the process of preparing the water-based glue and coating the putty, the film forming effect of the double-flying-powder water-basedglue is completely dependent on the water-based glue, the water-based glue is extremely large in the using amount of the conventional putty, and the common water-based glue is polyvinyl alcohol, so that the coated putty is swelled on the wall due to the increase of the humidity in the air, is cured again when the air is dried, and is repeatedly swelled and cured along with the change of the air dryness and humidity, and the phenomena of dusting and falling are easily generated. At present, the water-based putty is a cold water putty, and the water-based putty is easy to swell when meeting humid air at normal temperature, the hardness is reduced along with the swelling, and the dusting and falling are inevitable. Therefore, the currently used putty has certain disadvantages.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a building wall decoration putty which takes hydrated lime as a main film forming material and can generate chemical reaction in the processes of preparation and blade coating aiming at the defects of the materials;
the invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the putty.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention takes the following measures: the building wall decoration putty with hydrated lime as main filming material is prepared with the following materials in weight percentage:
hydrated lime 2.5-5.5 parts polyvinyl alcohol hydrosol 1-3.5 parts
0-1.5 parts of fiber, 0-1.5 parts of calcium carbonate, and
the slaked lime is a calcined lime fully decomposed with water and has a chemical reaction formula of Filtering the obtained lime slurry by using a 120-200-mesh screen, standing for 150-200 hours, and adjusting the solid content of the lime paste to be 60-90 after removing the supernatant.
The organic resin hydrosol refers to: 1 part of polyvinyl alcohol is dissolved in 4-8 parts of hot water with the temperature of 90-100 ℃ to form hydrosol.
The fiber refers to vegetable fiber or chemical fiber, and is 100-200-mesh fine powder in a use state.
The material is prepared by the following method:
(1) uniformly mixing the hydrated lime and the fibers, and packaging for later use;
(2) packing the polyvinyl alcohol hydrosol for later use;
(3) separately packaging the double-flying powder and the cement for later use;
(4) 1-2 hours before use, the mixture of the ripen stone powder and the fiber is uniformly mixed with the polyvinyl alcohol hydrosol, and then the calcium carbonate is added with the calcium carbonate and the calcium carbonate are uniformly mixed.
The raw materials adopted by the invention with the measures are chemically changed in the production process and are also chemically changed in the use process, namely, calcium oxide is changed into calcium hydroxide and then into calcium carbonate. The polyvinyl alcohol only plays a role in lubrication and does not play a role in film formation duringconstruction, so the consumption is less, and the putty is not easy to swell after being coated on a wall body by scraping.
