Abstract
一种用于改变空气流动方向的空调单元中旋转式风向转换门装置。旋转式风向转换门支承轴2的自由端22是管状的,自由端22在径向外表面的一部分上有一外平面2a,在内表面的一部分上有一内平面2c。当手动驱动转换门1时,驱动杆3上的孔31与自由端22的表面相配合。当自动驱动转换门1时,驱动器4的旋转输出轴41的外平面41a与自由端22的内平面2c相配合。这些平面确定了驱动杆3或驱动器4在圆周方向的安装位置。
Description
本发明涉及一种旋转式转换门装置,特别是一种旋转式风向转换门的装配结构用于手动或自动驱动的驱动机构相啮合。
在车辆的自动空调单元中装有一个能改变送入车厢内气流方向的旋转式风向的转换门装置。如图9所示的空调单元中,加热器芯5水平地放置在空调气流通道D的底部,一个旋转式的混气门6安置在加热器芯5的正上部、并可绕支承轴61旋转,来自送风机7的用于空调的空气从气道71流到混气门6时,将由混气门6的开启度决定分流的气量与流向加热器芯5的气量之比。
分流的空气与未分流的空气在加热器芯5的出口重新汇合而成已空调空气、然后沿着气道72流向旋转式风向转换门1。转换门1是一个半圆筒体、在其圆筒的表面有一个开口,转换门1以其半圆筒的中心为基准固定在支承轴11上、使它能绕轴11转动。依靠旋转式风向转换门1的转动,可将气道72与通向除霜器的气道73、通向车厢上部的气道74(即向乘客脸部送风)、及通向车厢下部的气道72(即向乘客脚部送风)分路接通。
当转换门1转动时,已空调的空气送入车厢的送风模式依次变化,即当气道72与除霜器气道73相通时为除霜模式(DEF)、气道72与除霜器气道73及车厢下部气道75同时相通时为除霜一下部模式(D/F)、气道72与车厢下部气道75相通时为下部模式(FOOT)、气道72与车厢上部气道74及下部气道75同时相通时为上下并列模式(B/L)。
转换门1由固定在支承轴11上的驱动杆81驱动。在用手动驱动时、驱动杆81和控制线(图中未画出)的一端相连,线的另一端接到车厢内的手动送风模式转换杆上。在自动驱动转换门时,驱动杆81与连杆82的一端相接,连杆82的另一端与另一驱动杆83连接并固定到旋转驱动器(如电机)的输出轴41上。
按照上述的结构排列,尽管转换门1和驱动器4都是旋转式的,但却通过连杆82和驱动器4的驱动杆83来驱动转换门1,这样不仅增加了驱动机构的安装空间,而且也增加了调整驱动杆81、83和连杆82之间相互位置的工作量,才能实现转换门1和驱动器4的同步。
本发明的目的是提供一种能用于手动或自动驱动的旋转式风向转换门装置,它并不需要复杂的驱动机构。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种能用于手动或自动驱动的旋转式风向转换门装置,它仅需要较小的空间来安装驱动机构、及较少的调整工作量。
根据本发明、旋转式风向转换门安装在一支承轴上,支承轴的一个自由端上有两个啮合部位;第一部位用于手动驱动,第二部位用于自动驱动。
当选择手动驱动时、驱动杆装配在第一啮合部位,以实现手动控制;而为了自动地驱动支承轴,驱动器的输出轴直接装配到第二啮合部位。其中与其上的旋转门固定的支撑轴是与旋转门整体旋转的。
支承轴的自由端是管状的、在其端面沿径向在外表面有一部分是平的,且其相应部位的内表面也是平的,可分别与手动驱动的驱动杆和自动驱动的驱动器的输出轴相配合。即这两个平面分别确定了驱动杆和驱动器输出轴的装配位置。
而且,外平面和内平面是相互平行的。
本发明的其它目的、特征和优点可以通过下面的详细叙述并参看下列附图而更为清楚:

如图1、图2所示的本发明的实施方案,使用了旋转式风向转换门的空调气道单元,除了旋转式风向转换门的传动机构外,其它都与现有技术相类似。由送风机7吹入气道71的空气流在气道71内被旋转式混气门6分流进到加热器芯5,然后该气流与气道72内的空气汇合流向转换门1。旋转式转换门1将按转换门的旋转位置把气道72中经过空调的空气分流到除霜气道73、汽车车厢上部气道74和下部气道75。旋转式混气门6和转换门1通过相同的驱动机构可以实现手动驱动也可以实现自动驱动。因此,下面以旋转式转换门1作为一种旋转式控制门、对其驱动装置作进一步的详细描述。
转换门1放置在空调气道D内的加热器芯5的上部。转换门1通常是半圆筒状的,并在圆筒表面上有一开口12,支承轴2固定在转换门1的两个轴端13的弧片中心上。如图5所示,支承轴2穿过气道D侧壁上的孔D1,所以支承轴2可以由气道侧壁支承并旋转。支承轴2的自由端从气道D的侧壁轴向延长,延长部分可装配驱动杆3用于手动操作或可装配一驱动器4(如计算机控制的伺服电机)用于自动控制。
如图3到图5所示,支承轴2是一管状部分21,但其自由端22处有一平面2a,在管状部分外侧的平面2a上还有一盲孔23。驱动杆3是狭长椭圆状的,两头的圆弧半径不相同。驱动杆3的本体36上有一孔31以便和自由端22装配在一起。孔31的形状是半圆形的,与自由端22相同。驱动杆3上还有一矩形缺口32,另有一个具有弹性的薄啮合件33插入矩形缺口32中。啮合件33上还有一凸台34,凸台34进入孔31后再与平面2a上的盲孔23啮合。驱动杆3的另一端上有一销把35,用一条连接线(未画出)与销把35相连、以便在车厢内手动拨动驱动杆3。
将孔31的内平面与外平面2a对准,驱动杆3即可直接插入支承轴2的自由端22上。在插入过程中,处于半圆孔31内的凸台34被自由端22抬高后进入矩形缺口32中,然后在外平面2a上滑动,直到凸台34因弹性而落入盲孔23内。由于凸台34因弹性而落入盲孔23内,驱动杆3即被紧紧装配在支承轴2上。这样就可以手动拨动转换门1。
依上面所述,将孔31的平面与自由端22的外平面2a对准,即可将驱动杆3插入支承轴2的自由端22中。由此而得到驱动杆3相对于转换门1的圆周位置。当驱动杆3插入自由端22的过程中,弹性件33上的凸台正好落入盲孔23中时,即可得到驱动杆3相对于转换门1的轴向位置。凸台34与盲孔23的啮合保证了驱动杆3与支承轴2的紧密装配,由此而防止了驱动杆3从支承轴2上脱开。因此位置调整工作就非常简单,不需要复杂而困难的调整工序。
在转换门自动驱动时,就是说由计算机控制驱动器的方式驱动时,则如图6到图8所示,将支承轴2和驱动器4的旋转输出轴41相连。在自由端22处有一其断面为半圆形的内孔2b和一与外平面2a平行的内平面2c。图7和图8进一步显示,在平面2c上有两条筋24一直延伸至孔2b内。驱动器输出轴41的自由端的形状与孔2b相同。就是说,输出轴41的自由端是半圆形的并有一平面41a,随着平面41a与筋24的接触过程,输出轴41的自由端即可直接插入开口2b内。
在插入输出轴41时,只要调整平面2c和41a平行,即可得到输出轴41相对于支承轴2和转换门1的圆周位置,而不需复杂的调整工作。如图8所示,筋24在孔2b内沿轴向有一坡度、从孔2b外端越向里(沿转换门侧壁13方向)变得越高。因此,当输出轴41插入孔2b内到某一深度时,筋24压紧平面41a,使得驱动器输出轴41与支承轴2紧密装配固定。
在上面所述的例子中,驱动杆3和驱动器输出轴41与孔2b和平面2a的装配的方式可作些修改。如筋24可以做在驱动器输出轴41上而不做在孔2c的内表面上。对本发明的实施可以有其他不同的变动和修改,但都不违背本发明的基本思想和本专利的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种旋转式风向转换门装置,包括一旋转式转换门,其特征是旋转式转换门安装在一支承轴上,支撑轴的自由端上有两个啮合部位,第一啮合部位用于与驱动杆装配用于手动驱动,第二啮合部位用于与一驱动器的输出轴装配用于自动地驱动支撑轴,其中与其上的旋转门固定的支撑轴是与旋转门整体旋转的。
2.按权利要求1所述的旋转式风向转换门装置,其特征是自由端一般是管状的,第一啮合部位是在自由端径向的外侧,第二啮合部位是在自由端径向的内侧。
3.按权利要求2所述的旋转式风向转换门装置,其特征是自由端上的外平面只是其管状圆周外表面的一部分。
4.按权利要求2所述的旋转式风向转换门装置,其特征是自由端中的内表面只是其管状圆周内表面的一部分。
5.按权利要求2所述的旋转式风向转换门装置,其特征是自由端的内表面与外表面平行、且内表面只是管状自由端(22)圆周内表面的一部分。
6.按权利要求3所述的旋转式风向转换门装置,其特征是还包括手动驱动杆(3),手动驱动杆上的孔是相应于自由端径向外表面的形状,并固定装配在自由端上,从而使外平面确定了驱动杆在圆周方向上的安装位置。
7.按权利要求4所述的旋转式风向转换门装置,其特征是还包括驱动器(4),驱动器(4)的旋转输出轴的自由端的外表面形状是相应于支承轴的自由端的内部形状,旋转输出轴轴向固定装配在支承轴的自由端内,从而使内表面确定了旋转输出轴在圆周方向上的安装位置。
8.按权利要求6所述的旋转式风向转换门装置,其特征是自由端的外平面上有一盲孔,驱动杆上的啮合件、用于与盲孔相啮合,以防止驱动杆从支承轴上沿轴向方向滑出。
9.按权利要求7所述的旋转式风向转换门装置,其特征是旋转输出轴的外平面是相应于支承轴的自由端的内平面,在自由端的内平面上或旋转输出轴的外平面上至少有一处有沿轴向具有坡度的筋(24)。
10.按权利要求1所述的旋转式风向转换门装置,其特征是旋转式转换门安装在自动空调单元上,以改变空气流动的方向。
